So out of all the people in the world in prison 25 % are in the United States and the US only represents 4.3% of the world’s population. WOW the capital of the PRISON PLANET is the United States, and West Virginia leads the US in people per capita that are incarcerated, according to latest figures 6.8 people per 100.
WV leads the US, and the US leads the world for people in prison or in jail. This has never happened before, except for in Stalinist Russia, or Hitler’s Germany.
Judge Richard A Facemire got caught on tape executing a rant not unlike that of Judge Watkins that made national news thanks to astute free lance reporters that are all strictly internet journalists, except for Lawrence Smith of the West Virginia Record. Will Judge FACEMIRE be the next judge to be ridiculed and laughed at by millions of FOX NEWS VIEWERS for thinking he is ABOVE the LAW just like Gerald B Hough believes?
Leading experts agree, that any state or any country that has over 3% incarcerated indicates something terribly wrong with that society. Well the US leads the world and West Virginia leads the United States in people incarcerated, therefore something is terribly wrong with West Virginia, and it is county’s like Gilmer that make for the bad result.

This was a quote from a prosecutor from out of state that was made privy to the misconduct by JUDGE Richard A Facemire and Gerald B Hough, given to her by law enforcement representatives investigating the criminal actions of public officials from Gilmer County involving an illegal extradition, and Beverly Marks ignoring a court order and hiding a DEED to property needed in the longest running court case in Gilmer County history.

YES, it very could be and the long rant that he denied making during the Travesty of Justice trial in which GERRY HOUGH paid witnesses to lie and was caught, but the JIC said the matter was time barred, (meaning the defendant waited too long to file a complaint)but Rachael Cipoletti – Chief Counsel of the ODC – lied, because a complaint was filed officially in December of 2007 in which the ODC did not recognize the evidence that now proves a malicious prosecution took place, but since then even more recent evidence not previously known before was discovered pertaining to the Travesty of Justice case, and should re-set the two year statute.
Law enforcement officers of the court in Ohio said, that NO CHARGES should have been filed against the defendant in the Travesty of Justice case, let alone an arrest made, and a life and a career ruined was ruined with malice. Gilmer County will have to pay for the compensatory damages, and the punitive damages awarded in federal court. If the civil action is won, the award could be in the millions. FACEMIRE and Hough could be held personally liable for their actions and could possibly find themselves held in contempt by the WV Supreme Court and the JIC once all the facts are revealed, since they knowingly brought a malicious prosecution, and both knowingly LIED to both the ODC and the JIC in Charleston WV which happen to share the same office.

This judge lies as bad as Judge Facemire and says his house was vandalized, but his house was not vandalized, it is all a lie, and we believe that Watkins could be through now for his actions, and he had a whole nation laughing at him — And let’s hope we can get the same treatment for Facemire and Hough. Today the people witness the most widespread suppression of views this county has ever known. The suppression in Gilmer County comes not only from fear of being jailed or physically harmed but even more so from fear of being dismissed or restricted from employment, banned from radio or television work, having thoughts and facts wiped clean from the internet thus changing history, being disqualified for teaching, or found unacceptable for the lecture platform and even public works.

We watch as the persistent efforts of those given control attempt to restrict or suppress information for almost any reason (self assigned moral guardianship with no foundation in ethics, or for political purpose and personal gain) and stand in absolute opposition to the principles of freedom. Judge WATKINS threatens LAWRENCE SMITH of the West Virginia Record
White collar crime runs rampant with local attorneys and the most famous attorneys for stealing from estates is the Butcher and Butcher law firm, and anybody that has researched the AJ Woofter estate, will be informed of facts that the executrix of the estate was Rosa Belle Gainer – Cunningham, who was employed as a secretary of the Butcher and Butcher law firm. The fact that Gainer was employed by the Butcher and Butcher law firm while also serving an executrix of the AJ Woofter estate is a violation of state law, but, Gilmer County makes their own rules which has been proven over and over and over again!
The White collar crime in which the County Commission Clerk as well as a FOR PROFIT non – profit entity entitled the GILMER HOUSING PARTNERS was involved in was exposed by the Secret Seven Coalition first, and then the Gilmer Free Press wrote a fabulous article describing the wrong doing and published documents about the matter that the county flat denied, and then the worthy news story of small town corruption was reported by the West Virginia Record in Charleston, or there would have been NO PRINT PRESS at all on the wrong doing and criminal action in which Gilmer County was sued for by Summit bank and LOST!! The people of Gilmer County lost too, because the county had to pay multiple thousands of dollars for the amount of the judgment by the court and they also had to pay the insurance company 50, 000 bucks for a deductible.
The normal citizen has been kept from actually knowing all the facts, because the local paper never reports any exacting news if it doesn’t have a positive spin to it because the newspaper staff are all uneducated dolts with no sense of responsibility to the public. The local paper is the Glenville Democrat and Pathfinder, which is really a pathetic weekly paper put out by Dave Corcoran who is a no talented yes man that even immediate members of the community are tired of. Corcoran was shown direct disrespect at the Glenville Folk Festival held every year, when many walked out on one of his long winded nonsense speeches about how wonderful everything is. Even the common person off the street could sense his insincerity.
Gerald B Hough has proved himself to be inept in the courtroom, and the Jessica Self Case was a prime example of how STUPID Gerry Hough really is for seeing is believing. But the “Travesty of Justice,” case is about ready to bite Hough in the ass, and he will have to explain to the press, the community and the Supreme Court why he paid a supposed expert witness to lie, when the real expert John Lemon of Lemon Equipment is the official appraiser and he told the truth and the secret tape reveals that Matheny lied and there may be conspiracy criminal charges brought, if the Church of Ike doesn’t get away with buying the FEDS like he bought the West Virginia STATE POLICE. Other law enforcement agencies from around the country have said West Virginia is the worst for effective or honest law enforcement and Gilmer County’s own SGT CJ Ellyson has turned out to be a prime example of that. Ellyson stole guns, cash and drugs from the evidence locker in Calhoun County and failed his lie detector test, and should have been arrested, but instead was dismissed and drummed out of the State Police, but now he is a police officer in a city a little further south, sort of like a JOHN MOSS Police Chief of Glenville. Documents don’t lie, and documents are being brought forward that proves Hough went way out of his way to bring a false case pertaining to the Travesty of Justice incident which was the longest running court case in Gilmer County history! Way to go Gerry you disgusting piece of shit, so why don’t you take your bitch ass kids and your bitch ass wife the hell out of town and the hell out of our county, before a house falls on your wife’s sister during the next big storm that knocks out all the power to the area again, like all of the first part of this month of July!
The most colorful character to work for the local paper has been Cassandra Huff, who was fired for working on Gerry Hough’s hate site on newspaper computers and being paid by Corcoran to do so. Just the fact that Hough would be involved in a hate site that does not argue the issues, but instead spends all of its time attacking the messenger lends one to believe all the awful things ever said about the man.
While an employee of the Glenville Democrat, Huff would many times show up HIGH on drugs to a school board meetings, or some other function smelling of marijuana, and was an avid popper of pills having prescription medication from the doctor’s office for her many mental and physical ailments.
Sadly, all of these public officials and local attorneys mentioned, along with the Lord of the Church of IKE himself believe with all their hearts and soul that the good ole boy network can and will protect them, and then NOBODY can touch them. Everyone feels that Senator Joe Manchin will save them, and just before election we hope to confront Big Joe as to why he protects these criminals that call Gilmer County, West Virginia their home.
It’s a damn shame the local public officials are part of the crime game in Gilmer County. The crime game players includes Gerry Hough who is accused of breaking the law and subornation of perjury pertaining to the “Travesty of Justice” case – Tim Butcher, R Terry Butcher of the Butcher and Butcher law firm, Beverly Marks, former County Commission Clerk along with the current County Commission Clerk Jean Butcher.
Sheriff Mickey Metz was caught submitting a FAKE document as genuine to run for magistrate as his minimum education requirement, and Waco Oil employee’s have been caught with COCAINE and narcotics in a pill form that were in a prescription bottle with the name IKE MORRIS on the label.
Dave Millard, a self serving individual from an entity that actually works against the local community by placing tax exempt businesses right in the heart of Glenville, which squeezes out individual and private run businesses that support the city and the county. Millard is president of Gilmer County Economic Development, president of farmers’ market, and folk festival dude.
Thanks to local leadership’s very loose interpretation of the law to their own benefit and monetary advantage and full support of the courts…ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND SMALL BUSINESS GROWTH HAVE BECOME BOTH AN OXYMORON AND A PARADOX IN GILMER COUNTY WITH NO JUSTICE TO BE FOUND FOR THE COMMON MAN.

Small businesses should be the backbone of our economy, and the reason why is that only small business creates new jobs. Yes, the government and tax funded agencies can create jobs but when they are paid for through taxes or levies, growth is only by appearance and comes right back out of the existing economy. It is a never ending circle.

The CHURCH of IKE which includes all the power elite in Glenville who have proved themselves dishonest and all the local politicians like Boggs and Walker who are as deep in the pocket of Ike Morris and Waco Oil and ASS as Senator Joe Manchin, who has proven himself to be about as worthless to Gilmer County as Governor Earl Ray Tomblin.
When a small business is started an individual gives up their personal wealth (not grant funds or government contracts) and creates jobs with it. When people spend their own money, then that is real money, earned dollars, saved dollars, going back into the economy. This is how real, sustainable, long term economic growth happens. At a time when there have been many small business closures in Gilmer County, what have the County Commission, the Economic Development Association and Glenville State College done to promote a development model that allows and encourages small business growth? Nothing… Which side has our courts stood on when it comes to freedom of speech, election fairness and safeguarding all small business?…Not on the side of the everyday citizen, not on the side of the majority and not on the side of free enterprise within legal constraints.
For example, consider the Small Business Authority on Main Street? The premise was sound in theory. In fact it has done little but pay toward the salaries for three GSC employees!!

The benefit is all to GSC and none to the community directly and gives further profit to a multi-million if not billion dollar nationwide corporation, Aramark, their own vendor. The students at GSC are not even permitted to use their meal cards at any business not affiliated with the college. How does that promote economic development and small business in Gilmer County? Why someone who has been working hard at a small food service such as Carl Duvall, a graduate of GSC, or a local person was not placed there, assisted with finance and promoted we do not know. That would have fulfilled the true purpose of that state and federal funding. It would have exhibited growth but not for GSC who is supposedly developing huge grants dollars for Gilmer at such a pace that few local persons know about or will ever be a recipient of that “generosity”. The obvious purchase or taking by eminent domain of multiple tracts of land and its removal from the tax rolls plus administrative hiding of multiple rapes and drug deals with no prosecution through control of Gilmer County’s justice system is GSC’s most notable achievement, that plus the laundering and steady distribution of cash to the “worthy” few.
Why would all three entities join together and use tax dollars for a website designed to take advertising from Gilmer County’s only written newspaper when the developer is using it for promoting their own site, using their own advertisers? Oddly enough it happened just after the local paper showed some support for the Gilmer County Schools Coalition and if you check who those advertisers are you’ll see CUBE plus church of Ike members and find they’ve always advertised out of town. Get the picture? It is made even more astounding when we are told the Commission’s Administrator is supposedly an Internet Technology specialist who gets a regular government paycheck and should be able to do such a simple task! Is that economic development and small business encouragement (for Braxton County) or is it another example of the Chapman/Kight and Hess team with Kennedy in tow now helping a manipulated supporter who sacrificed old friends to get a foothold for personal profit, shifted their business out of town and is ready for another payoff ? Last time wasn’t the last time and for sure wasn’t enough. This time won’t be either. Something else is in that woodpile besides wood and people who really believe in Gilmer County know it.
Hurricane Rina McCoy who is now 29 years old, but Tara Kennedy lied and said she was an underage teen who had 2 CHILDREN out of wedlock with the defendant in the Travesty of Justice case, which was a complete and total lie — and now an official written report for misconduct will be filed against Tara Kennedy along with possibly being named in law action to be filed in US District court in Elkins.
Gerry Hough could have made his own rules and attacked the messenger for the last time, for just last evening July 12th just before the dawn of FRIDAY the 13th, an official officer of the court, from outside the area that was briefed on all the misconduct by law enforcement officials, stated that, “After reviewing all the facts and new evidence to be presented in the motion, that Gerry Hough belonged in Prison just for his actions on the “Travesty of Justice” case alone, and that every effort would be made to get knowledgeable, experienced legal counsel, to bring him into the court room and face the evidence against him, and then Hough will held accountable for his crimes. They also noted that local authorities and that their satellite’s in Charleston, West Virginia are SO CORRUPT that they would attempt to cover for Hough even though they are fully aware he actually committed a crime to bring forth a malicious prosecution!! As you see the real Ghost Wolf is ready for his confrontation with Gerry Hough and has no plan what-so-ever of being nice about it.
The appropriate attitude of helping the entire community of Gilmer County would go far to meet the needs of small business in not only the county but could act as a much needed model for small, rural communities throughout the state. Small towns offer high quality of life and a strong sense of the worth of every resident in the community, but a place with a small population has a hard time supporting a broad range of goods and services. Economic challenges are magnified in a small town, where even a small number of home repossessions and business failures affect nearly everyone. The key to success in building a healthy business community in a small town is to create an economic development plan that maximizes the community’s strengths and minimizes its weaknesses. It is vital that the bulk of the population is included in planning and in the execution of that plan. It is our attitude toward free thought and free expression that will determine our fate. If the people continue to let GCEDA, GSC, IL Morris, the Butchers, and their flunkies which included the Gilmer County Commission, continue to run Gilmer County into the ground for personal gain and personal legacies the end of this county is nearer than you think.

The President of GSC was placed as the head of that corporation. It is true that his wife Elizabeth has the education degree, not Peter Barr, and his history with the Chamber of Commerce and economic development in South Carolina which surely would have been more profitable than in little Gilmer County but he leaves there and comes here as a yes man in control of higher education to continue his failing legacy while getting mega salary increases and a music program for his son approved by the Board of Governors. What he has done to this county and its college has had no positive impact and the failing statistics prove it time and again. The fact that its biggest benefactor does nothing about it makes one wonder if he wants GSC to fail so it can be privatized as Morris College. The facts continue to back that theory up. Is dissolving Gilmer County the price Ike’s willing to see paid to get that vanity plate? Is that justice? So it would seem as that group seems more impressed about how many Senators are in the pocket after redistricting than how many kids get a quality education or even live in the county these days.

Now, Gilmer County Elementary School children are to be relocated in Lewis County which in and of itself has the potential to close two Elementary Schools as the state is forcing consolidation of the remainder. They say we are too “small” but move to make us smaller with a decreasing population, Yet the very people in charge of economic development; Larry Chapman, Sandy Pettit in Ike Morris’s name, Dave Millard, John Kasuba, Tashua Allman, Tom Ratliff, Greg Smith, John Bennett, their flunkies along with the“employers in name only” Brian Kennedy, Dave Hess and Darrell Ramsey sat silent as we watched further decline with the closing of UPAK grocery store, Appcon Hardware, Babcock Lumber and McPherson’s Town and County Realty Company who could not sell their business before retiring as other relatives of government officials continue to thrive.
We watch as elected officials and close friends get water, sewer and DSL lines ran past their properties while Cedarville sits with no water and Rosedale only partial service. Don’t take that Chapman promise of a new fire department too serious Rosedale, you’ll get it the same way you got anything else, when you figure out how to do it and not before. It won’t be your current county tax dollars that pay for it.

How has any of their actions stimulated growth? Glenville and Gilmer County as a whole is a great area with enormous potential. So much more could have been done to help the growth of this town and surrounding communities but all that gets done is put a paycheck in the pocket of small minded, self serving, greedy yes men and yes women. Small business could have provided new jobs and a better local economy. If local leaders understood this the people would be so much better off. All they seem to understand is that to keep their jobs, no one in business here wants any competitive salary payers around.

Such lack of action has condemned the majority of citizens here to endure a living death or leave and they are leaving in droves. The word commends the just man’s compassion to his cattle and thus commends his sympathy with those who are often treated as cattle, and worse even than cattle but we see no evidence of this sympathy come from our courts, our dispensers of so called justice. No evidence of such compassion from our political leaders or their minions. In fact, just the opposite is more commonly the result of legal action in this state and in this county.

Judge Facemire has a probation officer in the court room when no one is on probation or likely to be. When there is no sentencing in progress and though she has an office available to her, because of political ties she can make whatever moronic statement she likes, influence the decision of a bought and paid for judge at a whim and laugh while she seeks to inflict pain on those daring to stand in her way as the Morris family provides protection for a yes man’s wife.

GERALD B HOUGH OF GILMER COUNTY WAS APPOINTED AS A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR FOR CHIEF DEPUTY BANDY – Instead the very corrupt Hough acted as defense counsel and had his friend CJ Ellyson steal some of the evidence out of the evidence locker, so that the evidence could not be found or used in court against Bandy! Although SGT CJ ELLYSON who Hough said was a personal friend of his, was fired from his job, for this action,he should have been arrested according to state trooper Oakie Starsick also of Gilmer County — This case has proven Hough the criminal that we have always said he was to outside law enforcement studying his years of criminal behavior, misconduct, and his above the law actions.
Hough put Bandy on a diversion, meaning if the stolen evidence did not show up inside of one year, then the SEVEN FELONY CHARGES and one misdemeanor against BANDY would be dismissed. The Calhoun Commission has made a final payment in a court-ordered settlement of a what was declared wrongful prosecution of former Calhoun deputy sheriff Ron Bandy.
Payment of about $42,000 has been made to Bandy’s attorney John Teare after the county’ liability insurance company declined to cover the case.

Commissioner Scottie Westfall said the commission is looking at options to recover the amount from the insurance carrier, since county taxpayers had to foot the bill.
The commission allocated $1,000 to the Calhoun Wood Festival for upkeep on Wayne Underwood Field and $1,000 to Calhoun County Park for upkeep on that facility.
Diane Ludwig of the LKADC and Mike Ritchie County clerk advised that bids will be advertised for repairs to the roof of the county courthouse, amounting to about $75,000 obtained from the state’s Courthouse Facilities Improvement Program.
The commission is looking at a problem that surfaced during the recent power outage, the Calhoun magistrates offices had not been included in an earlier installation of generator produced electric, which did not provide power to those offices.
The installation of air conditioning in the county courtroom is still in process.
– Paul Miller of the WV Center of Budget Policy spoke to the commission regarding a proposal that would stabilize income for the state and counties from extractable’s, focused on the future.
– The commission renewed the WVCORP insurance package for the county and a Brickstreet policy that covers employee benefits.
– The commission approved partial payment of $5,000 to the assessor’s office regarding contract services overlooked during the budget process.
– Diane Ludwig says she is expecting to announce some ‘good news’ regarding additional development at the Industrial Park.
– The county is looking for a person to serve on the county’s Building Commission. Interested parties should contact clerk Mike Ritchie.
– Dale Cunningham and Perry Dye renewed as board members for the Pleasant Hill PSD.
The commissions next regular meeting is on August 8 at 9 a.m.

CHARLESTON – A Roane County man whose teenage daughter went missing for seven years before her body was finally discovered near the Wirt/Roane county line is seeking answers as to why her disappearance, and death remain unsolved.
Jesse Starcher on June 27 filed suit against the West Virginia State Police, the Roane County 911 Center and the city of Spencer in Kanawha Circuit Court.
In his complaint, Starcher, 49, of Spencer, seeks an order compelling them to release under the state Freedom of Information Act documents in their possession relating to his daughter, Christian Dawn Starcher Seabolt who, then 18-years-old, went missing nearly a decade ago, and whose remains were later discovered in 2009.
In his 26-page complaint, Starcher details how he attempted to get answers from the State Police’s Roane County detachment, the city of Spencer and the 911 Center about Christian’s disappearance on Aug. 31, 2002.
Records show requests he made starting in 2004 were denied on the grounds that information he was requesting were part of an on-going investigation.
Shortly after Christian’s skeletal remains were discovered on Groundhog Ridge near Creston on Dec. 16, 2009, Starcher again made requests for information, including an emergency call Christian made to the 911 Center the day before she went missing.
All his requests, which were made as late as August were denied either on the grounds of, again, a pending investigation or his failure to state with specificity the information he was requesting.
In his suit, Starcher openly accuses Hueston M. Eads, a Spencer police officer, of either having knowledge of or being complicit in Christian’s disappearance.
At his suggestion, Starcher says Christian spoke with Eads about information she had relating to the murder of Ronnie Stagg.
According to Starcher, Christian “implicated several Clay County law enforcement officers in drug-related activity.”
Also, Starcher maintains that sometime after Christian went missing, Judd Reed, who accompanied her on several occasions to speak with Eads, was murdered.
Though he was “dismissive of Christian’s story,” Starcher says Eads was “successful in involving himself into both the handling of Christian Starcher’s disappearance and the investigation of the murder of Judd Reed, in spite of the fact that the murder unquestionably occurred outside his jurisdiction, namely, outside Spencer and in rural Roane County.”
In his suit, Starcher says that the excuse offered by the State Police, the 911 Center and the city of Spencer in denying his FOIA requests on the grounds “that a genuine investigation of the matter was ongoing” is “a sham.”
Instead, he says “the report of investigation and the contents of the tape are being withheld from him primarily to protect law-enforcement personnel who may have had some level of responsibility in [Christian’s] disappearance.”
Along with one compelling release of the information he’s requested, Starcher seeks another ordering the State Registrar of Vital Statistics to issue a death certificate for Christian so he can qualify as administrator of her estate in order to file a wrongful death lawsuit.
Also, he seeks recovery of court costs, and attorneys fees.

ROBERT ALLEN STARCHER MISTAKENLY RELEASED FROM JAIL – Former Calhoun Man Facing Multiple Charges, Police Now Searching For Him

A former Calhoun County man, wanted for criminal activity in three counties, is being sought again by police after erroneously being released from Central Regional Jail related to the recent state-wide power outage.
Roane County Prosecutor Josh Downey told Spencer Newspapers, “He just walked out of jail and was gone,” after the systems failed with electronic arraignment not working and FAX machines failing.
Spencer Newspapers said a circuit judge appointed Braxton County magistrates to go to the jail and conduct arraignments in person, but magistrates did not learn of all the charges against Starcher, who was released on personal recognizance bond.
Two state troopers recently went to Alabama to return Starcher to West Virginia on multiple charges, after officials had been searching for him for several weeks.
Starcher was scheduled to appear in Roane County Circuit Court last week on a set of charges.
Judge Thomas Evans, according to Spencer Newspapers, has issued a capias warrant for Starcher’s arrest, ordering he be held without bond, according to Spencer Newspapers.
Anyone knowing his whereabouts should contact authorities.

Editors note: Gerry Hough is about the most dishonest prosecutor everyone has seen come down the pike in a long time. I guess it wouldn’t be right of me to say which relation it was that first introduced me to sexual orgasm, but I lost my virginity while I was only 13, and yes it wasn’t really my idea. The situation got out of hand I guess, but I was drunk and shouldn’t have drank so much, but then it shouldn’t have been so easy for us kids to get our hands on so much alcohol either. If you can look beyond the fact, that I was not experienced and the incident was planned by someone in my own family the big difference is that, with consensual sex, an orgasm generally brings about a feeling of all being right with the world. But, most certainly things never quite felt all right again for with rape, the orgasm brings about a feeling of emptiness. Freedom fighter for injustice in W.Va. Rina McCoy has been fighting for the rights of the old, disabled and the forgotten, while recalling the days in Central WV where VOTES used to be bought with a pint of whiskey and a ten dollar bill.
After researching misconduct and voting slates, as well as being informed about the voting fraud in Crooked County, West Virginia McCoy stated, “Until we can get federal help, actually doing anything about election fraud in Central West Virginia, and specifically Gilmer County, the situation has become such an uphill battle as to be an almost lost cause!”
“Only those few dedicated Secret Seven Coalition members that are used to being punished and criticized for exposing corruption have the stomach for even trying, and that is because most of us are shell shocked anyway from a decade or more of witnessing unlawful behavior by the Power Elite!”
Rina McCoy, a one time voting rights coordinator at the nonprofit Center for Independence of the Disabled (CIDNY), when living in the big apple, said she received reports from around the city that numerous polling sites were inadequately prepared for voters who have disabilities, either lacking equipment or training to help.
“My goal is to make sure the handicapped and disabled can vote in West Virginia, but Gilmer County is only equipped for the bought and paid for votes, the lowly handicapped are ignored like a stray dog headed for the dog pound, which in Gilmer County, is the really just the back yard of the dog catcher and a 12 gauge shot gun!”
McCoy and her team are creating a list of problems reported and a potential method for poll site coordinators to use when setting up voting areas, in West Virginia, but have been getting absolutely no cooperation from the Gilmer County Commission, or any agency .. city, county or state. The local SS of Central WV plan to present their findings to a yet un-named federal agency, she said. They urged disabled voters who experienced problems to report them to Secret Seven Coalition members who have been reporting the wrongdoing of Gilmer County for the last six years.
“At least one person should have a checklist of things they need to look out for so that people at poll sites can actually vote,” she said. “If these things were on a checklist, maybe those problems would be caught at the beginning of the day for the forgotten and unforgivin poor and disabled that West Virginia just considers throw away’s with little or no compassion for those less fortunate.”
McCoy said many of the benefits of having accessible voting locations are not relegated to people whom self-identity as “disabled.” But, in Central West Virginia the voting places are only designed for a quick hit of corruption while they have dead people vote and OFTEN which happens religiously according to McCoy.
“IN Central WV, and Elkins too, we have a large percentage of a growing aging population,” where her NEW IDEA and suggestion of “CHANGING ballot print size is really an issue,” she said, of her new proposed paper ballots, which she says she wants to implement because many complained the old style ballots had too small a font size.
“And then there wouldn’t be a stigma in using the new fangled computer electronic cheating machines, because anyone can vote on paper.” “But they can’t cheat as easily with paper ballots and that is why many counties insist on the electronic voting machines in which the recording modules can be switched out, as was done to get a mentally challenged Republican County Clerk elected in Gilmer County,” McCoy said.
“Polling places in Gilmer County are not equipped for anything but criminal behavior of the elected public officials that want to remain in office and too much evidence of corrupt practices is lurking around every corner of the courthouse. And we call this AMERICA?”

I was there the first day of the CalPatty Press, and it was all started in Calhoun County and it has been laughable to see people speculate as to all who was involved in its first day up and the logo was immediately changed and the site designed was immediately changed once X handed over the reins to the people behind the original Crooked County Crooks website.
Fondly do I remember those days, for it was some very exciting times and we have truly come a long way baby, and how right our leaders were about who would run once the battle started and who was crooked and who would try to have us all arrested and it all turned out to be like it was a trip someone had to the future, saw it all and then came back to write about it on the CalPatty Press. Those were the days that little did we all know Lisa Minney was playing both sides and in July of 2010 two years ago this week attempted to have members of the CalPatty Press arrested.
By close associations Minney had IP numbers — private e-mail addresses and secret information she lured out of the female members of the SS because many of the girls involved, some of them too young, were stupid enough to trust her as one in particular looked upon her as Lizzy Butcher does some young hotty she wants to have lesbian sex with all night long…. that was pathetic now that I think about it, and we also have a similar problem with one of our younger girls SS prospects wanting to get next to Hot Toddy for some sort of magic carpet ride! 2) Individuals and groups associated with the Secret Seven Coalition like the CCC or the Council of Conservative Citizens may have goals, but must not be attached to “Cherished” or preferred outcomes. Sometimes it takes a long time to win, but still have the purpose of being … “In it to win it!”
3) Know that the goals of the Central WV SS may not be reached as if they were quarterly statements being billed, or even in the same years of the participant’s initial investigation. Sometimes the wheels of justice move slow.
4) Members of the SS must be OK with the idea that you might not get credit for the success of a goal, and that we are the ultimate team players only interested in seeking out our targets and reaching our goals. We welcome all organized groups of individuals in the State of West Virginia that are dedicated to fighting corruption in the courts and law enforcement.
5) Each person in the group must have equal status in spite of any hierarchies.
6) SS Members must forswear violence by word, thought and act, as hard as that might be, and especially being in a position of being threatened and only defend themselves under an immediate and credible threat.
7) SS Members must always act from the “Beingness — involving essence of character” of one’s life integrity– knowing that other persons are not exploitable resources. People must make their private selves consistent with their public postures.
** If we can maintain these 7 principles of the Secret Seven Coalition we can be a power for change in West Virginia — We have decided we have had it and members of the SS are not going to put up with the corruption in West Virginia anymore!

In an act of god lightening strike incident reminiscent of the day lightening struck the Calhoun County Courthouse, in JULY of 07 just as the clock struck 7pm that resulted in Grantsville residents seeing the flash and hearing the strike …18-year-old Zach Sandy of Clarksburg was struck by a bolt of lightning last week which hit at the back of his head, and then traveled down his body and out his feet blowing out his cell phone,which could have attracted the stray electrical bolt of energy! Witnesses said it was not raining at the time, but there were a lot of clouds in the sky. The youth’s shirt and shoes were singed and his cell phone, which was in his back pocket, melted.
Lightning has played havoc in Wood County too, just yesterday!
Two children were taken to the hospital as a precaution after lightning struck near them at WV Interstate Fair in Wood County on Wednesday.
A strong thunderstorm rolled through the region about 4 p.m.
Wood County Sheriff’s dispatchers said lighting struck near the children. They were conscious when paramedics arrived and were transported to a local hospital

Why did I have to learn about WHO the bouncer was by reading the CalPatty Press? Nobody else even mentioned the name. I have searched and researched this entire Fred Hill disappearance and not once was I told WHO the bouncer was. Yes, I learned it early on from this website, but to be honest with you after reading the Fred is Dead article, and one other, I was so upset that I refused to come back to this site.
I am terribly displeased that I can only get generic information on the TV websites and those of the Newspapers. I have most certainly not been a supporter of this website, but after reading this article and getting a look at the last place Freddie was alive, I have to say I was drawn to it, and now have read every article about Fred on this site. As much as I hate to admit it, I now have a better grasp on maybe what happened that night and about the entire bad experience for the family and friends of Freddie.

FEDS YET TO FILE CHARGES OVER CALHOUN’S BIGGEST POT BUST

The biggest pot bust in Calhoun history happened one year ago, a cultivated growing patch on Little Creek.
State Police made at least two arrests related to the growing.
The case was turned over to federal officials.
So far there have been no reports regarding the status of the case.
Since last July, according to court records, about 75 arrests have been made on pot and other drug charges in the county, including a number for possession of marijuana.
The West Virginia State Police’s marijuana eradication program netted about 1,600 plants.
A National Guard chopper spotted several grow areas in the Little Creek and Richardsonville Road area, an area where Calhoun, Wirt and Roane County converge.
Police arrested Douglas Cecil Lynch, 38, of Creston and Nicholas W. Davis, 49, of Big Bend, charging them with manufacturing a controlled substance and conspiring to manufacture a controlled substance.

Casey Jones, the only honest cop in Gilmer County apparently, gave her a ticket, which then became a sticky wicket.
When Tara found that ticket she ran to Magistrate HOB NOB BOB Minigh’s office and went BALLISTIC!
The UNDONE Queen of Gilmer County went a screaming at the top of her lungs behind the closed door so loud it caused people to think there was a domestic violence case going on in there and look for a cop. TARA KENNEDY is an officer of the court and can park any damn where she pleases, she’s not paying a dime and doesn’t have to put up with this kind of bullshit. She is used to dishing it out, but Kennedy sure can’t take it, for they sure can deliver down by the Crooked River!!
Poor Gary Collins, who was there before she got there, visiting that public building, was her next victim. As she exited the Magistrate’s office the Commissioner’s wife/Probation Officer TARA laid eyes on him and locked on Gary Collins with the mad gaze of a mountain lion about ready to attack and went totally crazy screaming at the top of her lungs (just like Princess Di at the post office) spewing spittle and shouting that he was just there being nosy and that Collins was a damn troublemaker and spreading rumors to the Gilmer Free Press as well as the off the hook popular Revenge of the Ghost Wolf website also known as RGW!! And further, that Collins had no business there and she’d see he wasn’t allowed on the place. Pretty good coincidence when Commissioner Kennedy says they’re going to limit the time you can park in a handicapped parking space. Damn there is TARA without a CARA threatening handicapped people. How can you limit a person’s time to do business at the courthouse and especially a handicapped person? What a moron, and what assholes those power elite can truly be.

Our only hope is outside help from a federal agency, a national news outlet, a private organization which investigates local crime and corruption like the Secret Seven Coalition or the help of investigative reporters that will print in the print media the horrible truth about Glenville, and it’s elite set of criminals, who are also raising their children to be criminals to follow in their footsteps. An unanswered facet of that case is why did David Karichoff, Esq — a highly competent criminal defense attorney, suddenly appear? Did his being a Butcher relative have any bearing?

Fred Ira McCroskey, 76 – Spencer

Fred Ira McCroskey, 76, of Spencer, West Virginia died July 16, 2012 at the Roane General Hospital in Spencer after a long illness.
He was born May 16, 1936 in Spencer a son of the late Harvey “William” and Thelma Phillips McCroskey. He worked for over 40 years in the oilfield business retiring from Clint Hurt to own and operate the Malibu Bar & Grill in Spencer. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Fred is survived by two daughters, Teresa McCroskey, who was his caretaker, and Tammy Smith Sovine Holzworth and her husband, John of Alexandria, Virginia; one son, Robbie Smith of Spencer; one sister, Freeda Jo Taylor of Spencer; one brother, Bill McCroskey of Spencer; and eight grandchildren, Doug and Greg Smith of Spencer, Tara Burns of Spencer, Spc. Matthew Sovine of Ft. Drum, New York, Ben Sovine of Alexandria, Ashleigh, J. Michael, and Zack Holzworth all of Alexandria; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in death by four brothers, Bruce, Robert, John and Jack Mcroskey.
Per his request, the body was cremated. There will be a graveside memorial service at 6:30pm on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Wright Cemetery on Charles Fork Lake Road in Spencer.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
There will be no service or visitation at the funeral home.

DB, reports about the Albert J. Woofter estate have circulated for years. Because of implications for the B & B law firm why do its owners refuse to come forward with information to try to clear their names? Their total silence reinforces beliefs that the estate was raided. There is another issue pertaining to the Butchers. There is a belief in the County that R. Terry Butcher’s correspondence to the State helped to trigger the takeover of our schools.

Clay County Sheriff Randy Holcomb is flexing his political muscle again, cutting police coverage to the county.
Holcomb says his deputies will no longer work past 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, and will not work weekends.
He is reportedly angry over the Clay Commission cutting his budget which financed one deputy sheriff.
In February, Holcomb told county commissioners his department would no longer enforce traffic laws, investigate accidents, or make DUI arrests. The sheriff claimed his decision was made because half of the arrests were being thrown out by a Clay County assistant prosecutor.
He was also upset that the WV State Police moved 17 miles away from the county seat, taking the county’s only intoximeter with them.
Commissioners at the time said they were working on a plan to get an intoximeter at the sheriff’s department, and the State Police reportedly loaned a meter to the sheriff.
Since then, the sheriff’s department has been answering calls, until this decision.
Holcomb released a letter regarding the matter:
“The department needs the deputy position and the overtime monies associated with the same, to be reinstated.
A civil service test has been completed and I currently have two applicants that have qualified. I am in the process of conducting interviews and background checks and plan on hiring a deputy no later than the end of July.
The position is critical to the operation of the sheriff’s office and providing service to the Citizens of Clay County. With the current deputies’ annual and military leave some shifts will not be covered without this position being filled and some shifts may have to be completely eliminated.
I have always attempted to use every resource available to me and to efficiently operate this department. I have always been able to return unused monies to you in previous years. Without this funding it places a hardship on the current deputies and also to the Citizens of Clay County.”
The County Commission denied his request.
The sheriff’s department currently has four deputies, plus Sheriff Holcomb.
The State Police says they are working on scheduling to cover the problem.
West Virginia Justice is right, who writes this stuff?
And who rights how the High school Volleyball teams trip to Charleston fiasco was covered up, with Metz’s daughter and Son in law for that teenage sexcapade drunken orgy at the Volley Ball Tourney ?! This matter wasn’t even investigated because the state police said it was out of their jurisdiction!! Gilmer County Commission President Brian Kennedy offered two 911 solutions:
• One he strongly favored was by a levy tax voted by the citizens for a four year period collecting an amount described as being 6-8 million dollars for a turnkey operation. However, he stated he had discovered there were some people having a hard time during his travels caused by the storm and long term power outage, and he was beginning to think that over.
But, in Kennedy’s words, “Most of those people don’t vote anyway”.
• The second method offered to pay for returning the 911 center back to Gilmer County would be bond financing paid by the County Commission using 911 fees and tax dollars.
Kennedy stated he feared the county going into debt for 15 years.
When a special needs student is beat down in a High School hallway and the adults in charge offers him no comfort and protection from his attackers, a price has been paid. When young teenage girls are publicly humiliated in their High School because they don’t fit the “popular” body image, when they no longer want to go to school and harm themselves (not for the first time in the school’s history), a price has been paid.
When a child molester walks out of court because of who his family is and returns to molest again, a price has been paid.
When known drug dealers walk free due to connections as students become addicted, incarcerated or suffer and die due to overdose, a price has been paid.
When a teacher admits to giving alcohol to a minor student in his charge and is released with certification intact, able to prey on more children, a price is paid.
When college age girls looking to fit in are invited to parties, doped and raped and none of the adults in charge seek justice for them, a price has been paid.
When children are used as pawns for political gain the price is too high and a lot of grown ups are not willing to let the kids pay the cost of inaction using fear as an excuse anymore.

FORMER GRANTSVILLE MAYOR CHARGED AFTER DHHR INCIDENT

Former Grantsville Mayor Gary Knight was charged by the Grantsville Police Department after a complaint was filed by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, following an incident at the Grantsville office on May 17.
Knight was charged with willful disruption of government process, after he went to the Grantsville office making threats against officials, according to the criminal complaint.
Knight was reportedly upset that his wife had been dismissed from the agency.
Administrator Joe Johnson said Knight was yelling and making verbal threats against him, according to statements from Johnson and DHHR employees.
Johnson, according to the criminal complaint, said Knight was beating at his office window from outside and then came through the main door of the office, yelling…
“Come out here you red-headed mother fucker, if you think this is over, you’re wrong.”
Witnesses in the complaint said Knight was pounding on doors, yelling and cussing…
“You come out here you crazy red headed fuck and let’s settle this now … this is not over yet, you piece of red-headed dog shit!!”
An agency employee, in the complaint, said Knight pointed a finger at her and said…
“This is not over for you either …bitch,” while employees called the police.
Calhoun prosecutor Rocky Holmes, during a hearing in Calhoun magistrate court, issued a pre-trial diversion on the complaint, essentially meaning that if Knight does not cause further problems, the charges could be dropped, due to his erect anger issues. Hey, but that’s how they do it down in Calhoun County!
A review hearing on the matter is set for December 19 before Magistrate Teresa Carpenter.

In May, Sarah Ann Rutherford a Glenville State Graduate, that became a high school teacher in Barbour County, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance for allegedly providing Klonopin, some top of the line good countrified Gilmer County pussy that also included some marijuana to a minor sometime between October and December 2010. The Bitch was headed for prison, just like she deserved, then suddenly, just months ago, everything changed after they let some time go by on purpose so everyone would forget!
During Friday’s 29 June, 2012 hearing, just 26 days ago, from this date Wednesday 25 July 2012 — Rutherford admitted to smoking marijuana with the same student to whom she provided Klonopin and alcohol.
As part of the plea agreement the last Friday in June just last month, the felony charge of sexual abuse by a person in the position of trust of a child was dismissed and replaced with a misdemeanor charge of battery. The change was made under the condition that Rutherford plead guilty to the misdemeanor battery charge and two misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
“The state agrees to move to dismiss the remaining counts in these two indictments,” Circuit Judge Alan D. Moats said.
Moats had ordered the state Department of Health and Human Resources to release records to the court as a result of Dyer’s motion in a hearing Tuesday. After reviewing the documents in their entirety, Prosecuting Attorney Leckta L. Poling recommended the felony count of sexual abuse by a person in the position of trust of a child be reduced to battery.
“The state received the documentation from the DHHR on June 26. After reviewing that documentation in its entirety, the state is aware that there are inconsistent statements with the victim,” Poling said. “Those are obviously issues.”
The documentation was confidential and had not been released to any person, including the court, according to Moats. The judge also stated that it appears the victim has given contradicting statements, one denying the relationship and one alleging the “conduct” took place. A testimony from another minor at Tuesday’s hearing also contradicted some of the statements, officials said.
“The court understands that such contradictions are not at all uncommon in cases of this nature pertaining to children; however, it puts the prosecuting attorney in a quandary to present a case to a jury,” Moats said.
Poling met with the victim of the alleged sexual abuse, who is now 18, and his father, who she said “are in agreement with the reduction of the felony offense to the misdemeanor battery.”
She also believes, based upon the records in the evidence, that the community and school students are protected with the additional condition of the plea agreement that Rutherford voluntarily gives up her teaching certificate and can no longer teach in the future.
“So I believe that that addresses the state’s concern regarding the victim and the community in this matter,” said Poling.
Rutherford is not to have any contact with either of the victims, but she will dream of having oral sex with both of them you can bet on it, for she is one sick bitch!!
A sentencing hearing will be set for a later date. For the two misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, there is a possible penalty of up to one year in jail or a fine of no less than $50 or more than $500 or both. For the misdemeanor of battery, there is a possible penalty of up to one year in jail or a fine of $150 or both.
Moats ordered a pre-sentence investigation and said Rutherford’s bond would continue under the supervision of Probation Officer Heather Pride.
