Mickey MOUSE Metz was CAUGHT with phony credentials, A Mickey Mouse diploma when served with an FOIA by the FREE PRESS and then denied the High School Diploma was FAKE – The fact he is still supported by the Gilmer County Democratic Executive committee attests to just how Crooked the whole bunch of them are. They get caught red handed and still deny it like the worst of the worst juvenile delinquents. Metz needs to be removed from office before he finishes his term, removed from the ballot, and then prosecuted for the crimes he was involved in covering up,which are numerous!

When our elected officials resolve to become fully corrupt, as we have witnessed for ourselves with Judge Richard A Facemire, County Commissioner Brian Kennedy, Larry Chapman who created his own job and salary with the EDA after he was VOTED OUT of the County Commission, and Gerry Hough, paying witnesses to lie in court, and knowingly bringing false evidence to a Grand Jury while threatening VICTIMS of RAPE as often happens , these corrupt son’s of bitches can no longer tell the difference between positive action and selfish proposition.

HELL even with his illegal action METZ got the backing of the entire Democratic executive committee, now how is that for a bunch of Hooligan in your face freaks! This latest action by the Sheriff with full support of the other public officials has made Gilmer County the laughing stock of the state!
Most of us, “Know a BAD PERSON when we see one,” for their actions always show their true colors. Many of our leaders, unfortunately, do not even know a bad person even when they look in the mirror, for their crimes are considered LEGAL in GILMER COUNTY! Of course ILLEGAL everywhere else in the USA
Most sins, for which us plain folk would be jailed, are Pre-Forgiven for an Elite or Public Official that has gone BAD, simply because those in power declare it to be so. There is no other reason.

Somehow, from the second term onward, our local leaders seem to be much more well-to-do than what we pay them. They have a lot more status and seem to have a greater net worth than they had when they ran for elected office. Suddenly they seem to exist in a plain above the common man in a highly exalted land with no local constraints. They become drunk with power and flaunt authority every chance they get losing any humanity they ever had. They can only be found if they want to be found. Otherwise, they are “busy”. Every few years, they must come down to earth to get reelected. At those times they are very public and seen everywhere. They are always available for photo ops, which make them look like they really care for the people.
Instead of shunning these two-faced parasites and castigating them for their poor behavior, some not so bright citizens, or we the people are often so enamored to be in their company that we pose with them and foolishly brag about what great friends they are.
Thus, there is no public chastisement for the politician gone bad in Gilmer County, even from those who know first hand their degree of dishonesty… For Example;
One of our Commissioners (Larry Chapman) felt free to express disdain and see no value in the people he is supposed to represent during a public meeting in response to the press. Chapman has no problem giving away the children or even the identity of Gilmer County. Such statements should put anyone out of office but in the two years it takes a leopard to change its spots or “change”, I wouldn’t bet the farm on it. Recently a Concerned Citizen stated…
“…When it was disclosed that the County’s finances are so bad that borrowing more money is unfeasible, the $28,000,000 County bond issue for the College’s new dorm obviously did that. There was no clear need for the dorm when Pickens Hall was fixable, but Brian Kennedy and Larry Chapman approved the bond issue without allowing citizens to vote — so remember that at election time. Also, if the College were to default on the loan, the College’s Bowles and Rice attorney stated that the dorm would be sold on the court house steps. An outfall would be lowering of the County’s bond rating to be another blow for our finances!”

On September 14, 2011, Trooper First Class R.P. Smith, from Glenville detachment of the West Virginia State Police received a complaint from a parent of a juvenile who advised that the juvenile received text messages from a male juvenile who will be referred to as S.W..
The parent advised that the text message indicated that S.W. may have been drinking alcoholic beverage with an individual named Casey Smith, a teacher at Gilmer County High School, Glenville, WV.
On September 15, 2011, the undersigned officer obtained a written statement from the juvenile named S.W..
S.W. stated that he did stay with Casey Smith at a Hampton Inn in Parkersburg, WV.
S.W. stated while inside of the hotel room he did consume alcoholic beverage without Casey Smith’s knowledge.
S.W. stated that alcoholic beverage was on the T.V. stand inside the hotel.
The undersigned officer then obtained a written statement from Casey Smith while under Miranda.

Final plans for GSC’s Alumni Day on April 28 have been made. All alumni and friends of the college are invited back to campus.
Several activities have been scheduled for throughout the day including a 1:00 p.m. baseball game at the Sue Morris Sports Complex (GSC vs. Ohio Valley) and a 3:00 p.m. music program (opera) in the Fine Arts Center. Additionally there will be an 11:00 a.m. Sand Volleyball tournament at the Sue Morris Sports Complex, this will continue well into the afternoon.
All activities on Saturday promise to be wonderful opportunities for everyone to socialize, reminisce, and re-establish contact with fellow alums and friends of Glenville State College that they haven’t seen in a while. The Alumni Center, open from noon – 4:30 p.m., will be headquarters for the day’s activities.
The annual meet and greet social time for banquet attendees will be held in the pre-function area of the Alan B. Mollohan Campus Community Center from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by the alumni banquet at 6:00 p.m. in the ballroom.

An estimated 1,000 rounds of gunfire disrupted a ground breaking ceremony for a Clover PSD waterline extension last week, according to Spencer Newspapers.
The outdoor ceremony was being held outside at the Otto Advent Christian Church, and was attended by USDA officials, PSD board members, county commissioners and local citizens.
While Bobby Lewis, State Director of USDA Rural Development, was attempting to speak, the nearby gunfire interrupted his comments several times.
Roane commissioner David Boothe said when the gunfire first started, “I about hit the dirt.”
PSD chairman Jim Ward told Spencer Newspapers the gunfire was a disruption to the ceremony for about a half hour.
Police responded to the scene shortly after the ceremony ended and went to the residence of William Groves, where they found Groves and two other men with semi-automatic assault rifles.
“Groves doesn’t want the water and he doesn’t want anyone else to have it… so I guess this was his way of saying this is a waste of taxpayers money,” Ward said.

The Concerned Citizens of Gilmer County just received first hand information by interview this afternoon of another MURDER COVER UP involving Gerry Hough, Deputy Huffman and Wheeler, and from the facts received the matter also concerned a violation of civil liberties, and a robbery for several thousand dollars. We are confused as to why the local law enforcement would actually be in assistance of those that committed the murder, robbery and violation of civil liberties, when there was an elderly woman witness.
We are hoping to get an article in either Revenge of the Ghost Wolf, the Gilmer Free Press, or another media outlet soon, to inform the public of a story so pathetically sad as to make you feel bad just hearing it. When they have our students state formula funding, some of the displaced teachers our principal, when the state auto pay for 1400 drops on schedule and we pay for transportation, food service, furniture, books and must do the same for our new school…consider student loss due to homeschooling, out of county transfer or residence change and what happens when the college is surrounded by nothing. Gilmer County loses on so many levels. ..How is any of this positive economic development for Gilmer County? How does anyone consider this as growth? Will it become a gated community for the independently wealthy? How will it feel when the king has only those on his payroll to rule?

It says Gilmer BOE approved, untrue. You can see who went to the site for Lewis. No BOE members and they have not been informed of recent meetings or approved a contract with Lewis County BOE. There was some discussion long ago. Troy 89, Alum Brdg. 91 equal 180 students. Are the other 60 to come from Sand Fork redistricting? SBA can only fund building for actual number of students to be served. Where does he come up with 463 for Gilmer when you take Troy and another Sand Fork 60 out of the equation? Read these reports carefully.

Chapman stood at doors and when asked what about the school take over said “Nothing to do, the State took us over” with a big grin. He told the candidates he doesn’t “fight battles he can’t win”. Well it’s a good bet that IF YOU NEVER FIGHT YOU’LL NEVER WIN. That pretty much said he’s good with it to me.Every elected or appointed we have in office says nothing.
No word to us about the big industrial park Lewis is getting, nothing about the fracking business that got 50 mil to move into Lewis and hurt out local frackers. Now they are getting our teachers and kids on a silver platter? You’ve got to be kidding. I’ll not support more of the same.

If Lewis County had continued with their Jane Lew request they would not have been put in the middle. We do not begrudge Lewis County doing what is in the best interest of their children. No one should begrudge Gilmer County standing up for ours. I guess you feel Blankenship will sign the contract for us to pay? That joint project was negotiated as being in Gilmer County from the start and we should not be forced into an advisory position for students we will have to bear the cost for but that’s what is proposed. I’m sure Lewis County Board of Ed can appreciate our feelings. It is a difficult situation for all and not a war with Lewis County.

To: Throw Away County —The school employees & teachers think things are bad now? With them just sitting on their hands, they will not believe how bad it is actually going to get. They won’t be worrying about their jobs, they will be hunting jobs.
To: Snow Job —Deduct the Ritchie County student numbers, the Normantown area Rosedale students that will transfer. Then see the bus driver, teachers, and other jobs go away too. At least they will have unemployment for a while to think over what they should have done.

No, as long as the present elites and politicians have anything in it, probably not. But…we can change that May 8th at the polls. However, alot more citizens are more aware of the crap this county is being subjected to, and if we do not say anything to try to better our county it will only stay the same or get worse. At least we have made it known of the unsolved murders, corruption, crimes, rapes, the very poor administration of the school system and what the “Nausea” Butcher witch is doing to the students of this county and other dirty things in politics happening here that the word is out, the windows are open,dirty laundry is being hung out for all to see and hear. Historically, when schools are consolidated, communities die and people move away. What happens if 2 new schools are built and there aren’t enough students to fill even one of them? It could happen. The state didn’t take over the schools here because of academic problems. This whole mess is political and the children are getting the raw end of the deal.

People in total have been moving out of Gilmer County for decades. Subtracting the federal prison population from the latest census results clearly shows the population drop. In spite of that, Gilmer County has had one of the best high school graduation rates when compared to other counties in West Virginia. Lewis County on the other hand has one of the worse. Their school system was not taken over by the state.
If the state really was concerned about the quality of education within the counties, Lewis County would have already been under state control. The fact that Gilmer County was taken over given its level of academic achievement clearly demonstrates the takeover was political.
As pointed out, consolidation has an economic impact. Our elected leaders either don’t understand that or don’t care that the county continues to shrink. Our communities are our life. Anything that diminishes them, diminishes us all.

Most GSC students in that census did not come from here and will not reside here after graduation Reduce the statistics by that and the population loss becomes even more obvious. A takeover based on policy and procedure without a probationary period has never been done before. After the bonding vote down no counter offer was ever intended. This was emergency plan B. Houses for prison guards and college profs will not stop the negative impact on our economic situation. It will provide a few very temporary construction jobs at best and no new people The job numbers are static with few new positions and they will be the first to go at GSC when the stimulus funding is over for education in 2014. The idea of a route 5 to I 79 development corridor failed the day they didn’t bring the interstate through here. This is not thinking about our county as a total package and the moron who came up with this plan for Gilmer County should be fired.

From what I understand, a person doesn’t need an ID to vote…..now, in America, we need an ID to drive, an ID to buy a beer in a bar….why do we not NEED an ID to vote???? I believe that it is because whether we vote or not…who ever the Elite want is who we get! Bottom line! I would like to know how Gilmer County plans to get around the length of newly created bus route rule. Several years ago the state legislature made rules stating that newly created bus routes cannot be over half and hour for elementary students, 45 minutes for middle or junior high students and not over an hour for high school students. When this school consolidation happens, these bus routes are going to be over an hour long in some areas of the county, such as the Rosedale area, near the Braxton County line. I know they said that we could send these students to Braxton for these areas, but I’m sure this would be violate this too. It is not possible to consolidate 5 schools into two and still keep bus routes at under a half an hour.

Ive been voting for more than 20 yrs.Ive voted in different poll places all over Gilmer Co. and even though Gilmer has such small towns and everyone knows everyone, I know I do not know everyone and everyone do NOT know who I am. So, with that said, IVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO SHOW ID. And furthermore, Ive voted in a few towns in North Carolina, and I know NO ONE knew me there!. Again, not asked for an ID. ITS AN OUTRAGE! And to those who say, “oh, that’s what a voter reg. card is for…“ Blah Blah Blah, there is no photo on a voter reg. card. and who’s to say that it wouldn’t be easy to obtain a fake id anyway? Needs assessment in successful organizations is continual including determining what is necessary for retaining high quality, experienced work forces. Something appears to be radically wrong in Gilmer County when there are so many vacancies in our school system considering that we live in a poverty stricken area. If Dr. Marple’s DOE were on the ball there would be confidential exit interviews conducted by a skilled and unbiased human resources professional to pinpoint causes of our problems. This inaction is similar to failure of the DOE to define what must be done to fix our school system to get restoration of local control. When causes and remedies are undefined there is always lots of wheel spinning. Maybe that is the way Charleston wants it. They have been in McDowell County for more than 10 years.

Report to the Feds, you darn right. This whole takeover has been illegal and it only gets worse under Blankenship for a fact. No certifications, hire people not on the substitute list,unmet CEFP requirements and it goes on and on. Even if they only fund the Lewis County school we will lose over half of our Sand Fork Elementary students and Troy Elementary will be closed. At that point they’ll bus the rest of Sand Fork into Glenville and close that.
Wake up? Come alive is more like it! Gilmer people walk around here like they’re already dead waiting for a ride to the funeral home. Thought we had more backbone than that.

The last time I mentioned one of your current endorsements by name, the post was heavily censored. Anyone familar with that person’s work history can confirm they’re only borderline competent if that.
