For YEARS the Central West Virginia Council of Concerned Citizens have been trying to bring national attention to Gilmer County for their MAKE THEIR OWN RULES POLICY.  Finally national attention does shine the spotlight down on Gilmer County for misconduct and it took a couple of girlie girls to do it.

Andrew Butcher APPOINTED to the position of Circuit Clerk – JUDGE ALSOP looking on who recently endorsed the Willard Cottrill LAND FRAUD SCHEME where a convicted felon sold 38 acres of the estate to the Goatman for 25,000 and a 1968 Camaro.

Jean Butcher is as far as I know is NO RELATION to the infamous BUTCHER BITCHES, but the new circuit clerk is.  Old Andrew who I believe was arrested when the ATF raided the MAIN EVENT SPORTS BAR years ago.  Andrew Butcher, being  appointed to the CIRCUIT CLERK public office by Judge Facemire is more or less a slap in the face to us journalists that have covered the corruption in GILMER  COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA  for over a decade.  During the BUST at the MAIN EVENT owned by a couple that are well known with the POWER ELITE in GLENVILLE, Tim Butcher was heard to say, “I am the LAW around here,”  OH YES I remember it well for I covered the story for the very popular CalPatty Press. ANDREW BUTCHER the son of former city attorney and BOG at GSC TIM BUTCHER, is also a first cousin to LIZ and LEXI BUTCHER who are famous for their wit, beauty and “Lets Party,” attitude.  To be honest, it just is not as fun around here now without the Butcher Bitches for they are one of a kind, and not one person that ever knew them could not say they were not fun, for saying they were the life of the party would be an understatement.  I just loved that Lizzy because she was FUNNY as hell, and fricking smart too. But alas, all the hotties get married off in Central WV, darn, sure miss those Butcher Bitches and frankly being their first cousin is the only thing cool about the new Circuit Court Clerk Andrew Butcher.

Now back to the Girlie Girls that had a BAD EXPERIENCE with JEAN BUTCHER the COUNTY COMMISSION CLERK…

During the first week of February in 2016 Samantha Brookover stood crying in Glenville’s Gilmer County Courthouse . She was humiliated on what was meant to be a happy moment in her life.

Amanda Abramovich, the partner of Samantha Brookover wanted a marriage license. They got one, along with an earful from a deputy clerk in the office, who told them that their relationship is wrong and that God will judge them that early February day well over a year ago — and because of the CHURCH of IKE and his buying the fuck out of the mainstream media, there was very little reporting on the matter, but the GAZETTE in Charleston did report on the matter, which is really a bit of a miracle for they ignore the bejesus out of Gilmer County no matter if it was a murder or a RAPE which is more common than you know in a place known as CROOKED COUNTY.

Brookover and Abramovich(in photo below) were told right to their pretty feminine faces that they were “an abomination!” DEBBIE ALLEN a deputy clerk was getting the image in her mind of getting her pussy eaten by these girls most likely, so she screamed at them, treated them like shit while being deputy clerk of a public office where her dick and that of Jean Butcher were the only ones allowed to swagger about and slap their dicks on faces earning her the right to be called just another dumb bitch down in CROOKED COUNTY.

“It just takes one person to remind you how closed-minded our world is,” Brookover said at the time she was interviewed in 2016.

Debbie Allen, the deputy clerk who processed their marriage license, and another deputy clerk who was there, Angela Moore, disputed some of the allegations from the couple.

ALLEN allegedly SCREAMED the word ABOMINATION, but then she could have been thinking about JUDGE FACEMIRE 14th district circuit court judge for he certainly fits the description there.

“I was working on what I was supposed to be doing and, honestly, I didn’t care to make eye contact with them,” Angela an employee in the Clerks office later stated.

ALLEN SCREAMED at the two pretty women saying that what they were doing was wrong and that they would be judged!!

The two Lesbian women took offense and were aghast as Debbie Allen accepted their driver’s licenses, made copies, slammed down the copies and then, for two to three minutes, yelled that what they were doing was wrong in her eyes and in God’s eyes and that no one in Gilmer County would ever marry them.

The couple had brought family members. They had the camera ready. It was supposed to be a happy day. IT WAS NOT A HAPPY DAY!

Those two young women LAWYERED UP and they did not call Saul Goodman they got some big deal attorney’ or a FEW big deal lawyers to take their case and they SUED THE FUCK out of Gilmer County, West Virginia!!

Filed in federal Court (April 17th 2017) in West Virginia’s Northern District by Amanda Abramovich and Samantha Brookover the lawsuit details the couple’s interaction with Debbie Allen.

GILMER COUNTY, DEBBIE ALLEN, both individually and in her official capacity as Gilmer County Deputy Clerk, and JEAN BUTCHER, both individually and in her official capacity as Gilmer County Clerk, Defendants.

The law action claims the couple was denied a happy experience while applying for a marriage license and that their constitutional rights were violated when Allen singled them out.

Butcher, when told about Allen’s alleged behavior, said her employee had done nothing wrong and that the women deserved the treatment they received, according to the lawsuit.

Gilmer County officials could not be reached for comment late Monday,or ever because what are they gonna do…deny that they are unlawful assholes…?

That about a dumb bitch Jean Butcher said she told Brookover’s mother by phone that her views were similar to Allen’s. She said the women were issued the license, and “that was the main thing.”

The couple visited the Gilmer clerk’s office on Feb. 3, 2016 — seven months after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states can’t deprive same-sex couples of the right to marry.

Lizzy Butcher with Butcher Bitches Buddy WAY AHEAD of her time and getting with the same sex feel (a photo taken years ago,) a sort of harbinger of what was to come in the Gilmer County Courthouse many years in the future… and SO IT GOES!!!

GILMER COUNTY is a place that’s known for its corruption and bending and breaking of ALL LAWS and RULES! It does not matter if it is state and federal for down in Crooked County they only want to know what IKE thinks about it… and that is it… well what the fuck do you think IKE is it OK if foo foo girls want to do the wango tango in your town or would they have to give you a private show first? Wait, don’t answer that, I know the answer.

Finally big media outlets all over the nation are reporting on this story — one year and a half later this is what the Washington Post had to say…

The Gilmer County clerk’s office is paying Abramovich and Brookover, who have been together for seven years, $10,000 in damages and issuing them an apology, the Associated Press reported on Wednesday.

When the couple requested a marriage license they expected an eye roll or another small sign of disapproval from the clerk’s office in the largely conservative county – 75 percent of the residents voted for President Donald Trump – but they didn’t expect the “tirade of harassment and disparagement” they received, according to the complaint.

Deputy Clerk Debbie Allen slammed the paperwork on the desk, said she was a Christian and called the couple an “abomination” in a rant that continued for several minutes, according to court documents. Another clerk joined in, shouting that it was Allen’s “religious right” to harass the couple, according to the complaint.

The Supreme Court had ruled seven months earlier that the Constitution gives same-sex couples the right to wed, no matter where in America they live.

Abramovich remained silent throughout the abuse. Brookover cried.

They received their marriage license, but it was not the joyous day the women or their family members, who came with a camera, had hoped for.

When Brookover’s mother later called the county clerk’s office to report the encounter, she said County Clerk Jean Butcher told her she knew about the interaction and believed the couple deserved the treatment they received. The next same-sex couple that sought a marriage license, she allegedly said, “would get the same or worse” treatment.

A week after later, Allen told the Charleston Gazette-Mail that she didn’t call the couple an “abomination.” In fact, Allen said, “I felt I talked nicely to them.”

She did acknowledge that she told the couple what they were doing was wrong and God would judge them, according to the Gazette-Mail.

“I just told them my opinion,” she said. “I just felt led to do that. I believe God was standing with me and that’s just my religious belief.”

But in a news release on Aug. 30, Gilmer County seemed to do an about-face. The county acknowledged that Brookover and Abramovich “were disrespected and disparaged by staff” because they were a same-sex couple.

“That was wrong,” the news release stated. “It is the policy of Gilmer County and the Gilmer County Clerk’s Office that all people seeking services and doing business with the County will be treated courteously and with respect regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.”

The lawsuit, which was filed by Americans United for Separation of Church and State, Fairness West Virginia and the law firm Mayer Brown, sought damages for the emotional distress caused by Allen’s actions.

In addition to paying the couple $10,000, the county also agreed to require all officials and employees of the county commission and county clerk’s office to participate in a training program provided by Fairness West Virginia, an advocacy organization dedicated to the fair and equal treatment of LGBT West Virginians.

“Consenting adults should never be made to feel embarrassed or ashamed when marrying the person they love,” the women said in a statement. “It will be a comfort to know that this behavior will no longer be allowed in the Gilmer County Courthouse.”

But, the people of Central West Virginia truly know it is only a matter of hours or days before GILMER COUNTY PUBLIC OFFICIALS  are back to committing more misconduct and making their  own rules all over again, and SO IT GOES...
