Special CalPatty Press Holiday Release, “… A BuckWild Christmas at CRJ”

Salwa Amin in court before she pleaded guilty the night before her trial date. Now she is just somebody’s “Baby” in Jail at CRJ! “SHE BE MY BITCH!!”
Salwa Amin is my bitch at CRJ. The girls pod at Central Regional Jail is across the hall from me at Central Regional Jail. They have pods for people convicted of misdemeanors and pods for people fighting or been convicted of felony crimes. Salwa is the big busted STAR from the MTV Show BuckWild featuring Shain Gandee and all the cool people from Sissonville!
Salwa pleaded guilty — And then cut a deal to testify against Jones the dude she took the drugs to, and Booker who had all the cash and was present that night in February with Salwas’ favorite pills and a few packets of Heroin!

July 2012: Salwa was arrested for disorderly conduct after police witnessed her “screaming and yelling at a man walking into the Vista View Apartments at 4 a.m.” The charges were later dropped. Pretty sure she wasn’t sober, but there’s no mention of alcohol. No word on if the arrest will be mentioned on an episode of Buckwild/Also that same summer but earlier in the fun times on June 11, 2012: Tyler was arrested twice in 2012, the first time at the age of 19, for an unspecified misdemeanor, and the second time, aged 20, for Minor in Possession. If Tyler was not 21, then why was MTV filming him drinking on every episode like a mad man broke loose!? I thought they were all over 21, free and white, but apparently not. Tyler was 21 June 8, 2013. But how often did we a see him with a red Solo cup? We even a saw him once in a nightclub drinking and slumming it up like the pup he is. Don’t take no sissy in Sissonville!
This is how I met Salwa and made her my bitch at Central Regional Jail at Flatwoods. At first when she came back here in November, I would catch little glimpses of Salwa as the corrections officers would bring meals to the female pod and also take charge when the girls had to line up for medical visits. I kept getting her attention — and finally after several attempts, I got the message through to her, that while at CRJ …she is ““My Bitch!”
I figured even at 25 Salwa Amin might already be lining up in the line set up outside the pod to be moved to medical because it was “Hep C” day or HIV day. We all know Salwa was busted for her “Roxy’s” and” Heroin!”
Sometimes in jails they divide two areas of the jail of the lesser crimes from the major crimes. At other times the pods have to be placed closer together according to the facts that are a product of the daily movement sheet that illustrates just how the population of the jail is proportioned on a daily basis and sometimes shift related basis.
My God! You have to be pretty far down that dope alley road to be on “Roxy’s” and Heroin! Salwa admitted and is accused of being connected to both!

“BuckWild” STAR Salwa Amin is set to be sentenced at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2014 for drug charges relating to pills and heroin, but for now is somebodies “Bitch” at CRJ in Flatwoods!
It takes about two years of climbing the ladder to get the connections that Salwa Amin already had. The only problem with her current situation is somebody snitched and told the cops dat da folk with ALL the DOPE were coming from up north with out of state plates, and there was obvious drug traffic within minutes of the arrival of Salwa Amin, who was with a black guy from Detroit named Booker.
They both arrived near Summersville, WV where a white dude from Nicholas County named Jason Jones had the house everyone was talking about. Jones was there to greet them. An outer house on the property or shed is where they all got caught. Booker was probably just moments away from getting some bad booty — but some bitches turned snitches had to go and tell the cops probably because they were jealous of dude, and his high talking pill popping bitch from Charleston that kicked it on BuckWild and often popped that top like an old bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer!
So, now whenever I see Salwa in the Hall and can get her attention from in the Pod, I always tell her she is my bitch!! The Prosecutor told her he could get her a better sentence if she would testify against Booker and Jones and be his snitch!!
“Please GOD SAVE the ‘SNITCH’ that put that pill popping BITCH Salwa in HERE …where we have NO FEAR!!”

I figured even at 25 Salwa Amin might already be lining up in the line set outside the pod to be moved to medical because it was “Hep C” day or HIV day. We all know Salwa was busted for her “Roxy’s” and” Heroin!”
Amin pleaded guilty to charges of Conspiracy and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. According to the Prosecuting Attorney in Nicholas County, Amin faces from one to five years in jail for snitching on the white dude and her buddy Booker. That is all part of her sentencing after the holidays, but until then — and maybe after … SALWA AMIN the BuckWild MTV — STAR that got busted is MY BITCH here at CRJ!!!
“Thank you LORD and thank you JESUS for Salwa Amin!! Please save the SNITCH that put that pill popping BITCH in HERE at Central Regional Jail!!”
CRJ is JUST OK FOR SALWA AMIN! AMEN!!!
HAL a fucking LOO YAH!!! HOO YA!!
Amin is set to be sentenced at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2014.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration is investigating West Virginia Rite Aid stores and their sales of cold medications used to make methamphetamine in clandestine labs.
The DEA’s Tactical Diversion Unit recently requested scores of records from the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy dating back to 2006. The electronic records document Rite Aid’s sales of pseudoephedrine, a key meth-making ingredient.
“They asked for historical data. It was a lot of information,” said Mike Goff, a pharmacy board administrator who oversees the state’s controlled-substance monitoring program. “They apparently found some questionable Sudafed sales.

Congress did not renew the benefit as a cost-cutting measure.
HUNTINGTON – A lawsuit filed against Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity by a Marshall University baseball player who was allegedly injured when an individual attempted to shoot bottle rockets out of his own anus at a fraternity party has been dismissed.
The lawsuit was also filed against Richmond Property Group Ltd., Travis Hughes, Marshall University Board of Governors and Marshall University Interfraternal Council. Marshall University Board of Governors was dismissed as a defendant in March.
On Nov. 4, a dismissal order was filed in Cabell Circuit Court.
The plaintiff and Richmond Property Group came before the court and stated that they had “come to a mutually agreeable settlement in the resolution of this matter,” according to the dismissal order.
The parties requested that the court enter an order dismissing the action with prejudice and striking the action from the court’s docket.
At about 1:30 a.m. on May 1, 2011, the fraternity was having a house party both Louis Helmburg III and Hughes were attending, according to a complaint filed Jan. 23, 2012, in Cabell Circuit Court.
Helmburg, who played for Marshall University’s baseball team, claimed Hughes became intoxicated and attempted to “shoot bottle rockets out of his anus on the ATO deck.”
When doing so, Hughes startled Helmburg, who then jumped back and fell off of the deck of the fraternity house and was injured, according to the suit. He was lodged between the deck and an air conditioning unit, he claimed.
Helmburg claimed there was no railing on the deck at the time of the incident.
The lack of railing had existed for at least several months, if not years, before the incident, according to the suit.
Helmburg claimed the fraternity was negligent in failing to provide a safe deck and that Hughes was at fault for consuming alcohol “which leads to stupid and dangerous activities.”
Helmburg was seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. He was represented by Timothy P. Rosinsky of Rosinsky Law Office LC.
Marshall University Board of Governors was represented by Andrew P. Ballard of Campbell Woods PLLC.
ATO and Richmond Properties were represented by Joseph Selep of Zimmer Kunz PLLC.
The case was assigned to Circuit Judge Paul T. Farrell.
The Doddridge County Clerk’s Office was forced to change the policy of allowing select group to have access to the office after regular hours.
The State audit and an opinion issued by the West Virginia Ethics Commission stated the Clerk’s Office extended hours to provide access to public documents to certain representatives of oil-and-gas companies.
Doddridge County Commissioner stated the county operated extended hours due to the massive influx of oil-and-gas abstractors who do land research in the records room.
The Commission said they have doing it for a couple of years.
“There are so many abstractors that every courthouse in this general area has a lottery or some method to allow a certain number of people in the record room for a certain amount of time.”
The County Clerk’s Office has changed the practice as the result of this audit and ethic opinion
A man died following an ATV crash in Roane County, Friday afternoon in the Otto-Linden area.
Dead is Alfred Slack, 76, from Kanawha County, according to the Roane Co. Sheriffs Department.
Slack’s hunting partner told deputies they were checking out tree stands and that they split around noon.
A member of the party called the sheriff’s office about 5:00 p.m. after finding Slack’s body.
Deputies said it appears Slack was driving up a hill, spun out and went backwards.
They said the ATV pinned him up against a tree. He was dead when officers arrived.

ELKINS – A federal judge has granted part of the Barbour County Commission’s motion to dismiss claims made against it in a lawsuit that alleged Sheriff John Hawkins sexually assaulted a woman during a job interview.
On Dec. 16, U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey, of the Northern District of West Virginia, released his decision in Brittany Mae Keene’s lawsuit against the commission and Hawkins.
On Aug. 9, the commission moved to dismiss the claims made against it.
Bailey granted the motion to dismiss claims pertaining to unlawful arrest, excessive force, civil conspiracy, outrage and intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process and exemplary damages.
Keene claims Hawkins sexually assaulted her during a job interview. Hawkins denies the allegations.
Keene says the assault took place in 2011 at a job interview in a camper owned by the county that was located at the Barbour County Fairgrounds. She was 17 years old at the time of the alleged assault.
“Defendant Hawkins proceeded to ‘interview’ Plaintiff and then abruptly declared that if Plaintiff wanted the job, she would have to sleep with him,” says the complaint, filed July 18 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
“Plaintiff refused and attempted to exit the camper. Defendant Hawkins then slammed Plaintiff face-forward against the wall of the camper and handcuffed her hands behind her back.”
In order to silence her, Hawkins stuffed either a bandana or handkerchief in her mouth, the suit says. It also claims he inserted a cucumber in her rectum.
“First and foremost, I deny the allegations in the complaint,” Hawkins said in response.
“Unfortunately in today’s society issues like these are tried more in the ‘Court of Public Opinion’ than in our judicial system, where they belong.
“Over the next few months, this lawsuit will proceed. Both sides have attorneys who will exchange information and negotiate. The outcome, the plaintiff seeks money for damages caused by her allegations.
“Either they will get money or they won’t. That will be up to a jury to decide. The jury will be picked from the same citizens who will have been blitzed by the media coverage of this.”
Keene claims Hawkins told her he would kill her if she said anything to her.
The complaint says five other females have been sexually assaulted by Hawkins and that the plaintiff will disclose their names upon agreement with the defendants regarding the use of their names.
Those assaults allegedly took place in at the Barbour County Courthouse, in Hawkins’ police cruiser, in the evidence room and at a shooting range.
The lawsuit lists 15 counts, including unlawful arrest, excessive force, civil conspiracy, tort of outrage, assault, battery, negligent retention and hiring and false imprisonment.
After the alleged assault, Keene filed a domestic violence protection order petition against him. In May 2012, she was arrested on a felony charge of receiving stolen property and a misdemeanor charge of transferring stolen property.
WBOY reported that she was alleged to have stolen two guitars from a church. The indictment was dismissed.
Keene claims the indictment was filed in retaliation for her claims against Hawkins. She is represented by Paul J. Harris and Shawn L. Flaherty of Wheeling.
Despite the issue gaining some media attention last summer, Hawkins, a Democrat, won re-election in November.
The commission is represented by Keith C. Gamble of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe in Morgantown.
Hawkins submitted an answer to the complaint on Aug. 7 that denies Keene’s allegations. He is represented by Harry A. Smith III of McNeer, Highland, McMunn and Varner in Elkins.

Happy NEW YEAR to the BUTCHER BITCHES … we hope you have another SEXY and promiscuous year we can share with ALL once again! Thank you both for the great sex scandals of the past to keep the history of Gilmer County ALIVE and kicking!!! HOO YA!!
Gilmer Free Press readers should know that the site has been down due to circumstances that cannot freely be discussed at this time. The site has been under a HACK ATTACK for about a week now.
Gerald B Hough the Gilmer County Prosecutor has a real problem with the articles that reveal the truth about his criminal activities along with those of courthouse employee’s in Gilmer County.
Dave Corcoran detests the fact that accurate reporting comes from the GILMER FREE PRESS and Corcoran makes people pay money for news that is NOT ACCURATE and is slanted that he publishes in the Glenville Democrat and Pathfinder. Corcoran can be considered an enemy to the common citizens since he strives to HIDE the real facts and publish facts that are false and are pure spin.
This HACK ATTACK is highly illegal, and at one time in the past was traced to the offices of WACO OIL and GAS who have a vested interest in the TRUTH NOT BEING TOLD so the corruption can continue as usual in Gilmer County.
We predict 2014 will not be a good year for Hough, Corcoran, or WACO OIL since their highly illegal activities could be fully exposed.
Punishment needs to be meted out. The State Government is not the agency to police corruption from within.
As citizens we need to live up to the responsibility of holding these law breakers accountable for their actions.
Regulators can apply thru known sources if you feel you want to contribute to the effort of ridding ourselves of corruption and control by a POWER of DARKNESS we ALL know all too well.
The time for action is now.
