Come On Central West Virginia!
Come take a Valentines Day Ride with the Ghost Wolf!!
What’s that I see walkin’ in these Crooked County Woods?
Why, it’s Little Red Riding Hood, with a bottle just for ME~
Hey there, Little Red Riding Hood,
You sure are lookin’ good, come on and take a ride!
You’re everything a Big Bad Ghost Wolf could want…

Bree in photo above preparing to expose her breasts says, “I need to actually care about what I look like at school from now on. Whenever I actually look cute I’m in a better mood!”
KICK IT with the Secret Seven Coalition during this SPECIAL VALENTINES DAY edition! We found that little red riding hood, and we will be a ridin all day long at Revenge of the Ghost Wolf today February 14th and having a party the WHOLE DAY!!
WITNESS the student STAR of the latest STUDENT/TEACHER SEX SCANDAL POP HER TOP and her breasts are revealed for the WHOLE STATE of West Virginia!
Bree says just recently, “I need lemon heads so my sore throat won’t be so sore!”
- Could it be from the Black Penis Sticks you’ve been a suckin on Bree Wolfe? The girl that bangs the Football Coach Jason Cunningham and brags about it! ALMOST THERE – BREE SHOW US BREE BREASTS just like you did for the Football Coach, don’t tease us any longer…there we go ALMOST THERE!!
BREE WOLFE is a REAL SHOOTER! BREE is a little Hotty SEX SHOOTER and is throwing her TOP in our direction and in celebration this VALENTINES DAY is exposing those breasts that Coach and Teacher at Gilmer County High School – Jason Cunningham did enjoy so much at a wild party one night not long ago according to his friends and other teachers at Gilmer County High School!

There they are!! BREE WOLFE BARE BREASTS just like a BAD ASS BOX BANGING BUTCHER BITCH BREAKING BAD on VALENTINES DAY — NASIA BUTCHER PRINCIPAL of GILMER COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL CONDONES SEX between STUDENTS and TEACHERS … and says it JUST OK!!
GLENVILLE – Last summer Crooked County also known as Gilmer County, West Virginia decided to promote from within for its open vacancy of head football coach and Glenville State College graduate Jason “BIG BALLS” Cunningham got the “NOD,” and got to stretch his “ROD” too, by fucking one of the high school students! ” BREE WOLFE “ shown in the photo below who just turned 18 yesterday, the 13th of February, 2013!

BREE WOLFE a Gilmer County High School Senior who is friends with Lauren Hough the daughter to prosecutor Gerald B Hough had SEXUAL INTERCOURSE with the Gilmer High School Football Coach Jason Cunningham who is also a teacher at the High School where Nasia Butcher is the Principal and she stated in a speech this sort of behavior is NORMAL for High School in Gilmer County …. WHAT?!
ONLY in West Virginia could a Principal of a local high school be so stupid!!
“Most of the kids on the 2012 team are juniors and we’ve had a good group of kids in the weight room since January. It’s always exciting to have some older guys who have some experience. As bad as it was last year, I think the experience will help them,” says the coach.

Bree Wolfe that little HOTTY that was a birthday girl on February 13th which means she was only 17 when JASON CUNNINGHAM a teacher and football coach had sex with her that he bragged about at an after hours Gilmer High School raucous party!!
Jason Cunningham, the new GCHS Football Coach finished his social studies fifth-through-adult degree from GSC last year and was anxious to get things rolling and he got things rolling real good with that little Hottie Bree Wolfe who you see topless in this exclusive edition of …Revenge of the Ghost Wolf!!
Gilmer County Head Football Coach Jason Cunningham who is also a teacher at GCHS during a wild party fucked the holy crap out of 17 year old BREE WOLFE and then …confesses about it!!
Nasia Butcher GCHS principal and Ron Blankenship superintendent of Gilmer County School are well aware of the sexual tryst but are going to do nothing about it, because they don’t want it to get out how bad they fucked up!!
NASIA BUTCHER AND RON BLANKENSHIP SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY CONFRONTED AS TO WHY THEY ALLOW SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STUDENT and TEACHER!!
“JASON CUNNINGHAM has Sexual Intercourse with BREE WOLFE at a Gilmer County High School Party and BRAGS ABOUT IT!!”
This is not much different than when Hannah DeMarino fucked Bobby Duvall the Gilmer County County High School Basketball coach when she was a star player on the team. In fact it is just the same!
It’s JUST ANOTHER HIGH SCHOOL SEX SCANDAL in GILMER COUNTY WV and it is JUST OK with Prosecuting attorney Gerald B Hough because BREE WOLFE is a good friend of his daughter Lauren who brought all the hard BOOZE on the bus last year to the Volley Ball tournament where the girls were the subject of a panty raid by an adult coach that married Sheriff Metz’ Daughter!!
Hannah fucked dude during the raucous party up hwy 33 at the home of Shelly Morris DeMarino the same night her cousin Jordan Morris was raped at the same party the same night by a black football player on the Gilmer TITANS and got pregnant and had to abort the baby in another state!

Jason Cunningham a GCHS teacher and coach(shown in this photo)was particularly good with his cunnilingus skills the first night he banged BREE at a BUCK WILD GILMER COUNTY SEX and DRUGS party that we hear had lots of alcohol to go around just like at a BUTCHER BITCHES BASH!!!
The NEW CROOKED COUNTY LOLITA in 2013 is …BREE WOLFE!!
“Nepotism and Cronyism, is what makes GILMER COUNTY AND THE Gilmer County Schools go round and round — And nothing will change until a dedicated group of Concerned Citizens decides to change it!”
To change things means to run some people right the fuck out of this town and county and I think we need to start with NASIA BUTCHER who is one QUEEN BEE BUTCHER BITCH!! I will tell you that!!
But sadly, the Butchers have JUDGE FACEMIRE in their pocket, along with the very dishonest FERPA VIOLATOR and Gilmer County Prosecutor Gerald B Hough. Nepotism and Cronyism is what the state board of education is structured around, along with the local board of education which has only about three members in favor of changing things for the better.
- LIZZY BUTCHER (shown in this photo)MISSES US TOO!
Here is a special Valentines message from Lizzy of the Butcher Bitches who is worried about being upstaged regarding the history of her wild Gilmer County High School skinny dipping antics by a sexy young upstart like WOLFE who had sex with a teacher and coach.I guess Bree might have thought what she can’t match in numbers(because who could come close to bangin as many boys AND girls as Lizzy Butcher)Bree could make up in being more scandalous by bonking the coach in front of everybody!Lizzy Butcher misses us too, and misses exposing her breasts to ALL of Gilmer County and Revenge of the Ghost Wolf readers.
“Our CROOKED COUNTY “System” has been created to satisfy the egos of those who have designed it, and that would be the people from the local Power Elite that belong to the Church of Ike!”
Those dishonest sons of Bitches like Ron Blankenship state appointed superintendent of Gilmer County Schools and his side kicks “float their boats” with useless reports, meetings, rules, and regulations, and refuse to answer even one simple pertinent question during official school board meetings, the entire situation has gone far beyond just being called pathetic!
Then those dumb bitches brag about what a wonderful job they are doing.
That’s a fucking CROCK … and everyone knows it!
They really are just pumping their own egos, or in the case of Ron Blankenship his Penis Pump while he is in the parking lot of the local high school!
“In fact now that you remind me speaking of a Penis Pump there was that one night with Lexi Butcher …”

Lexi Butcher(shown in this photo)had a stained famous blue dress too! It all happened on this night way back years ago, back in the early days just before the CalPatty Press was formed, back in the day when the Crooked County Crooks website had only just appeared on the internet just months before and had a strong local cult following with members partying with the Fire Starting Cult in Calhoun County and the TEAM RANGERS also from Calhoun County. This is the lend a helping hand photo when Lexi Butcher of the Butcher Bitches was fucked up in the car outside the bar, and there was a whole lot of shakin goin on it was a shaky stick Butcher Bitches extravaganza. Mom Nasia Butcher says it is ALL JUST OK, and it is JUST OK with the local prosecuting attorney Gerald B Hough too!! This is the night we learned that Lexi 1/2 of the Butcher Bitches is a spitter with some spatter and not a swallower! Oh, do we long for those days when the Butcher Bitches were Breaking Bad all summer long!
“Should we be likes lambs led to the slaughter, like we ALL were June of 2011 when the state of West Virginia took over all of the Gilmer County Schools? Should we KEEP OUR SHEEP SUITS on or turn into a Wolf! … A BIG BAD Ghost Wolf!”
The best part of this debacle is the actual RECORD of events that reveals the unconvincing bullshit stories told by Sandy Pettit(Pettit Hell! She broke the damn thing..)and other tales told by full on Church of Ike worshipers don’t hold much water because the tales told from all the audits, bought its, reports and retorts that often include test results simply prove just how “Wrong” many of the “Elite” are and have been for years, but the “Powers that Be” LOVE to lie to Gilmer County parents.
Two years from now, three years, there will be no change, except THE ELITE will ALL be better off with more money and benefits in their pocket. The rest of us are left to still struggle and maybe, just maybe survive.
The status quo will be maintained by hook or crook for Gilmer County which is one LOST PLACE thanks to the Church of Ike and certainly a hell hole off all by itself, the latest actions of the County Govt is all the proof you need there.

Nasia addressing the Gilmer County High School Class and letting them know that sexual experimentation is just ok with her, and even Lesbian encounters meet with her approval and even kissing ones own sister hard on the mouth with touching as her daughters Lizzy and Lexi the Butchers Bitches have been pictured doing is also totally acceptable behavior and that the local press is just picking on her because she is married to an original Crook from Crooked County that lives down by the Crooked River in Glenville-HOME to the Crooked County Crooks!
The State BOE has operated our schools since June 8th of 2011 which is NOT three years, so DO THE MATH because we are now much worse off than when the state took over. WHO KEEPS SAYING it has been three years, it will be two this June!?
Our Superintendent Blankenship was denied a contract renewal by our school board many years ago. So is THIS SITUATION NOW… “CREATED REVENGE?” …Because we didn’t play ball with dude years ago?
Give that crazy arrogant FUCK Ron Blankenship a big raise and stick him back into a system that got rid of him once all ready …that’s the answer?
Guess that was a move based on the influence of the Church of IKE or BIG JOE Manchin after a phone call or two from WACO OIL his money ticket to fame and fortune for years.
Or is this take over with no local control just another opportunity to punish Gilmer County for trying to break out from the POWER ELITE thumb?
Maybe it is time for Concerned Citizens to dole out some punishment of our own , but for now…
I’m gonna keep my sheep suit on,
Til I’m sure that you’ve been shown
that the Secret Seven Coalition and the Council of Concerned Citizens can be trusted, walking with you alone.
WHO is that I see walkin’ in these Dark Woods of Crooked County that holds SECRETS? Why, it’s Little Red Riding Hood, with a bottle just for ME!
Hey there, Little Red Riding Hood,
You sure are lookin’ good, with that garter and the Red Cape come on …lets take a ride today, it’s Valentines Day!
And you’re everything a Big Bad Ghost Wolf could want!!

West Virginia State Police, the Glenville Police Department, along with the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Department, served two search warrants.
The Seven people shown above were arrested and booked into the Central Regional Jail in connection to an active methamphetamine lab. Numerous other drugs were also found at the scene of the manufacturing crime in Gilmer County commonly known in West Virginia as Crooked County for their CROOKED as fuck prosecutor Gerald B Hough, and some corrupt judges like Richard A Facemire a 14th district circuit court judge.
“The Secret Seven Coalition has known since 2007 that Gilmer County was extremely active in the manufacturing and distribution of Meth. We stood by and witnessed bust after bust for Meth and manufacturing in Calhoun County and other neighboring counties, but for years there were few or NO Meth busts in Crooked County under the watch of Sheriff Mickey(I’m a puppet)Metz! Now isn’t that interesting?!”

The actual sale begins at 1 pm and ends at 5 pm. There will be several door prizes, vendors and specials at the Java City Coffee Shop all day long.

A Nicholas County magistrate has cut reality show “BUCKWILD” cast member Salwa Amin’s bond in half.
The 24-year-old Amin had been held on $200,000 bond at the Central Regional Jail since her arrest late Sunday night.
Salwa Amin the big breasted one of six girls in the “Buckwild” cast is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Her lawyer, Michael Callaghan, says Amin’s bond was reduced Wednesday to $100,000 cash. And no word yet on a breast reduction …maybe in season three.
Salwa waived a preliminary hearing. All she needs is about 8 thousand cash for the bail premium along with about 100,000 dollars worth of collateral plus 25,000 cash for the attorney and she is back on MTV!
Callaghan says he expects Amin to be released within a day or so.
Dude says that they will address the charges at the appropriate time, after he gets a little alone time with Salwa in his office …(if you know what I mean)
West Virginia State Police say a multi-agency task force arrested Amin and two other people at a Summersville residence after receiving a tip from an informant. Salwa was set up like a bowling pin.
A search found oxycodone pills in her purse, and some heroin her pal Shawn Booker brought along with about$3,000 in cash.
A Gilmer County man is facing charges after an apparent shooting near a local bar.
Around 1:30 Sunday morning, police responded to a fight at the Main Street Bar and Grill.
Police found a pistol on 25-year-old Deandre Williams. He allegedly told police that he was shot at, and he fired back. Nobody else involved in the incident has been identified at this time.
Williams is charged with wanton endangerment. State police are investigating.
Another example of black trash invading WV.
The mother of a 3-year-old West Virginia girl who vanished without a trace in September 2011 will not regain custody of her other six children when she gets out of prison later this month.
The West Virginia Supreme Court this week unanimously upheld a Lewis County judge’s order terminating Lena Lunsford’s parental rights — a decision backed by child welfare workers and the unidentified father of one of the children.
The U.S. Bureau of Prisons website shows Lena Lunsford is set to be released February 26, 2013 from a facility in Baltimore, MD where she has been serving an eight-month sentence for welfare fraud.
The high court’s ruling notes that the Lewis County court also terminated the parental rights of Ralph Lunsford, whom one of Lena’s attorneys had previously described as Aliayah’s stepfather. While Ralph Lunsford is identified as the father of “most” of Lena’s children, the ruling says one, identified only as T.C., was fathered by another man.
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources filed an abuse and neglect petition with the courts in October 2011, alleging the Lunsfords’ remaining children were in imminent danger. They had been neglected to the point that some had irreversible tooth decay, case workers said.
That complaint also noted that Lena Lunsford had previously reported to DHHR that her husband had attempted to cut her throat, “yet she and the children continued to live with him.“
At a termination hearing in May 2012, the circuit court judge “found that the parents had more knowledge about A.L.‘s whereabouts than they revealed but refused to provide that information to the court,“ the high court wrote.
Lena Lunsford fought for her children, arguing that “evidence was not clear and convincing that she harmed or threatened her children’s well-being,“ and that she appropriately notified police when she couldn’t find her daughter.
But the Supreme Court cited witnesses who say she gave conflicting statements about Aliayah’s disappearance and noted that she and Ralph Lunsford have “vaguely accused” each other in the 16 months since.
Lena Lunsford’s lawyers also argued that the circuit judge erred in deciding there was “no reasonable likelihood” that the abuse and neglect would stop under a court-supervised improvement period.
The DHHR successfully argued that without an explanation of Aliayah’s disappearance, “there can be no assurance that the other children in the home can be safe in their parents’ care.“
Aliayah disappeared September 24, 2011 from a rented home near Bendale. She has never been found.
Lena Lunsford told police her daughter had been ill and was vomiting the night before. Aliayah was in her bed at 6:30 AM, her mother claimed, but missing when she went to check on her a few hours later.
Authorities have made no arrests and identified no suspects. The FBI has refused to say whether agents believe Aliayah is still alive, but it has offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to her recovery or an arrest.
Lena Lunsford was indicted weeks after Aliayah’s disappearance on charges that she illegally swapped welfare benefits for cash five times in two months. She pleaded guilty to selling $114 worth of credit on her food-stamp card for $50 cash and reported to prison last June.
During one of the hearings in that case, a judge ordered her to live apart from Ralph Lunsford after he acknowledged on the witness stand that he had bought and used synthetic drugs called bath salts that are known to cause extreme agitation, hallucinations and violent and bizarre behavior.
Ralph Lunsford also acknowledged in his testimony that police had considered him a person of interest and repeatedly questioned him in Aliayah’s disappearance.
Lena Lunsford gave birth to twins after Aliayah disappeared and before she went to prison. They were taken into state custody with the other children. She later filed for divorce.
Nice titties!! Good three point goal by Coach Cunningham!!!!!!!!!!!
Salwa Amin was released from Central Regional Jail in flatwoods just a few hours ago after posting bail on Conspiracy to sell Oxycodone, and Conspiracy to sell Heroin along with possession of oxycodone for sale and possession of heroin for sale.
Salwa is currently at 2007 Parkwood Road about a quarter mile from John Adams Middle School in Charleston, and literally less than one hundred yards from the South Hills Swimming Club, a picture of her home is posted at the bottom of the Valentines Day Revenge of the Ghost Wolf article.
She is there right fucking now and already found one stash of pain pills I betcha!!
Reblogged this on Concerned Citizens Free Press and commented:
Salwa Amin just bailed out of JAIL and her little lost lonely heart had to spend Valentines Day at the Central Regional Jail in Flatwoods, well she is home at her parents house and the address where her BAIL OUT party is and a picture of her home is at the bottom of the Revenge of the Ghost Wolf Valentines Day article!!
Another member of MTV’s “Buckwild” reality show has been arrested, but “Bluefoot” Mike Burford is only a secondary member of the cast, and was shown on some of the later editions like the ramp jump on truck inner tubes, and at a party another time.
Charleston Police arrested Michael Douglas Burford on Friday night, last night, for aggravated DUI, according to an official from the South Central Regional Jail.
Burford is known as “Bluefoot” on the reality show, and is NOT one of the nine main cast members, but plays a relatively minor role, and gets some camera time in the later episodes.
I just saw the pussy shots of Bree Wolfe that go with her coming out in her February 13th “Birthday Girl” celebration photo’s, plus the photo lying on the couch with the Black Man and little black Sambo is a little disturbing for some, but both shots I would like to get on the internet if I could, and if you would, and if she should get fucked up and we can get some more we a will get those to you too. The GSC Black Basketball coach that is an assistant shouldn’t be taking naps with white high school girls dick to ass do you think? But then Nasia Butcher most likely has signed off on this behavior, for most likely she see’s it as JUST OK, the same as Gerald B Hough who covers for the CRIMES of the elite and is the man WHO LIED LIKE A LITTLE BITCH about the murdered Basil Fred Hill the third!
Did the BLACK COACH finally FREE the PYTHON?

WV Board of Education Sued by Fired Superintendent Marple
Gilmer County Board of Education Regular Meeting – February 11, 2013
ABOVE – BLANKENSHIP RATTED OUT BY PHYLIS STARKEY at the beginning of this video.
…AS reported in The Gilmer Free Press the VOICE of the PEOPLE in Central WV!!
West Virginia Board of Education is being sued over its decision to fire former state school Superintendent Jorea Marple.
The lawsuit was filed Friday afternoon in Kanawha County Circuit Court.
Marple’s attorney Tim Barber says the board’s November14, 2012 decision was done in secret and brought to a close a nine-month effort by school board President Wade Linger to get rid of Marple.
Barber says Marple was denied the due process guaranteed her in both the U.S. and West Virginia Constitutions.
“You may bring charges against somebody. You put them in writing. You give them an opportunity to read that, to have a lawyer, to have a hearing in front of an independent tribunal. That’s how you do that,” Barber said. “That never was done. It’s completely absolutely at odds with every piece of jurisprudence there is.”
Barber says Linger and his allies threw Marple out for no reason. He says it is an outrage.
“How can you do that?” Barber asked.
Lawsuit alleges state Board of Education President Wade Linger worked for nine months behind the scenes to fire Marple.
He says Linger was working behind the scenes to fire Marple even during a review of the former superintendent last summer when she was given glowing marks.
“Not a word. Not by Linger or any other board member ever said anything negative at all to her. Never brought anything up to her at all until they go into executive session on November14 and throw her out,” Barber said.
The lawsuit seeks among other things, compensatory and punitive damages, a full hearing to establish the exact charges as to why Marple was fired and a jury trial where applicable.
Barber added he found Governor Earl Ray Tomblin’s State of State of Address earlier this week on education reform amusing.
“Every single line, every word, everything that they propose Dr. Marple had addressed that before she was dumped by this board,” Barber said. “For them to have this to be some revolutionary thing that is wonderful is a joke.”
COMMENTS from the READERS of the GILMER FREE PRESS
Would seem the Marple termination was carried out using the same method as the Gilmer Schools takeover?
If this were warfare, it would be called an ‘unprovoked sneak attack’ with no warning? Would it not?
Is this the mindset of those in charge of the Board of Education? Standard method of operations?
Comment by ANONYMOUS on 02.17.2013
Well, the Exalted Leader of the State BOE, has the official response to his method of operation.
Remember, he was warned by the lawyers, not to terminate Marple the way it happened?
He stated, “I’ll take my chances.“ Well he did, and now the taxpayers get to foot the bill !
Is there no understanding in the Legislature and Governor’s office, to realize the only way to
clean this mess up is to ‘clean house’ and start over?
Is there no one in Charleston with the backbone to clean up this mess? No one?
Comment by get ‘er done on 02.17.2013
Gilmer County and experienced BOE members can certainly empathize with Jorea’s woes. We walked the path of having our Board and our Superintendent being castigated by Gayle Manchin while the ex-director watched and said nothing. We’ve lived under the burden of state say so and shut up. But sympathy, no.
It’s hard to feel sorry when you watch the state BOE takeover, guide school systems to vote bonds for new buildings after which they can’t afford to pay their daily bills thereby guiding into bankruptcy! Ask Calhoun County, their kids have been failing a long time but were convinced that they needed a new building instead of an excess levy to help pay the bills. Now they are in the red. Ask Preston County, they voted a 39.6 million bond for new schools and remodeling but can’t pay the bills now. Ask Grant County what happened when their state superintendent recommended the state give back their school control? Nothing. Ask Logan County why they didn’t want to take their system back after the state hired 30 more employees than the formula would fund when the state was gone.
No pity to be found because Jorea Marple signed to have our operating in the black, passing the grade school system taken over after only two months on the job as a political favor to a political action group called CUBE and we all know who ran that. Now she cries for justice? There was and is none for us and one question remains.
Comment by How Much Will This Cost the Kids? on 02.17.2013
We have heard the saying what goes around comes around. She helped the Gilmer takeover without any justification and only for political favors. Now she is talking about justification when it comes to her? I am sure more has gone behind the scenes that we know. But whatever the reasons it is time for Marple to back off and quit wasting more of taxpayers’ money. She wasted enough.
Comment by enough is enough on 02.17.2013
Have the people on that BOE no shame? They should all realize by now they have no vision to repair anything. What we are watching here is exactly what happens when politicians start appointing fiends and family to repay favors.
This system did not get broken overnight. It has taken years to get into the condition it is now. The ones who ran the BOE into the ditch have no idea how to get it out. The comment left by “NOTHING CHANGES” about the “WV Board of Education Supports the Governor’s Education Improvement” is so, so right on.
Everyone should read and re-read that article. Can I say whomever wrote that has a major disconnect from the whole issue at hand? Good grief. Linger states “we are prepared to act immediately with the adoption of his((referring to the governor)) education agenda”. So that is to say, if it doesn’t work, its the Governor’s fault? Is that preparing to shift the blame even before anything changes?
Comment by anonymous on 02.17.2013
Should we be glad that Marple overthrew the Gilmer Schools?
Should we be glad that Marple got a dose of turn about is fair play?
Should we be glad the CUBE Gang exposed themselves?
Should we be glad the dominoes have started to fall?
Should we be glad the incompetence in the State Education System is in the open now?
Should we be glad the Governor had the audit done?
There is no more hiding behind fancy words , meaningless reports, foolish press releases.
The Board can keep their silence to their take over schools. That silence, that total lack of communication
with the totally silenced boards, it is shame full. The schools are taken over and then the repair processes
are simply halted and shut down. Egotistical control.
The Emperor Has No Clothes. Not now.
One question remains.
Will Governor Tomblin and our Legislators kick some butt?
I know one person who thinks there is not the courage to do what many people thinks need to be done.
Comment by waiting to see on 02.17.2013
This Marple deal. Is this right? It has been explained to me this way. That essentially the CUBEs, using Mrs Butcher, Mrs Butcher’s mother’s friendship with Marple, has essentially in a round about way, led to Marple’s eventual termination? Isn’t that a fascinating circle of events. Look at all the staff that has also jumped off the Gilmer teaching staff, Bennett being fired, Simonds being fired, and now Marple. All the lives that have been
screwed with, for a few to have their way?

Simmons & Blankenship, you never said “why” the executive session on the last meeting video but now we know. It’s one thing to control a board, a horse of another color to use gestapo tactics to stomp out public Reps! To believe that secrets and threats have a place in education! Where does that come from? Not WV Code and that’s for sure.
Simmons, everybody knows you put that paragraph to stop public comment at the bottom of the agenda. You don’t care about Gilmer and that’s plain as the nose on your face. People will find a way. What have you told that won’t stand the light of day?
Blankenship, you’re a disgrace and should resign that high paid position. Bill, your day’s coming. This is not the college. You won’t fool us twice.
Blankenship you are the one who gave Mace the school. You used illegal secret ballot of a no quorum CEFP committee that voted only their own interest. You are totally empty of morality or ethics sir. The facts are clear.
You told the Lewis County Super to apply for that school for themselves to the SBA and cut Gilmer out! Mrs. Hurley used your own paperwork for one school to prove more than enough students for two. Check the census , Gilmer has more elementary students than Calhoun and more land. Where are the new attendance area reports she talks about? Are you doing them now?
So self important you say you won’t give our schools back until we quit asking? Your name is not on the audit and just like the Grant County State Super found out, State BOE won’t care what you say because they have even more power than the Governor that appointed them and they want to show it. Even more than you.
Mrs. Starkey deserves an apology from every one of you. All she has tried to do is work for the people who elected her and get answers they want & deserve. Don’t hear that from the rest of you. Petting a state Super won’t get anything but make your time a little easier Simmons. Yes? A body would think after two years you’d figure that out.
A new member should be listening to senior members. They know the pitfalls from experience and it’s easy to see and hear that you don’t. The monkey wants to appear as important as the organ grinder on the other end of that chain around your neck. It’s not working.
Can’t take the heat? Get out of the kitchen. Spouting state meetings are no credit to you. Did you know Gilmer and Tyler were the only ones that had all schools pass AYP? Now they want to get rid of that, say no more AYP but what will they judge us by? Not that it matters. In all your talk you don’t say. Tired of hearing how poor we are while not one thing about how poorly we’ve been treated.

It is deeply to be deplored that our Anti-Democracy Crooked County Society, created by the June 2011 takeover of Gilmer County schools confines itself so much to protests, that it must instill its own authority with threats in exchange for silence and what the Church of Ike politically influenced calls “the moral principle of the fact that the State of West Virginia Control of the schools in Gilmer County should NOT be questioned, because “US” as in YOU and I – WE the PEOPLE of Gilmer County .. the SLAVE COUNTY of West Virginia are just a bunch of dumb hillbillies that can’t make decisions for ourselves and DAT TIS BOUT ALL DER IS TO DAT.
And I for one am insulted by their state controlled tone and attitude! Where the FUCK DO THEY GET OFF acting like they do. OH, I get it WE are the HORSE SHIT DOG DOO and they are the SMELLY GOOD MORNING DEW!
I am not really sure how much longer I am gonna take that dumb fuck look of insincerity on the face of RON JON Blankshit state-appointed Superintendent of Schools for Gilmer County, aka Crooked County the home of the Crooked County Crooks.
No people of West Virginia have done more for the liberties of African descendants which then became football players and students at GSC than the society known as the Church of Ike, for RAPE at Glenville State College goes unreported and unpunished and nobody can ever remember even one rape conviction taking place at the college which seems rather odd since GSC has been deemed number one in RAPE and LAST in academics out of ALL of the colleges in West Virginia, you may want to do some google checking on that claim for facts figures and other information. The college would be horrified to know you as a citizen found out, so better keep it a SECRET.
Welcome to Glenville, West Virginia, the HOME of the MURDER of FRED HILL … just ask the locals, we all know who did it.
RAPE is a crime where if YOU are a BLACK man and a football player at Glenville State College that RAPES a white girl student, you can be guaranteed, by facts figures pointing to historical fact, that the odds are you can fuck the holy bejesus out of the first unsuspecting freshman hotty found walking late at night, and there will be absolutely NO PUNISHMENT! NICE! Thanks Gerry Hough you faker than fake – fucker than fuck – black as night – and someday soon may be SHIT OUT of LUCK – BUT – OH NO YOU SAY – Because you know Senator Joe Manchin and you know that he is GAY!! While West Virginia has reduced the number of seniors living in poverty, child poverty is still a growing problem, according to a report released Tuesday from the West Virginia Center on Budget and Policy and the West Virginia Healthy Kids and Families Coalition.
Poverty is linked to problems like rates of divorce, obesity, addiction, teen pregnancy and crime.
The state’s senior poverty rate fell from 39.2 percent in 1969 to just more than 10 percent today.
West Virginia’s child poverty rate has grown from 19.1 percent in 1969 to more than 23 percent today, according to the report, “Child Poverty in West Virginia: A Growing and Persistent Problem.”
The latest Kids Count report says that 36% of Calhoun children are living in poverty (WV average about 25%), a worsening statistic, Calhoun being ranked 52nd of 55 counties.
Common Core Standards: A Unified Plan for Successful Schools
The Gilmer Free Press REPORTS on a WILLY K BAMBOOZZLE ANNOUNCEMENT
I wrapped my fear in a blanket of safety and sailed my ship until it sank.
While the world of public education has spent several years debating the issue of success, a mass of statistical evidence has accumulated that leads to the conclusion that a change in direction is needed now if our ship is to avoid sinking. Across the nation and at the state and local levels, evidence shows that we are falling behind in results in achievement in educational outcomes. The discrepancy between high school grades and real performance has become only too obvious. When students make A’s and B’s in math and English in high school and then are required to take a high percentage of remediation at the next level, some-thing does not add up. Here in Gilmer County, far too many students are required to take remedial courses when moving on to the college level. Many other counties in the state have similar problems.
West Virginia cannot and is not ignoring serious statistical evidence nor are we rationalizing that we are victims of some national or regional prejudice. In a recent article by new State Superintendent, Dr. James Phares entitled Is West Virginia Education System Ready to Change? he shared numbers from 2011 national assessment tests. In grade 4 math West Virginia ranked 45th of fifty states. In grade 4 reading West Virginia ranked 43rd. In grade 8 reading and math West Virginia ranked 47th.
In his State of The State address, Governor Earl Ray Tomblin cited some very sobering statistics concerning educational achievement in West Virginia which ran all the way from “Unsatisfactory” to standings in the 40’s out of fifty states. It is very clear that some more successful initiatives have to be taken to improve the educational outcomes for our students at all levels of our public school systems. Our students must be beyond grade level competency in math and reading when they leave our public schools if they are to be able to compete for jobs and higher education opportunities. Here in Gilmer County as in other counties in the state statistics on success are nebulous with figures running from fairly high to less than desired.
Mr. Ron Blankenship, State Appointed Superintendent, and I attended two recent meetings at which new State Standards for West Virginia public education were presented and discussed in some detail. The new standards are called Common Core Standards and the focus of these new standards will be content competencies at all grade levels determined by a testing program that measures both qualitative and quantitative thinking and educational achievement. A student’s ability to apply what he has learned in the classroom to the real world outside will be incorporated into his assessment which has been labeled Smarter Balanced Assessment.
As of now, the Next Generation of Content Standards and Objectives have been clarified in Language Arts/English. The new standards will be implemented in kindergarten now and in all grades by 2014-15.
Under the new Language Arts/English Standards, a different balance between informative texts and literary texts will be established. With the knowledge that reading impacts English, social studies, history, science and technology the goals will be to have the balance of fiction to information in grade 4 at 50/50, grade 8 at 45/55 and grade 12 at 30/70. There is clear evidence that the complexity of reading has been declining since 1962. The new standards should enable students to read more complex material, have conversations based on reading, and be able to write demonstrating an understanding of the materials read and discussed at a level appropriate to educated people. For many students who were in school in the late 1950’s or early 1960’s, this new approach to reading and writing will seem quite familiar since it is essentially a traditional liberal arts program of that time period.
The Common Core Standards in math have not been finalized at this time; however, there are some generally agreed upon principles. There is agreement that in the past too much emphasis was placed upon “getting the answers.“ This was often done without the student having any grasp of how and how the answers connected with anything else. The new standards will be designed to deepen the scope of mathematics and mathematical concepts across grade levels and mathematical disciplines such as algebra, calculus geometry, etc. Another important goal of the new standards will be to teach students to “think” mathematics and achieve a balance between classroom learning and application to real world situations. My father went through eighth grade arithmetic but he could figure how many bushels of corn would fit into a certain size crib or how much concrete it would take to pour a sidewalk with certain dimensions. The new math standards will emphasize the integration of math skills and real world application.
With the new Common Core Standards being in place by 2014-15 and a new system of assessment, there will obviously be a great need for training of teachers, principals, superintendents and school board members. For Gilmer County RESAVII will be doing the training since the State Board of Education has assigned the primary training to the various RESA’s in the state. School Superintendent Ron Blankenship will coordinate the training with RESA and he has been in planning sessions with other superintendents in Region Seven. Training for teachers will begin now with other county personnel to follow shortly. By the end of this school year teachers and principals will have completed most of the initial training with considerable professional development activities in the months and years ahead. The new standards are not designed to be frozen in time but will continually be assessed by professional personnel and teachers as to effectiveness.
County school boards will need to have an overview of the new standards in order to help with the implementation, understanding, and interpretation of outcomes of the new measures Also, it will be important that parents and the general public be informed of the changes that are underway. What will help teachers who deliver the standards more than anything else is to have parents who are involved and supportive as we enter this period of change and heightened demands.
The next few months and years will be challenging, but the State and the County are moving in a positive direction to help our students be competitive in a demanding market place. This new initiative will not happen overnight and a certain amount of patience will be needed on the part of educators and parents alike. The decline in our public educational systems occurred over a long period of time and changing direction and expectation is never easy. In a few years we should see positive results in English/Language Arts and math as our students rise from our current statistical levels.
Should you have questions, Mr. Blankenship and I will be happy to talk with you. You are certainly welcome to come to meetings of the Gilmer County Board of Education as I am certain that the Common Core Standards will be discussed at many future meetings.
~~ Dr. William K. Simmons – President, Gilmer County Board of Education ~~
GFP – 02.21.2013
~~~ Readers’ Comments ~~~
Because it has finally progressed beyond the debate stage about WV being at the bottom in academic achievement despite of our generous per pupil spending, it is about time that we broke out of denial. Advocacy for AYP and related indices no longer have merit, and when the program Dr. Simmons addressed is fully operational West Virginians will know how our students rank on the national scale as we track progress in improving the State’s educational system. One need toward improvement is to discontinue dual credit courses in WV high schools immediately unless it can be proven beyond question that students are getting the education they need when they take the courses. In today’s Gazette there is reference to WV being near the bottom in success with advanced placement scores. Given that reality why should anyone believe that dual credit courses deliver as claimed? Thank you Dr. Simmons for taking the initiative to obtain and to print facts to inform us about the new assessment process. The assessment changes will trigger a revolution for the State and winners will be our most valuable resources, our K-12 children who deserve better. The challenge in Gilmer County will be for citizens to work together at all levels to strive for an excellent education system which is achievable. It is hoped that more information of the quality Dr. Simmons provided in his GFP posting will be forthcoming.
Dr. Simmons, This sounds good only if RESA is out of the picture. They always talk the walk, but never walk the walk. Recently Sandy Foster talked to teachers at GCHS about Acuity and all the tests student need to take online. When a teacher complained about all the issues with the testing and how the student either keep getting disconnected or not even able to login, Ms. Foster responded by saying the issues are with the sever at GCHS! Question is why? Who takes care of the server? Why has it not been fixed since RESA is charged. How many servers do they need to install and keep blaming the server? The fact is, the real problem is the office of technology at WVDE and RESA. Since you talk big about RESA and handling of technology like and insider, it might not be a bod idea to step out of the box so you can see the real problem.
James Phares, Governor Tomblin are finally striving to meet the federal standards the state has requested waived for so many years. That is positive and has been reported by them. Could never figure out how our state test results were compared with federal statistics. Seems like comparing apples to oranges. That Gilmer County passed WV standards and its students require remediation has always been very telling. None the less the question remains.
What is being done at those meetings to return control of the Gilmer County school system to its own elected board and its citizens? What is the states position on leveling the playing field for all schools when it comes to reasoning the need for takeover and the creation of “intervention counties”? Is the Legislature going to put accountable legal restraint on the State BOE to protect our local BOE and our voice. Why are counties those legislators live in permitted to operate in the red without takeover? By your silence it appears that you support the audit response asking the Governor to eliminate our voice. Why did you say Mrs. Starkey was trying to take over the “Board”? Why did you not stop Blankenship when he threatened our county and essentially every board member demanding her silence?
By What About Right Here Right Now? on 02.21.2013
Mr. Simmonds, thank you for your report and information.
The sad part of this is, most of us expect the results will be as Mark Twain said about the weather.
“Everyone talks about it, but no one does anything about it.“
That is the history of the past 50 years of education discussion.
You know YOU got a better 1 thru 12 education than our children are receiving today.
Everyone also knows that throwing more money at education is NOT the answer.
We have a long history of that.
Could you give us a report that would exactly outline the steps that you and your board have taken to
have our school control returned?
Give us an expected timeline for it as well?
What yet do you have to change, repair, implement to get our schools back?
Thank you for your work in the community. We look forward to your further reports.
By Gilmer Observer on 02.21.2013
Wake Up Call, when information is available to use to do better at the GCHS or anywhere else in the County a valuable community service can be achieved by bringing issues to the public’s attention. For years we have heard that there are technology problems at the GCHS and according to public understanding nothing has been done to resolve issues. Your posting is an example of responsible initiative which can be exercised by a citizen to expose technology-related and other types of problems in need of correction at the GCHS and elsewhere in the County’s school system. If others will come forward similar to you for GFP airings we can produce enough noise to make our demands heard in Charleston. The elite believe that they will continue to remain in firm control because of apathy. Let us show them that we care and we have courage and the moral resolve to stand up for ourselves and our children.
By Les Jenkins on 02.21.2013
What board Observer? The only state returned powers that have not been put in writing are trips and discipline. It took many months into takeover and a visit from Chuck Heinlein to the GCCoalition to hear that. Then months after that before Blankenship brought a trip to the table that had already taken place after BOE member Starkey kept asking over and over for that much. They don’t even have the legal right to go into executive session for other than discipline or adjourn a meeting.
That safety blanket is Ron Blankenship. Attending some of the meetings he participants in and only “some” of them. Do as Ted Mattern says, don’t disagree with ANYTHING. Reporting the meetings is fine but Gilmer County educators did what they were told and still do. Where did that get the students? They passed a test the Governor informed us on this site was a specifically WV test. Gilmer County made the federal grading standard of AYP every time, every school. Years before the change and nothing is done to stop administrators from skewing those results requiring teachers to teach to the test today. There in lies our own peculiar problem. Hopefully this federal testing will prevent that in the future but still a long way to go to get there.
What is being done in the meantime? Not a word about state intervention that gags the board to the point of releasing state approved information only.
It is known we’ll have to pay $1,845,000 for Gilmer’s one new school site prep on Crooked Run. Over $900,000 match promised for SBA funds, over $400,000 on the architects plan for owners soft costs and that’s an estimate. Local BOE may have funds now but the land hasn’t even been bought and that’s extra. How will we pay the bills when we only get state formula for the students attending daily and we go well under 1,000 when the children go to Lewis County?
GFP Note: The video of this meeting will be published as soon as it is processed.
It was not a typical Tuesday evening in Glenville, WV at the Gilmer County Recreation Center Board of Directors meeting which took place at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, February, 19, 2013.
Rumors had it that the Gilmer county Commissioners were about to dissolve the Recreation Center Board and take over the operation.
Why rumors? Well there was not an official announcement of any sort by the commission about it as well as any indication that commissioners Brian Kennedy, Darrell Ramsey, Larry Chapman, as well as the county administrator Cindy Wilson were to attend the meeting.
Strange? Yes. Why? Because there has not been any representation from the commission attending the meeting for several month! Commission President Brian Kennedy, a Recreation Center board member has not been attending the meeting for several month citing being busy, having no time.
As soon as the meeting was called to order by the center board President Larry (Bud) Sponaugle, after making a comment about the fact that for some reason all the commissioners were present, surprised, he declared the meeting over due to lack of a quorum. It takes 6 members present on the board to have a quorum and there were only 5 present.
The Gilmer County Commission has failed to appoint necessary board members since November and as the result Recreation Center Board has not had enough members to have a quorum in their meetings, especially since the commission president Brian Kennedy has not been attending the meetings.
At this point the tensions flared up when both presidents went at it citing problems from personal level to business.
Kennedy screaming said Sponaugle was a hard person to work with and Sponaugle wanted to know why the board had failed to appoint the members to the board so they could have a quorum. Everyone in the room was quiet listening to the harsh debate.
Kennedy stated, the board was in trouble because the Recreation Center budget and expenses was out of hand citing the taxpayers were not going to put up with it. Sponaugle acting surprised, wanted to know who the taxpayers were that Kennedy was referring to because none of them have showed up either at the Recreation Center Board or the Commission meetings. Of course he did not get an answer to his question.
Surprisingly enough at this point a board member, Greg James showed up late allowing the board to have a quorum since Kennedy was present. Susie Kirkpatrick was absent.
When asked again why the commission had not appointed the needed two board position to have a quorum since November, Ramsey said, they could not because they did not have enough members present at the commission meeting to make such decisions. Kennedy had not made it to several meetings since November.
Sponaugle cited the financial problem due to cutbacks in their budget by the commission. Kennedy said it had to be done because the county just does not have any money.
The issue went back and forth. Lisa Smarr, the Center Director, resigned last week for another job and again the Center Board could not act on it due to lack of quorum. Ramsey suggested the commission should hire a director and pay for the position rather than the board. (He even offered to be that director)***. Other commissioner did not respond to such move.
Kennedy said, let’s move on and he wanted ideas on what needed done to get the Center to operate in black. When asked what his suggestions were, he said he did not have any.
The idea of a levy was talked about and comment was made that a levy for the Center has failed twice. Chapman suggested a fundraiser. Comments were made by several attending that people in the county are supporting so many fundraisers already. In short, the commission citing the problem, but had no answer to any solution.
Kennedy was told the board was operating in black when the center was being used for training of law enforcement officers and it was changed by the “powers in charge”, as well as budget cuts by the commission leading to shortfalls.
The Gilmer Free Press asked why the commission never talked about the financial problem at the Recreation Center in any of the commission meetings. The response was “it was talked about behind closed doors and not in public meeting.” The GFP did not feel it was fair for the commission to quote the taxpayers as being fed up, when the taxpayers had no clue what was going on! GFP thought it was not fair for the commission to come out of blue sky doing what they were doing and called it a good example of crisis management. Kennedy finally agreed that the issue was never brought up to public.
Kennedy kept repeating people have to decide what they want to do with the center, and Sponaugle kept saying the commission needed to decided and tell the board what they should do.
Having been to enough meeting, when we hear “the people have to decide” and all of a sudden decisions are made by the commission without people really having an input, it seems like there might be another hidden agenda in this case.
In conclusion, there are two positions open on the Recreation Center Board in Glenville and Center District. The board along with the commission is having a meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 6:00 PM to decide on the director position for the center as well as any new ideas. Employees were also concerned about their jobs at the meeting.
Public is invited to the meeting at Shawnee Hall at the Gilmer County Recreation Center.
GFP Note: The video of this meeting will be published as soon as it is processed.
*** Need to verify on video to make sure whether Mr. Ramsey made this statement.
LOL Must be the same invisible 150 Kennedy hissed at Norma about that he reckoned didn’t want the 911 Center back in Gilmer County at that “visons” meeting. The ones from Normantown is what he said. Didn’t matter what the taxpayers and fire department at the meetings voted and it won’t now would be a “educmacated” guess.
The county is broke? Who’s been in charge of that mess? Ramsey, you told that you and Kight had spending the money handled remember? Didn’t need any help. Dave Hess warned you two. You wanted to be Commissioner, now you want to be Director of the Rec Center again? Can’t be both, can’t be paid by the commission for both and it be legal then get paid to drive a bus by the state too can you?
Comment by Gee Whiz on 02.20.2013
The Rec Center is one of the attractions that bring people and money into Gilmer County. The commission is short changing the center. With everything the county has lost, the last thing needed is for the county commission to take over the rec center.
Maybe the county commission needs to look at themselves and their negative impact on the community.
Comment by anon on 02.20.2013
How is Mr. Kennedy planning to get the Gilmer citizen’s input? Take a look at the video of the last 911 meeting. He gives many options for 911 site for the Gilmer citizen to decide. Then within 5 minutes he makes the decisions for them by saying the Waco center was the only choice. There are other plans for rec center that they know. Just wait and see.
Comment by liar liar on 02.20.2013
This is unbelievable. After all the screw-up and waste of money on core drilling and facilitator for 911, these commissioners have the guts to blame this board for money and lack of it?
We need a takeover of these commissioners. Too much corruption. They are not representing the majority in this county.
Comment by BT on 02.20.2013
For sometime I have wondered about the competency of our elected commissioners.
The 911 Center and its return, has been telling of their decision and judgement abilities.
So here it is. Blooming idiots on display.
Commission President is always to late/busy to attend any meetings? Bet he picks up his check just the same?
And he ran on the platform of ‘Common Sense for Common People’? Can we say a lie?
I had thought someone was pulling their strings. New we see there is nothing for the strings to be attached too!
No wonder Gilmer County keeps making first place on the “Most Laughed at County” List in West Virginia.
Comment by anonymous on 02.20.2013
After reading the minutes of the Rec. Center Board of Directors meeting on GFP. This leaves no doubt of how dysfunctional our commissioners are! Ramsey crossed the line by wanting to be the Rec. Center director, this is a direct conflict of interests. It is hard to tell how much they have cost Gilmer County. They need to find out how much money is missing from the Sheriff’s office before spending any more of our money.
Comment by “Born Here” on 02.20.2013
This is Commissioner Darrel Ramsey responding to the article written regarding the “Community Concerns: Gilmer County Recreation Center Board Meeting Report 02.19.13”. I did NOT say I offered to be the Director of the Rec. Center. As you know, I had to resign that position to serve as a County Commissioner. When Mr. Ramezan puts up the video, it will confirm that I did not say that. I left Mr. Ramezan a voice message asking him to correct it.
By Darrel Ramsey on 02.20.2013
Folks, we are seeing the tip of the iceberg regarding how the Commission operates. If we want to let more sunshine in we need to get the Commission to list all appointments it makes with names of individuals in the slots to include perks where applicable. Larry Chapman was asked in the past to make the disclosures, but he has always refused. Do elite families get the hog’s share of the appointments? Wanna bet?
By Ed. Moore on 02.20.2013
Someone is wondering about removing county commissioners. It may not be a difficult as you might think.
Do a WV.GOV search, go to chapter 6. Read the paragraph 6-6-1. For incompetency in spending, commissioners
can be removed from office.
***Even more interesting, go to paragraph 6-6-4. Removal of Appointees This paragraph gives the Governor to remove
any person that has been “appointed” to a position, likely as those serving on the Board of Education, the authorization
to removed said individuals. Think that would mean the Governor could clean house on that board if he really want to
repair the education problems.
By anonymous on 02.20.2013
Is this a lame attempt by Curley, Larry, and Moe to rid themselves of the current board?
And then appoint new members they have better control over? Something stinks in this deal.
Commissioners: Explain Yourselves! Explain your actions ! Now !
By anonymous on 02.20.2013
What and how is the legal process to have these people removed from office before they do more damage?
Comment by anonymous on 02.20.2013
Commissioner Kennedy and Commissioner Ramsey have emptied the county Treasury.
They have spent most of the rainy day fund to purchase nice car to ride & etc.
Blew the money on “gifts” to friends and employees!
They have spent up towards ONE MILLION dollars that was not budgeted.
Sheriff department has major finance issues.
DO NOT WONDER why the budgets that WERE required by law, to be published LAST September! You can now see.
As well as the budget that was to be published when Sheriff Metz left office. That is missing too.
UPDATE 2 -21 – 2013 *****************************************
Ramsey, don’t know but know this much. You’ve been micromanaging that Rec Center since the day you were elected and that’s a fact. This county would have been better off if they’d left you there. Couldn’t have any less money. If GFP makes a mistake they admit it. Always do.
But since you tell everybody you haven’t read this “blog” in over two years, since you lied about sending all the agendas every month, why in the heck would I believe you? Cause…
Comment by Here You Are on 02.21.2013
Ramsey is only after money trying to set him up for a job after he retires from driving a bus. He has said he doesn’t think he will be re-elected. His suggestion of having a well-paid director by the commission is part of his scenario. I heard him saying he may take the job and step down from his commission position. He even made the comment that Larry and Brian will fill his position with Reta Kight. These commissioners already screwed up the 911 deal and now working on screwing up the rec center. What is the deal with the 911 center now? Could it be, Kennedy did not show up to meetings on purpose preventing decisions being made. He was waiting for chapman to start. Then Chapman starts, the hell breaks loose.
Comment by Insider News on 02.21.2013
We need the rec center. It is the commissioners’ responsibility to fund it. They need to go after those responsible for all the missing taxpayers money at sheriff’s office rather than the rec center board. They need to quit wasting money on 911 center. Kennedy did not have a problem and money issues hiring a 911 facilitator and paying him in advance without advertising the job. They had no problem wasting money behind the health department even after the residents living there told them the site was filled with trash. They had no problem hiring high price people trying to fix the books at sheriff’s office. They have no money issues hiring an administrator to do their job. They had no problem paying a person at the college to write a grant without getting a dime. Why don’t go after all the money Metz mismanaged? Audit the separate checkbooks he kept. Do an audit on the equipment at sheriff’s office. Check to see how many computers and laptops and fancy attachment Metz purchased and whether they are there. That would be a good job for Ramsey since he micromanages. If Kennedy is always busy working or busy yawning and does not have time, he needs to step down. He is getting paid with all the benefits, not doing his responsibilities, does not go to meetings, but has the time to attack the volunteers. Kennedy need to take the puppet string off his neck, get his family life together, quit being drunk all the time and do his job.
Our county got along for over 100 years WITHOUT a “county administrator”.
Was this UNNECESSARY position/cost created by the commission so they wouldn’t have to ‘work’ so darn hard?
Its being said this person really has very little to do.
Why not make that position Rec Center Director/County Administrator? Hello?
Comment by anonymous on 02.21.2013
The board pays the director, life guards, cooks with camps, the pool, function fees and fundraisers. If the commission takes it over they can’t legally do fundraisers but they’d sure take the money. They want to do it now when in their own words they are out of money and can’t afford the utility bills.
The board is made up of volunteers and that’s who has done the bulk of the work at the center, even under Ramsey but he got the credit. Now they want to lay the blame on volunteers who work so hard to keep it going. Dig, build,mow,help clean,help cook, whatever it takes year after year. That administrator gets 28,000 a year, health insurance, retirement and sick leave which is what the job was posted for and they can’t afford the electric and water bill at the Rec Center. It’s not even pool season and that’s when the water bill goes up don’t you think? Said it was a problem to add 15 thousand to the sheriffs budget. They were out of money.
What a sick, sad, pathetic, disgusting, disappointing, disturbing, heartbreaking political mess this county is in. Money missing from county offices,and we the people of the county get to pay for a county woman to get the books “fixed”. Didn’t we pay or are paying for another individual to also check the books? Wonder how much the taxpayers are getting hit up to pay for this?? Money being spent unnecessarily on positions that are not needed/necessary. A school system being run by selfish incompetent educated college degree holding individuals that think they know just exactly what is best for us. Out of 6 people on the BOE board “one” (1) person stands up for the county and that is Phyllis Starkey. Three County Commissioners who think they know what is in the best interest of the county. One commissioner who you see yawning in video, missing meetings, being late, unconcerned about his job, just give him a pay check for a part time job that is larger than most individuals checks who work a full time job and are responsible enough to be on and do the job expected of them. This same commissioner is on the Board for the rec center and does not attend those meetings either. Why now all the concern about the rec. center? My common sense tells me they need to leave the rec center under the direction of the present board, not the county commission. The rec center is county owned and should be helped financially by the County Commission as in the past but not controlled by it. Has anyone bothered to ask why they want control now after all these years? The air smells of something other than pure concern and caring on the part of the commissioners.
The founder of a St. Albans in-home care business that operated in Clay County has been sentenced to 46 months in federal prison for health care fraud conspiracy.
The government said Shida S. Jamie, 63, was sentenced after admitting last October that she altered and falsified records and documents for Golden Heart.
Jamie was also executive director of the provider of in-home care services to the elderly and aging under contract with a West Virginia Medicaid provider.
Prosecutors have also settled civil cases against Jamie and Golden Heart to recover losses associated with the Medicaid fraud.
Dr. Shahrooz Jamie, the convicted woman’s husband, amassed a number of charges while he was a practicing physician in Clay County.
Jamie’s son was featured in a Parade Magazine article portraying his success in rural Clay County.
Authorities involved in efforts to crack down on illegal sales of prescription pills in West Virginia said Thursday they are seeing an alarming increase in heroin trafficking as users seek out less expensive drugs.
U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin said that while prescription drugs represent the biggest crime problem in West Virginia’s southern district, heroin seizures by drug task forces have increased more than fourfold from 2011 to 2012.
Scott Masumoto of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration cited state health statistics that more than 152,000 West Virginians have an addiction to prescription medication — more than 8 percent of the population. But Masumoto said the price of these pills can be $80 or more apiece, making it difficult for teenagers to sustain their addictions, so they are moving to “cheaper” alternatives such as heroin.
Goodwin said what is especially striking is the potential for overdoses among new heroin users.
Last month in Parkersburg alone, police reported five heroin overdoses in less than two weeks. One of the users died.
“These nontraditional drug users aren’t used to it,“ Goodwin said. “And even if they get used to it, they’re one potent batch away from overdosing. The potency of heroin is not consistent. It’s dependent on how much it’s ‘stepped on’ and how much it’s cut in the supply chain from Mexico here to southern West Virginia.“
Goodwin and Masumoto were among numerous state, federal and local officials who provided updates on efforts to fight prescription drug abuse at meetings in Huntington and Charleston.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, West Virginia has the second-highest rate of drug overdose deaths in the nation.
Goodwin said an entire unit within his office is devoted almost exclusively to fighting prescription drug abuse. He said over the past two years, his office prosecuted more than 200 pill dealers.
As part of a crackdown on pill mills and doctor shopping, a new state law limits the amount of pain drugs a doctor or clinic can dispense; speeds up the tracking of prescriptions through a statewide database; and increases oversight of pain management clinics as well as methadone treatment centers. It also tightens the purchase limits on cold remedies that can be used to make methamphetamine.
To help reduce the demand for illegal prescription drugs sales, West Virginia State Police Capt. Tim Bradley said law enforcement must get the word out to communities.
“It has to start with grade-school kids. There has not been a negative or dirty stigma with prescription drugs because it’s in all of our families,“ he said. “Until we get that ingrained and educated into our kids … we need to focus on the education of our youngsters.“
Other speakers urged expanding training for health professionals and creating long-term care facilities with thousands of beds for drug addicts. They also urged continued federal funding for the cleanup of illegal methamphetamine operations, expanding access to the powerful drug naloxone that can stop the effects of drug overdoses, and using cost-effective treatments for drug-addicted infants.
Among those attending the seminars in Charleston and Huntington were U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller, U.S. Congressman Nick Rahall, both D-WV, and White House Drug Czar Gil Kerlikowske. Kerlikowske attended a similar meeting in Charleston in February 2011.
“Four years ago, the prescription drug issue wasn’t really on the radar screen,“ he said. “I think the example of the progress that I see is this opportunity to come to West Virginia and see collaborations, partnerships and the leveraging of resources in a way that I think is unique. I think other states could take something away from this type of collaboration as they deal with this
Buckwild cast member Salwa Amin 24 is free on bond but still faces drug charges stemming from an arrest back on February 10.
Officers on assignment with the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force raided the Summersville home of Jason Jones based on a tip there was drug activity on the premises. Amin, Jones and 41-year-old Shawn (dig I’m a jig) Booker from Detroit were said to be found hiding in a shed behind the residence.
Three packages of heroin were found in the shed and the arresting officers claim Amin was carrying Oxycodone pills in her purse. A “large” amount of cash was found on the BIG JIG Booker.
(JJ) Jones, the RAT in this debacle, told authorities that Amin and the BIG JIG Booker brought the drugs to his home to sell. Amin was charged with four felony counts of drug possession with intent to distribute.
Amin’s attorney, Mike Callaghan, spoke with the Charleston Daily Mail and stated that Amin’s parents put up their property(a house at 2007 Parkwood shown in photo above in this article)for her bond. The amount was originally set at $200,000 but was changed to $100,000 late last week.
Salwa waived her preliminary hearing and will be presented before a grand jury.
Buckwild star Salwa Amin made bond last Friday afternoon, February 15th – as reported by the Secret Seven Coalition and fled to her parents house, where she lives and she has been actively tweeting since her release.
Over the past two weeks the Gilmer Schools Coalition Facilitator received communications from the office of WV Legislative House Majority Leader Brent Boggs. We were advised Delegate Boggs is working toward a piece of pending legislation addressing inter-county school issues.
Comments and suggestions were requested and submitted in an effort to clarify and possibly expand the scope of the proposed bill. We have since been informed that the information provided by the Coalition was forwarded to the WV Department of Education for their analysis and response.
Our Delegate requests that the actual document not be made public due to its pending status and the possibility of change. However, the Facilitator requested and received permission from Delegate Boggs to notify the citizens of Gilmer County about this work in progress. It is our understanding that it has been forwarded to Superintendent Blankenship and other interested parties.
The Coalition has contacted multiple Legislators and school boards who voiced very clear support for Gilmer County and offered their efforts toward addressing our needs and those of any other —
inter-county school — in the Legislature. They agreed to contact Delegates Boggs immediately.
A Gilmer Schools Coalition Team work session has been scheduled for Monday, February 25, 2013 at 12:30 PM at Holt House (Historical Society), Main Street, Glenville, WV and wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Delegate Boggs and his staff. We are both pleased and grateful to know that you hear the voices of concerned Gilmer County citizens.
We feel that Delegate David Walker who was appointed to the House Education Committee will also be of assistance in this matter and will forward all pertinent suggestions to his office as well.
YES, THANK YOU BRENT BOGGS, GOOD TO KNOW SOMEBODY REALIZES THERE’S A LOT MORE TO BE DONE THAN JUST BUILD IT.
I’D TELL YOU ALL TO CALL THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR SOME HELP BUT SINCE SEE NO EVIL, HEAR NO EVIL AND SPEAK NO EVIL HAVE SAT ON THEIR HANDS ALL THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME.
The view of Gilmer County from 100 miles away in Charleston, is completely different than the view from within the county.
Charleston is unable to see what Gilmer can. They are near sighted. They really do not care about us.
Their near sighted agenda is all that matters to them. That is exactly why our school board gets no communication.
By Jordan [1] on 02.22.2013
If concerned workers in the Coalition had not brought this to the public no one other than the state would know. BOE President is not allowed to tell us anything more than previously printed state papers so the extent of his knowledge is questionable. He said Mark Manchin told him he was the only one on the Gilmer County BOE he would talk to, seems like Manchin talks with Superintendent Blankenship more and that’s probably true of most things. Blankenship went alone to ask for SBA funding. WE ARE A TAKEOVER COUNTY AND THEY SAY THAT EVERY MEETING. Don’t you hear Simmons say before delegation talks that we are an intervention county so address your comments to the Superintendent? Did you LISTEN when Mrs. Starkey said they dragged her behind closed doors in an illegal procedure to try and SHUT HER UP!
Our school board gets no communications because THE STATE TOOK THEM OVER AND THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD BY NONE OTHER THAN TED MATTERN AND RON BLANKENSHIP TO KEEP QUIET. They are told what they want them to know and that’s that. Read the meeting minutes of the takeover on the state website TAKING ALL AUTHORITY. Watch county BOE meeting videos on this site. Read the agenda. Google. THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY UNLESS THE STATE GIVES IT BACK. ALL THEY CAN DO RIGHT NOW IS TRIPS AND DISCIPLINE.
If more people had tried to help and get out information during this atrocity of justice Gilmer County Schools (should I say School?) might not be in the place they are today. Most still don’t believe we are getting one school. That will come. We all should have listened more, kept up with what was happening, spread the word and marched on Charleston instead of trusting to the office holders to handle it.
I think we should be appreciative Delegate Boggs is trying to help us and wants us to know. Take a jaded viewpoint if you want, that’s your prerogative.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR SOME PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND? WE ARE GOING TO HAVE ONE SCHOOL! ED TOMAN WANTED ONE SCHOOL. THE CUBE WANTED WHAT ED WANTED WHICH IS WHAT THE BIG WIGS THAT PUT HIM HERE PAID HIM FOR. THAT’S WHEN OUR BOARD SPLIT AND THAT’S WHAT THE STATE COULDN’T CONTROL. THEY HAD TO TAKE US OVER TO GET THAT DONE. THE ONES WE THOUGHT WOULD SAVE US ARE SAYING HOW IT’S TOO BAD WHILE THEY DO HAPPY DANCES BEHIND OUR BACKS. THEY REALLY HAVEN’T THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT THIS MEANS BECAUSE THE POLITICAL WIN WAS ALL THAT MATTERED…SURPRISE! WE ARE SCREWED. SOMEBODY BETTER START WORKING TO MAKE WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN IN THIS COUNTY AS GOOD AS IT CAN POSSIBLY BE FOR US CAUSE RIGHT NOW THINGS DON’T LOOK SO GOOD. NEXT MONTH SBA FUNDING, COME SPRING BUILDING HERE AND IN LEWIS COUNTY SO GET READY. FACE REALITY AND BE DARN GLAD SOMEBODY IS PAYING ATTENTION.
Unfortunately, under WV law, the county commission has no ability to do anything about schools. From what has happened with other counties, it looks like our state education laws need a HUGE revision if any county board that has been taken over ever gets a chance to run their own district. Inter county schools are not even in the code and for two counties to attempt to build a new school with no possible guidelines is ridiculous, at best. Troy school is already an inter-county school and could remain as such. Just because a building is old does not make it unusable! If the state legislature has any sense, they will realize that economic development follows good, small schools.
Education in this nation has turned into a nightmare of ridiculous regulations and unworkable “solutions” to problems. When it costs $10,000 a year and the student are pretty much at the “bottom of the heap”, it’s time to look at what works, not at more and bigger!
By Karen Pennebaker on 02.22.2013
As far back as 2003 WV Code Chapter 18A was designed and has been amended to address “intercounty transfer arrangements”. More recent legislation uses the terminology “regional schools”. State BOE Policy recently gave the “Superintendent” full control in the determination as to “where” a child will attend school. Of course, in our case, that’s a state appointed Superintendent.
Through quiet manipulation of legislators the State BOE and DOE are slowly whittling away the rights of local boards of education throughout the state to have any role in determining student placement.
Let’s hope the Governor sticks to his promise of empowering the local boards rather than terminate them at State BOE request.
And you put them all in office.
Nobody asked the Commission to DO anything except speak up. It would have been nice if they had opened their mouth and lent their voices as citizens supporting the children and tax payers.
They wouldn’t even DO that.
Larry Chapman Crooked County Commissioner wants the FREE PRESS shut down and is yelling as loudly about it as that dumb c*nt Tara Kennedy officer of the Gilmer County Circuit Court has in the past. But, when Tara screams it is similar to the sexual rights and rituals of some wild banshee ..it’s a just like hearin the same ole sick SEX SHIT SCREAMS coming out of their Kennedy household out there late at night down in Normantown, WV.
Normantown is an unincorporated community in Gilmer County, West Virginia, United States, along the Left Fork Steer Creek. It lies at an elevation of 741 feet AND IS NOT the community that elected BRIAN KENNEDY to the County Commission and Commissioners are supposed to live in the district they serve, but you can literally do what ever the fuck you want to do in Gilmer County if you have a high enough rank in the Church of Ike and that does include murder.
But I am not shocked that Chapman wants the Gilmer FREE PRESS closed down, for how can those crazy fucks in the Gilmer County Commission get away with doing all the crap they used to do with concerned citizens of Gilmer County looking over everyone’s shoulder all the time. Chapman can’t have that, he is as crooked as the day is long.
Larry Chapman has called the Gilmer Free Press nasty names in public many times, because Chapman is a LOW LIFE fucking border line child molesting mother fucker that has no business representing ANYONE in public office and what the fuck dude was just VOTED OUT the last time.
As a Commissioner once more Larry Chapman has no authority to use tax dollars as an individual. There legally has to be a majority vote. Who voted with him to do such a thing?
I take it the Prosecutor Gerald B Hough is still the puppet of the puppets?
Gerald B Hough sings, “I AM YO PUPPET on the CalPatty Press!!” You can even WATCH the strings get pulled by Sandy Pettit on that skinny fuck Gerry ” The Patron Saint of RAPE at GSC” Hough.
The “elected” still think that people should have NO VOICE !
UNLESS the voice used is the very questionable publication known as the Glenville Democrat.
The county commission is used to having the Democrat print what THEY WANT to be printed and Dave Corcoran prints it and we all know how little gets printed.
None of the public meetings ever get more than a paragraph or two in the Glenville Democrat, even though his reporter records them.
NO TRANSPARENCY is how the Gilmer County Commission works, because each and everyone one of the commissioners, CHAPMAN, KENNEDY, and RAMSEY is a self-serving son of a bitch that has no business serving the people.
How can transparency ever be appreciated by Gilmer County elected when they have so much to hide because they are not reputable persons. They are Sandy Pettit nigger babbies. Sandy Pettit runs things for WACO oil and Sandy Pettit gives instructions to the Gilmer County Sheriff Larry Gerwig, a man that is nothing but a spineless little worm yes man that will carry out any request whether or not the matter is lawful or not. Gerwig is ALREADY on RECORD for committing PERJURY during the “Travesty of Justice,” court case, the longest running court case in Gilmer County Circuit Court history.
Larry Chapman has long used his Crooked County Charisma and position in the Church of IKE to lure young girls, and many in Gilmer County and surrounding areas feels nothing has changed.
UPDATE 2/22/13 @ 7:25 p.m.
MASON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A substitute teacher in Mason County faces two counts of sexual abuse, accused of having “inappropriate behavior with a student.”
Mason County Sheriff’s deputies on Thursday arrested James Paul Hadinger, 43, of Gallipolis Ferry. He was charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust to a child.
According to the criminal complaint, Hadinger was a substitute teacher at Hannan Junior Senior High School and became involved with the female, underage student during the last several weeks.
On Feb. 12, investigators say Hadinger met the student at a grocery store and the two went to a basketball game together.
Deputies say after they left the game, Hadinger and the girl drove to an abandoned house along Ball Chapel Road in Ashton where he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with her.
According to neighbors, Hadinger was also a preacher at Faith Gospel Church in Gallipolis Ferry. He led several youth groups at the church.
According to the Sheriff’s deputy on the case, Hadinger gave a written confession to the alleged incident.
Editors note: Paul Hadinger should give Nasia Butcher a call, he should come on down to wide track town, Gilmer County for having sex with students or inappropriate behavior is JUST OK behavior here in Gilmer County according to the prosecuting attorney Gerald B Hough.
Yeah! I would know those Bree Wolfe tits anywhere!!
With the community’s blossoming demand for improved conditions in the County, establishment of the Gilmer Free Press has been the most important development in decades.
Because we live in an isolated area the hard copy press neglected us. Resultantly, news which would have been on front pages of major newspapers went unreported.
This chronic news shortage hampered progress in the County because citizens lacked access to information to use to make up their own minds when important issues arose.
Most importantly the informational deficiency blocked normal check-and-balance processes our Nation’s founders envisioned.
The result was that a small hand full of the County’s elite, through their personal wealth and political contributions, garnered unfettered license to do as they pleased.
The elitists relished their exalted status because they could operate without transparency and accountability.
Resultantly, illegal drug use skyrocketed, other types of crimes increased to seem out of proportion to our population, too much secrecy was imposed for functions of our legal system, the County Commission operated without full transparency, problems with our school system were kept from citizens, etc.
When members of the elite were confronted about withholding information from the public they justified their actions by saying that only a few persons in the County were intelligent enough to process information to make important decisions!
That type of arrogant, elitist rationalization insults all of us. All our people may not have had the privilege of going to college, but their basic intelligence is just as good as anyone else’s and superior in instances, provided they have unimpeded access to information.
The Gilmer Free Press made an immeasurable contribution to getting news to our citizens. The editor’s contributions to the County exemplify what a free press is supposed to do.
In a democracy, along with good news, it is necessary for controversy including graft, abuse of power, and other inequities to be reported.
This openness enables citizens to determine what is best for society, and their formidable pool of collective wisdom made the United States of America the world’s envy.
Keep up the good work, Mr. Dave Ramezan, while assured that Gilmer’s people support you and what you stand for. Your work is about freedom!
COMMENTS from GILMER COUNTY CITIZENS
This IS America and we DO still have the freedom of speech. The Gilmer Free Press is a Godsend to people who live out of town, but are carefully watching the illegal and totally amazing corruption in Gilmer County. But then again, maybe that’s one of things those who oppose don’t want. Imagine that. Keep up the good work Mr. Editor, keep letting that light of truth SHINE on!
Truly, if your average citizen even had a clue as to the damage done to the county while Sheriff Mickey Metz was the Sheriff, and in charge, they would be demanding someone go to prison!
Facts seem to prove out that, Sheriff Metz was actively involved in the stealing of property by refusing to investigate faulty estate claims, ie Albert J Woofter Estate, and absolutely refused to even think about an investigation into any real crime if the complaint involved any of the SO-CALLED ELITE.
I am just going to say it, I think Mickey Metz is a flat out criminal and committed crimes while the Sheriff of Gilmer County. His actions with the Doug Morris DUI crash incident and Morris having drugs on the scene down on the Calhoun County line gave Metz, and his status away just last year.
I believe investigations will find property tax money has been stolen from residents, but they seem to pray mostly on out of state residents and there is plenty of complaints filed with various govt offices that proof this fact to be true.
I spoke with a high ranking member of the FBI and he said, that I was certainly free to file a complaint against the former sheriff Metz and other members of the County Govt or persons employed by Gilmer County or the Courthouse.
It is time we gathered our facts and filed some formal complaints.
While taking a look let’s not forget lawyers who pilfered estates as officers of the court. They are known in the community, particularly for getting rich from estate work with tactics honed to an art form. Overcharging, charging for work not done and performing unneeded work just to run up bills,and using various other ways to cheat lawful beneficiaries have been their modes of operation. Getting out the truth to expose greed and corruption at all levels are trademarks of the GFP. Thank you Mr. David Ramezan. Unvarnished truth is always more powerful than a heavily armed phalanx to be highly feared and hated by those who have misused positions of power to ream the public.
Someone has used the word “spotlight” in the past. That is a good choice of a word to describe our Gilmer Free Press.
Until Mr Ramazon came along, there was virtually NO light on the corruption and back room deals that elected, tax paid, elite following, officials are always making.
Watching these videos on the GFP, really is enlightening how our supposed leaders dress, conduct themselves, operate our county business.
Really nasty to see Commission President Kennedy acting the big bully with Mr Sponagle. What a mistake we voters made with this bully boy. He gets our tax dollars
to bully a group of community volunteers! Dumb us.
Our apology to the Recreation Board of Directors, for placing this dude on the commission. I don’t think the voters had much of an idea of what they were voting for.
Again, Board Members, we apologize to you. We in the community ALL KNOW what you have done for the Rec Center. All the volunteer hours you all have put forth, with
no expectation of any compensation.
To the Rec Center Board: Your community supports you. We appreciate you. Thank you for all you have done.
To President Kennedy: Stop embarrassing our community and stop bullying unpaid volunteers. Resign.
Great assessment of the current situation in Gilmer County, but I would like to correct one opinion in your comment where you voiced this concern:
“Until Mr Ramazon came along, there was virtually NO light on the corruption and back room deals that elected, tax paid, elite following, officials are always making.”
I beg to differ, the first Gilmer County media source to reveal damaging information with actual documents published to show wrongdoing was the “Crooked County Crooks website” that Timothy B Butcher and Judge Richard A Facemire had illegally removed from the internet based on threats to the web-host and outright lying to them about content and people that were involved.
Facemire had Hough bring a FALSE CASE against the person they felt responsible and then had that person falsely arrested on felony charges and falsely jailed. So you see, these lawyers you are too afraid to speak about have committed unspeakable acts to PREVENT THE TRUTH from being revealed, and then along came the CalPatty Press, with a HUGE SPOT LIGHT and the local elite went to the state police to try to have all of them arrested, and then it was found out, all that was published in the CalPatty Press was true, because the matter went before the FBI and that government agency ruled in the favor of the CalPatty Press , and ruled against Gerald B Hough — And now many government agencies have been made aware of the crimes committed in Glenville by the very people that are suppose to help to prevent crime.
The Gilmer Free Press has brought the matter to the MAIN STREAM and brought the spot light down without presenting some of the uglier sides with such offending visual truth in images, and that more main stream approach is what has succeeded in finally convincing the people in Gilmer County of what awful unlawful acts have taken place by elected public officials and the elite in Glenville, WV.
Had Kennedy been in control, he would have just sat down and spoke like the other two commissioners. Why did Kennedy get out of his seat? How could he call sponagle out of hand when he cannot control himself? Sponagle had the right to be upset, Kennedy did not. Shame on you Brian.
Video of the after meeting, meeting, at the Rec Center reveals why no term of office at the courthouse should be more than four years. No one should have to take their abuse longer than that. Takes too long to get rid of them.
Somebody said all the nonsense was BLC, (before Larry Chapman). For the last 20 years it’s been AALC, (all about Larry Chapman). Kennedy has done nothing waiting for his return and now doesn’t know what to do while Chapman hangs his head and says nothing because he helped put him in there and turn around was fair play this last election. Only problem was there wasn’t any money for Chapman’s political promises when he got back. WOW
Sorry Rec Center Board and thanks for all you do.
The law profession as a powerful trade takes extreme measures to protect its members. In WV it has been rare for bar complaints to have resulted in disciplinary action against lawyers for approximately 95% of the cases. One reason is seemingly the existence of code of conduct loop holes for the legal profession to enable reviewers of complaints (fellow lawyers of course) to justify dismissals. However, a private citizen can consider information about a specific lawyer to be better able to independently conclude if the individual should be trusted. That requires a citizen to formally request the WV Sate Bar to disclose past complaints against a named lawyer. Although as previously stated, for the great majority of cases nothing is ever done by the Bar to discipline lawyers against whom complaints were filed, a history of complaints can red flag concerns based on codes of conduct understood and practiced by the average person. In fact, a citizen can formally contact the Bar to learn if any complaints were filed against a lawyer of interest before deciding to go to Charleston to read official files. Some lawyers will be indignant, but a citizen has the right to ask one if he/she has ever been the subject of a bar complaint before deciding to do business with the person.
Nothing showed that any one of the three supported the Center. They just showed up, minions in tow, unannounced and determined to push an agenda forward whether in a legal public meeting or not. It’s become the way they all do business these days and it sucks.
So happy the Free Press is on top of it all, keeping us up to date with what’s going on behind those closed doors.
Christopher Scott Lamp, 21, a Calhoun County man is in Central Regional jail on sexual abuse charges and is facing several felony charges, including two counts of sexual assault 3rd degree; sexual abuse 3rd degree and sexual abuse by parent or custodian.
Lamp is being held on $130,000 bond.
Too bad LAMP is from Calhoun County, if he committed this same crime in Gilmer County it would have been OK if he had the right friends.
Bree there you are on the front page of the Cal Patty Press what did you do to deserve that? You must have really fucked up.
Editors note: Well, …hell, its because she is so fucking popular man!
Statehood exhibit on public display in Grantsville
To help organizations observe the 150th birthday of West Virginia in 2013 the West Virginia Humanities Council is touring its award winning traveling exhibit Born of Rebellion: West Virginia Statehood.
The exhibit will be on display to the public at the Calhoun County Historical Society Museum in Grantsville from February 27 through March 13. The local sponsor of the exhibit is the Calhoun County Historical Society.
Also on display at the museum during this time will be a B.F. Goodrich Aircraft Systems exhibit organized by the historical society.
The circumstances of the creation of West Virginia remain unique in American history. Questions arose as to the constitutionality of the process and even as to whether the new state should be dissolved once Virginia was restored to the Union.
The issues involved in West Virginia’s birth still engage people even far beyond our borders – providing material for a 2003 C-SPAN debate and lengthy article in the California Law Review. Born of Rebellion examines the constitutional questions surrounding the statehood process.
Consisting of three freestanding kiosks, the exhibit originally toured the state for two years starting in 2006 when it received a Leadership in History Award from the American Association for State and Local History. Using text, photographs, images, and maps it has been redone with a new lightweight panel system.
Exhibit viewers are given an opportunity to cast their vote on the constitutionality of our state. The Humanities Council provides the exhibit at no cost to interested venues. It is currently booked through December of 2013. The exhibit was made possible with support from the West Virginia Department of Education and the Arts.
The Humanities Council made the design phase of the exhibit an innovative educational project by working with graphic design students at West Virginia University. Sixteen students working in four teams designed the exhibit as a class project, as well as the accompanying brochure.
The exhibit features several QR (quick response) codes. Visitors with smart phones can scan these codes and read related articles in e-WV: The West Virginia Encyclopedia at http://www.wvencyclopedia.org
“GILMER,” A West Virginia COUNTY RULED BY TYRANNY And TAXES!!
Nasia Butcher is teaching all the young girls at the high school to be NEGRO lovers just ask Jordan Morris, drunk grandkid to the LORD of the CHURCH of IKE – Hell she popped out a NEGRO kid when she was only 16, albeit dead. A five month along abortion is hard to pull off, unless you have a lot of cash to flash for the right corrupt doctor.
According to Lil Bear teenage reporter for the Council of Concerned Citizens and Concerned Conservative members of our rural society of Crooked County, Bree Wolfe was recently talking about religion while stretching and looking forward to some private time in the weight room at Gilmer County High School.
When the subject of the Pope and Religion game up Bree tends to bend towards the “BLACK PETER” idea of a new Pope and that is, according to BREE it has been stated firmly by prophets and members of the Glenville Football Team and #7 that the next POPE would be BLACK and named PETER, just the thought of this religious revelation lit up the eyes of that Black Ball Bouncing Butcher Bitch Banging Breakin Bad BREE WOLFE like a BIG DOG!
Bree wants a black peter ta meat her in her own personal vati-can, if ya know what I mean, its no shed, its the head where She’s a hatin’ not waitin anticpitatin bling blang Ching GOW time to get down NOW!
Here is HOW another BREE, a BREE KAZEE — she almost sounds like a skin flute — but all the same got fucked real good against her will by Cunningham, according to eye witness accounts say “… BREE KAZEE got fucked real good by the coach!” and can’t say who we got this from, but suffice it to say, it is important to all concerned this information gets out to the public for teachers should not fuck students and there is no gray area or fucking someone elses little bitch that is in education it causes a commotion cuz they might get a bit mad about it ….
Turns out the black folks of Glenville aren’t the only people who take advantage of the white girls. Your favorite high school coach Jason Cunningham apparently had his way with 19 year old Bree Kazee, but we can just call her a teenager so it sounds worse and more in line with your other stories.
Now we know Bree Kazee isn’t in high school, but it doesn’t change the fact that people like Jason are still even allowed around high school kids while teaching. Jason found his way to a party that Bree was at a few weeks ago with some other ~20 year old college kids. Everyone watched Jason creep around on Bree all night, and at one point Jason even tried to force his way into the restroom WITH Bree. Also keep in mind Jason is currently dating 19 year old Amelia Stump (Bree’s best friend at the time). Anyway, Bree eventually made her way to a bedroom alone and went to sleep and that’s when Jason was finally able to track her down. Bree had said that he came into the room and woke her up and then you can figure out the rest on your own.
SS Member; football cock on a stick with a chocolate topping, do you think that “Wild thing,” Darrel Ramsey County Commissioner would be interested in sucking on that? Can I get a witness?
