As far back as 2006 the Church of Ike and the local Power Elite underestimated the internet and all of it quirks, perks, and excitement added by Hot Toddy and the Fire Starting Cult “Hay days” … and we say “HAY DAY” because they were making hay while the SUN was Shining !! It was a time when the Hur Herald was angrily ordered to leave the scene of an accident by State Trooper Fred Hammack.

Hammack indicated photographing of his “Crime Scene” was illegal. He ordered us to leave, said Bob Weaver of the Hur Herald. ” We felt the scene, on a public road, was under the jurisdiction of emergency workers, and we were not violating a “Crime Scene,”  situation described which was in “plain view access,” under law.

PUBLIC ACCESS DENIED by the State Trooper that LIED on several occasions and brought before a circuit court for perjury more than any one trooper in Calhoun or Gilmer County history that we know of.

An editor of a West Virginia online newspaper had his camera confiscated after photographing in the direction of a federal building  by the same cop who arrested him three years earlier for photographing a traffic accident.

While standing at a distance on private property in a meadow for about fifteen minutes, Trooper Hammack approached and said we should not be photographing dead bodies, juveniles or victims of wrecks, and we were “liars,” referring to an earlier conversation regarding taking pictures of an accident scene.

Christopher Shane Dellinger who used to party with the Fire Starting Cult during the pill poppin and bed hopping days throws the victory sign when his criminal case brought against him while a Braxton County Sheriff, after getting the boot by the Grantsville Police Department was reversed. Dellinger said that Judge Facemire of the 14th district Circuit Court decided to make his own rules and the West Virginia Supreme Court agreed!

The West Virginia State Police are reportedly controlling access to “plain view” accidents or situations in Calhoun County, according to Trooper Fred Hammack. Hammack told four Calhoun emergency personnel, they (local State Police) had received a letter from Charleston saying not to allow The Hur Herald on their scenes.

He said The Herald was sent a letter advising them of the directive. The Herald received no such letter.

“This is the ultimate form of censorship,” said Editor Bob Weaver. “If they are doing this to us, can you imagine what they are doing to our citizens?”

Hammack told personnel from Calhouns 911 and the local fire chief that the Hur Herald was, “Not classified as a newspaper…because it’s on the internet!”

“What a line of malarkey that was since the Hur Herald is the most responsible news outlet in all of Central West Virginia besides the Gilmer Free Press … The Gilmer Free Press gets more then twice the page views than the Hur Herald and is more of an investigative regional news service, but still, the Hur Herald has its own dedicated following.

Major D. R. Searls, after a Freedom of Information request, advised The Hur Herald:

“The requested document is not known to exist in our agency.”

“GINNY” Lanham  is the current chief counsel for the WV State Po Po. Virginia, “Ginny,” Lanham whose father was the attorney for IKE MORRIS for twenty years makes for the ultimate in political benefit. So how do you think that cover up went? Lanham is just another Crook from Crooked County, and was raised up as a young child in Gilmer County and so therefore, was more than familiar, and firmly briefed on any wrongdoing down round the Land of HUR!

Hammack claimed a letter or memo was sent to him or his agency saying, ” Not to allow The Hur Herald at State Police scenes!” He also said a copy of the directive was sent to The Herald. He said the matter had been researched by their (State Police) lawyer.

Calhoun County Officer Campbell who is from Wirt County retired over the CJ Ellyson Scandal in which the Sgt failed a lie detector test involving evidence missing from the evidence locker that could have convicted Calhoun County Chief Deputy Sheriff Bandy – Who later faced 7 felony charges. Trooper Starcher accused of perjury and brought to face a judge in circuit court twice brings up the rear while delivering a dangerous criminal to the 4th district circuit in Calhoun County.

These types of vicious attacks and intimidating situations are not unlike the attack on the editors of Crooked County Crooks, and the Calhoun Underground, and of course, not excluding the Lone Meth Ranger website…

Danny NUB Marks from Calhoun County – A witness paid by Gerald B Hough to lie on the stand – had himself a little run in with the leader of the Fire Starting Cult Christopher Todd Smith, aka “Hot Toddy,” who said that NUB had to rub some mud off of himself for having been pushed right off a hill during an altercation with the leader of the Cult that turned out bad for Nub when he pulled out a blade, and soon woke up in some shade, a cussing away about being hit about the face and shoulders by Hot Toddy again and again.

Winning a conviction can accelerate a prosecutor’s career, but getting rebuked on appeal will rarely stall it, contributing to a culture that fosters misconduct. And the deterrents that confront prosecutors are fearsome only in theory.

Here is what usually happens when a prosecutor cheats:

Appellate courts uphold the conviction, admonishing the prosecutor not to do it again. When a court does overturn the conviction, it shields the prosecutor from embarrassment, omitting his or her name from the opinion or releasing its ruling in a way that few eyes ever see it.

In their rulings, appellate justices sometimes urge lawyer disciplinary officials to punish prosecutors, but such prompting is hollow. Courts have referred numerous prosecutors to the “ Lawyer disciplinary board” that polices lawyers only to see investigative files get opened and closed with no punishment levied!

There is little threat of financial penalties from a civil lawsuit because courts have granted prosecutors immunity. Courts, though, have carved out narrow exceptions, and some defendants have won settlements!

And only rarely are criminal charges filed. Few prosecutors nationally have been indicted, and they were acquitted or, at worst, convicted of a misdemeanor and fined!

Hough is clearly guilty of wrongdoing and that wrongdoing will be coming to the surface long enough to bite him in just a matter of days, but, he will be saved by the Crooked gaggle of Demi-Gods known to us all as the people that really run Crooked County?!

Richard (Dick) Facemire was castigated by the West Virginia Supreme Court for asking questions of witnesses as if he were the prosecutor, swaying the jury with great bias in favor of the prosecution, but really what punishment was meted out?!

Hell ! Facemire was already reprimanded for a breach of ethics when he was the Clay County Prosecutor…a ruling was made by the Supreme Court and now he’s a judge!

Why Crooked Prosecutors and Judges are Promoted in the Masonic Judicial System!

It’s simple. A crooked judge is more likely not just to overlook the crimes of a fellow mason, but also more likely to use his authority to railroad an innocent defendant under the orders of a higher-ranking mason. Usually, it is done as a test of loyalty, in exchange for advancement, or some other reward.

We have seen Facemire do just that recently involving a Crooked County criminal trial!

More often, the misconduct consisted of arguments or cross-examinations that violated a defendant’s constitutional rights. In many instances, those prosecutors who became judges had only one reversal!

John Manis Richards’ attorney, Robert Catlett, has requested the dismissal of a felony indictment after State Police in Grantsville say they lost evidence taken from the residence of the LONE METH RANGER who we all know as Johnny.

Much like the Kelley Mace meth case a few years ago, there was no analysis of an illegal drug, nor was the illegal drug ever presented.

Cpl. Doug Starcher testified numerous times during the Mace case that State Police had an illegal substance (meth) in their possession, taken from her residence using a search warrant.

The case was eventually dropped, when Starcher could not produce the evidence.

Ron Gordon former Police Chief in Grantsville now serving 15 years in prison was one of the first corrupt law enforcement officers exposed by a group that would be known as the Secret Seven Coalition who dominated Calhoun County reporting early in the days of Central West Virginia Internet history!

A State Police internal investigation and a criminal investigation of Starcher’s sworn statements, indicating perjury, produced no repercussions for the officer.

State Police Sgt C.J. Ellyson, stating he discarded the alleged meth lab materials from a garage located in the barracks, indicating they were not properly secured by Sgt. Darrin Campbell.

What is even more interesting is that State Police from CALHOUN COUNTY testified in a hearing late that year, that they had in their possession evidence in the case against the Meth Ranger… when in fact all evidence had already been destroyed for months!

Amanda Smith a Glenville State College student is taking the college’s board of governors, its chief of public safety and four students to court after she alleges she was drugged and sexually assaulted on campus.

Smith, who attended GSC from August 2009 to October 2010, filed the federal suit Sept. 17 alleging the college and its department of public safety “Showed minimal police and investigative training,” because Smith asserts evidence was “destroyed, lost, misappropriated or contaminated with the full cooperation of DAN BELL and campus police.”

As a result, Amanda Smith asserts her alleged assailant Jordan Neal “OPIE” Watkins of South Carolina evaded prosecution.

“One investigatory notebook kept by defendant director and chief of the Glenville State College’s Department of Public Safety, Daniel Bell, was accidentally placed in a washing machine and destroyed on purpose,” Smith’s suit asserts.

The college, Bell and four students — Jayde Layne, Kala Fisher, Jordan Watkins and Erietta Patrianakos — were listed in the suit as defendants.

According to the federal law suit, Patrianakos took alcohol to the alleged rapist Jordan Watkins’ room, and left to be with her boyfriend, for a little big bop bangin of her own. Shortly thereafter, Amanda Smith the RAPE victim joined other students including Layne in Watkins’ room.

Her suit asserts the students have been “uncooperative” with the investigation and “refused to identify students in the room” at the time of the sexual assault.
The situation began Sept. 18, 2010, when she went to Watkins’ room, where several other people were drinking.

Layne first gave her a drink and brought a different cup after she finished half of the first drink.
These cups along with their contents later were destroyed by unknown people, Smith further alleged.

Smith says she became nauseated around 9 p.m. and looked “as if she was having a mild seizure.” Shortly after, Smith alleges, she became unconscious.

About an hour and a half later, EMS was called and Smith was placed in intensive care. Her suit states hospital records showed the presence of benzodiazepine in her system. Records further showed, Smith’s suit continues, that she had a blood alcohol content of .236 which is a very high content.
Her suit also states she sustained bruising on her shin, knee, upper arm and hip, which she alleges Bell accused her of causing, which is an absolutely ridiculous accusation by Dan Bell!!

There have been 17 unsolved rapes at GSC in just the last couple of years, and the Secret Seven Coalition has been secretly gathering evidence that prove sexual assaults of ALL KNOWN victims, but how many RAPE victims are there at GSC that Secret Seven has not found out about yet?

“The West Virginia State Police forensic laboratory report dated Jan. 28, 2011, noted that the case was one of ‘sexual assault,’” her suit states.

The bed sheets she was laying on, her suit continues to allege, were laundered and all evidence of bodily fluids were destroyed.

“Defendant Glenville State College had evidently neither repaired nor maintained surveillance cameras present in the dormitories,” her suit additionally alleged. “Plaintiff’s assault was the second known incident where installed cameras were not functioning at the time of the individual assaults.”

Smith says when Bell interviewed her about the instance, he “chose to argue with her and dispute her account of the facts.” She additionally alleges college representatives made unfulfilled promises about her coursework and status at the college.

“What’s WRONG with GILMER COUNTY WV? RAPE?”

Former students says Glenville bungled rape case which is the SAME TUNE the Central WV SS has been singing since 2006!! 17 unsolved rapes with NO CONVICTIONS at GSC in just the last few years setting a STATE RECORD! GSC is last in Academics but NUMBER ONE in RAPE!!

Later around 9 the night of 18 Sept Amanda Smith the victim of the SEXUAL ASSAULT at GOODWIN HALL says Layne who’d previously been mixing drinks in the bathroom offered her a plastic cup.After consuming the unspecified contents of half of it Layne brought her a different cup.This is the drink that spun Amanda out.
Sometime between then and 10 pm the court action maintains Amanda Smith appeared she was having a “ seizure” becoming nauseous “with alternating bouts of vomiting, crying and screaming.” Sometime thereafter she became unconscious.
According to the suit someone removed Smith’s clothes and the SS has information it was Jordan Watkins.

Any investigation into who might have raped Amanda Smith was hindered by Jayde Layne a current GSC student who mixed the deadly alcoholic concoction with the date rape drugs in them, Jordan Neal (Opie) Watkins an alleged rapist, Erietta Patrianakos who took alcohol to the alleged rapist Jordan Watkins’ room, and left to be with her boyfriend and Jodi Fisher …ALL refusing to cooperate with police. According to the suit, they, “Have refused to identify students in the room and have changed their statements!”

Erietta Patrianakos the Glenville State College student that federal court papers say bought and delivered the alcohol used to mix with the date rape drugs – was also one of the female GSC students that found Amanda Smith after she had been sexually assaulted while scantly clad in a bra and panties that were disheveled. Erietta Patrianakos shown in this photo with her boyfriend who was with her the night of the alleged rape – Patrianakos HAS NOT COOPERATED with revealing any names of people actually at the scene of the sexual assault and the Central WV Secret Seven Coalition believes was part of a conspiracy entered into with Jayde Layne and others, that include members of the Sigma Omega Beta Fraternity from Glenville State College. Erietta Patrianakos is part of the list of suspects that were involved in the alleged vicious sexual attack of honor student Amanda Smith.

After returning to Goodwin Hall between 5:30 and 6 p.m., Amanda Smith alleges Jayde Layne, and another student, Kala Fisher, asked if she would get McHenry. Smiths friend to buy them alcohol. When Smith declined, Fisher and Layne then asked Patrianakos who agreed. According to the suit, Patrianakos then took the alcohol to Watkins’ room, and left to be with her boyfriend. Shortly thereafter, Smith joined other students including Layne in Watkins’ room.
About 8:30 p.m., Smith says she left to help her roommate carry groceries to their room on the second floor. Upon returning to Watkins’ room, Smith found additional students present including “unknown black males mixing drinks, suspected of being members of the GSC Football team”
Later around 9 p.m. Smith says Layne, who’d previously been mixing drinks in the bathroom, offered her a plastic cup. After consuming the unspecified contents of half of it, Layne brought her a different cup, this cup has been suspected of being spiked with DATE RAPE drugs!
Sometime between then and 10 p.m., the suit maintains Smith appeared she was having a “mild seizure” after becoming nauseous “with alternating bouts of vomiting and urinating, crying and screaming.” Sometime thereafter she became unconscious.
According to the Federal lawsuit, someone removed Smith’s clothes leaving her in only her bra and panties. Upon discovering her disrobed and unconscious, Layne, Patrianakos and Fisher put Smith in the shower, to wash away the semen and other evidence, after these three females actually allegedly assisted in this awful sexual assault. Members of the SOB fraternity have been suspected of being involved in the RAPE of AMANDA SMITH!! What really upsets the local SS the most is the fact that another rape involving a member of the football team took place on September 28th, 2010 just TEN DAYS after Amanda Smith was attacked at Glenville State College, where also there were alleged members of the football team in the room of one of the alleged rapists, Jordan Watkins.

According to the civil action filed in US District Court by Amanda Smith, Glenville State College officials continued to display insensitivity toward Amanda Smith, after she withdrew from GSC. Dan Bell head of Public Safety at the College, Andrew Lewis
Resident Director and Jerry Burkhammer II, the dean of student affairs, were all no-shows for a meeting with Smith and her parents to discuss the rape. Glenville decided to handle this criminal allegation the way it always does when one of their own is guilty, they decided to ignore the issue hoping it will go away.

In the two years since she was attacked, Smith says there have been other sexual assaults take place on campus, one them just ten days later, as was mentioned earlier. Though Amanda does not provide specifics, Smith says…

“Due to a lack of investigatory technique and result similar to what happened in her case, the other women raped are considering filing separate claims against Glenville State College”

As a result of her attack, the failure of campus police, but especially DAN BELL head of the Public Safety Office at GSC to properly investigate the crime, along with the harassment she received afterwards, Smith alleges she’s suffered “severe and permanent psychological damage, emotional distress and decreased educational opportunities.” Along with ones for civil rights violations, she makes claims for failure to train, retaliation, assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Smith seeks unspecified damages, interest, court costs and attorneys fees.

Some ask,what about WHY the State won’t do anything about CRIMES committed by the Crooks from Crooked County? 

The fact is they can’t, or it could implicate their association with these BAD PUBLIC OFFICIALS.  They are just as bought and sold just the same as the very underlings they are by law supposed to control via the same process, really big money in the hands of very few. In fact Wright is being accused of “Sexual Assault,”while also a campus police officer in an allegation sent to the Central WV Secret Seven Coalition last summer. We hear Ike gave the OK to hire this criminal posing as a Campus Police officer because he used to play football at WVU and it was a favor Ike made to an ex – WVU football coach  during a golf outing.

While those same,”Political Connections,” are also promising protection from prosecution and insurance of an above the law status. Always hold the Governor’s office, pay what it takes to keep an approved Congressman in D.C. and the beat goes on. Patterns of bad conduct (job control, federal and state funding distribution, etc) on down the line, support a continuing cycle.  It’s lather with money, rinse, repeat in Charleston and only changing the mindset of a generation can resolve these problems.

When is enough truly enough?  When does flexing of political muscle become dictatorial force feeding of the “big boss” state owned agenda? Answer?  When they not only take your schools and the public checkbook but also hold taxpayers hostage to pay for their personal dream of centralized control over the money, free speech, freedom of thought,  peaceful protest and yes, even the vote in the process.

Gilmer County’s specifically placed power mongers in all areas of education hold sway and absolute final decision over whether a child at the high school is an honor student, which will get on a team, become homecoming King or Queen, plays in the band, gets a needed transfer or even has any hope of a Promise scholarship.  Offend the self serving authority figures by disagreeing too loudly and it is very possible your child won’t see one of the above.  Keep on and they might be the victim of a bully or two and not all in their own age range. It’s a hard call but all one can say to you is this.  You know the children already have no rights during school and that’s a fact. Your silence gives your own rights up and in reality affords them little protection. Ask the parents whose only goal was protect their children from being physically and mentally bullied.

Nasia Butcher had knowledge of the bad reports about the wild parties and sexual misbehavior at the hotel, and we know some specific reports have been made to Nasia. Any normal procedure should prevail which should make her legally liable as a mandated trustee of the high school kids that were drinking hard alcohol.

According to the US District Court lawsuit campus police failed to collect both the bed sheets in Watkins’ room and the clothes he used to dress Smith after she threw-up on herself before they were laundered. Also, the cups used to mix and serve the drinks were destroyed before they could be collected, all a convenient way to cover up yet another planned rape and in place set-up waiting to be executed with evidence just disappearing like they always do it down in Crooked County down by the Crooked River.
Also, the examination discovered Smith had “a large amount of mucus/discharge from her vagina that was ‘white/yellow’ in color in spite of the negative findings of vaginitas and the appearance of bacteria in her vagina opening.” Furthermore, a nurse told Smith’s mother “‘This should not be there,’” when showing her a swab of the substance removed from Smith’s vagina,meaning everything else was ruled out the discharge had to be seminal fluid supplied by Jordan Watkins and friends…

What can you hope to get from silence and robotic compliance from the common citizen to elite policy . but repeated subservience and further loss of self esteem and human dignity for each new generation? 

Is this what we want for future generations? This  sociological trend has to stop and the common citizens must stop caving to fear of retaliation.

The Central WV SS was the first to break the story of the RAPE of Amanda Smith, and the WV Record covered the story when the matter went before the US District Court and now several other newspapers and other media outlets have published the story of the RAPE of AMANDA and other unsolved and covered up rapes on the Glenville State College campus and off campus by GSC students,some alleged rapists are members of the GSC Football team!

This situation furthers an undesired resolve while also further binding the hands of those who would stand with all the common folk in the struggle from being controlled by the totalitarian regime known as the Church of Ike.

Throughout the battle over school facilities in Gilmer County the elite have remained steadfast over one thing.  Be the first state guinea pig in their failing attempt to call simple consolidation the new “Regionalization” of education and last but not least, no matter how many it harms, keep it in Glenville.  And since they’ve taken all the economic cream (gas & oil), their plan is throw the scraps (in the form of human children) to the cats in Lewis County.

Let them have the last crumbs on Gilmer’s table as there is nothing else to give away and they couldn’t stop the people from wanting their 911 back.

Can any adult in charge explain why a sane being would place an elementary school smack dab in the middle of a college town of their own making?  Want to turn the girls out extra early?  Want them to see inappropriate behavior on a regular basis?  Maybe they’ll learn all about sex and drugs.  Perhaps they can learn that rape isn’t really rape and all you ever need to know can be taught at the party after a football game.  Isn’t the pre-teen pregnancy rate high enough?  Earliest heard of is age 11. 

What has happened to the American dream of a decent home, a picket fence, fresh air, clean water and happy, healthy children?  It is hard to find in Gilmer County these days as the old elitist children and grandchildren are now grown and don’t need anything from an elementary school anymore. They can afford to send their own out of town to a “good” college. You paid them. Consolidate, intimidate then rule with an iron fist. Don’t worry about a vision for the future because there is none beyond Glenville State College.  How many years has that been true?

The odds of survival are dwindling! Are you going to just keep giving your world away on a silver platter because it’s easier?

Do you really believe the local political machine should have the control of anyone’s right to a public education in their hands?

 Stop the excuses,  get off of your couch and go vote, attend a meeting, write a letter, make a phone call but do something. Do it again and again! Lead them away from blind acceptance of this archaic suppression based purely on fear of angering the fire Gods on the hill bringing on hard times. Hard times will always come, no one can stop that.  It is how you handle the hard times as a family that matters.  Teach the young ones to think for themselves using values taught in the home, the words of the one real God and that education they are entitled to as US citizens.  At the end of the day, everyone will stand just a little bit taller when they look in the mirror and you’ll get to the other side of hard times better for it.

BASIL FRED HILL the Third spent his last night on earth  with some Crooks down in Crooked County which turned into a night of the Absurd! He was heard to say…

Nobody knew the consequence of …”Crimes Courtesy of CROOKED COUNTY and the GOOD OLD BOY NETWORK” …better than BASIL FRED HILL the third!

Yeah, that’s RIGHT because Fred is Dead! And when he called back home earlier in the evening just before tragedy struck ..he announced to his boss and family members that he arrived in the right town Glenville, the county seat of Gilmer County to report for a job on FRIDAY December 11th 2009…

That was Fred’s last call home before being MURDERED and subsequently tossed in the Crooked River down in Crooked County!

Now this is what Fred may have said …
