A federal judge sentenced the former prosecuting attorney of Mingo County last July 7th 2014 just three months and eight days ago to a year in prison and said he would have given him longer — possibly much longer — if he could.

Michael Sparks Mingo County Prosecutor, 44, pleaded guilty last year to one count of deprivation of rights under the color of law, a misdemeanor. He admitted he took part in a scheme to deprive George White of his right to have the attorney of his choice.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnston sentenced Sparks to the statutory maximum the charge carries, despite Sparks’ lengthy plea for an alternative sentence, like home confinement.

“You had an obligation as a prosecutor to treat George White in a fair and just manner. However instead of justice, you gave him injustice,” Johnston said. “This sentence needs to repeat, repeat the message that corruption must come to an end in Mingo County and Southern West Virginia.

“Ultimately, the citizens of Mingo County and Southern West Virginia must stand up against political corruption. They should have confidence that serious penalties will await those who perpetuate political corruption in Mingo County and Southern West Virginia in the future,” the judge said.

Sparks, who had been Mingo County’s prosecuting attorney since 2005 until he resigned last year, is the fourth county official to be sentenced this year in a corruption probe by U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin’s office.

“This sentence strikes an appropriate balance,” Goodwin recently stated. “It punishes wrongdoing while encouraging officials involved in public corruption to come forward, admit what they’ve done, and help federal authorities. What Sparks did was indefensible, and he deserves prison time. But his early cooperation was vital to our investigation in Mingo County.

“This sentence underscores that telling the truth at the beginning of an investigation is always a smart decision,” Goodwin US Attorney for the Southern District said.

When one has served in both public offices of City Mayor and County Prosecutor like Hough has, there is hardly anyone in the most populated area of Gilmer County a person does not become involved with.

Whether the issue is taxation, police actions, local ordinance disputes, seeking funding, parking tickets or trying to get the vote, the Mayor becomes involved. Gerry Hough was once the MAYOR of Glenville. As a prosecutor, Gerry Hough simultaneously runs a real estate business and independent law firm, against rules of professional conduct, which leaves literally almost no one for this MONSTER GERALD B HOUGH to represent legally in this county as a private attorney.

These infamous CROOKS from Crooked County, like Judge Facemire, Hough, Sheriff Larry Gerwig, and all the county commissioners work together and think absolutely nothing about violating West Virginia code or breaking any law, for they truly think they are ABOVE the law and they are quite convinced of it. This sounds like a tall tale, but the matter can all be proven via court record and documents on file at the courthouse.

BRIAN KENNEDY President of the Gilmer County Commission GETS ARRESTED like a BIG DOG driving erratically, but does not get sent to jail like common sense for the common man might tell you would be the normal consequence!

The Gilmer FREE PRESS shared the West Virginia Metro News Report regarding the JULY 19th 2014 incident:
The West Virginia State Police arrested and charged Gilmer County Commissioner Brian Kennedy with a DUI over the weekend.
Senior Trooper K. J. Varner II pulled Kennedy over at 8:00 PM on Saturday after he was seen driving erratically on U.S. Highway 33 in Gilmer County.

Once pulled over, Varner said he detected alcohol on Kennedy’s breath and initiated the proper procedures.
A secondary chemical test revealed Kennedy’s BAC was at 0.089, which is over the 0.08 limit.

Dogs of the Secret Seven (S7) are highly trained and WILL take care of business as soon as a mixed signal is sent from dangerous CROOKS from CROOKED COUNTY that live down by the Crooked River. White Fang likes to kill something at least a couple of times a week to stay in shape. Varner said Kennedy was cooperative while detained until around 10:30 PM, when Magistrate Judge Carol L. Wolfe arraigned and released him on a personal recognizance bond.

“According to Judge Wolfe’s office, no dates have been set in regard to the case!”

A representative from the Gilmer County Commission has not yet been available for comment on the matter at this time.

Also, according to court record Magistrate Carol Wolfe has recused herself further from hearing County Commissioner Brian the Walrus Kennedy’s case, for I am sure she does not want to be involved in any more press scandals and allegations of misconduct than has already been documented in the past. Wolfe is usually the go to judge when one of the elite get caught so she can fix it, or if there is another rape at the college so she can squash it. Until national or regional attention can be brought to this action little or nothing is going to be done about these wrongdoings in GILMER COUNTY, why do you think it is famous and known as CROOKED COUNTY?

It doesn’t matter if you are a magistrate, the elected County Sheriff Larry Gerwig, or that dumb bitch of a County Commission Clerk Jean Butcher, who has a background in special education, every single one of those Son’s of Bitches that work in the Gilmer County Courthouse  lie their asses off about real facts — And most have been involved in multiple cover ups. Salwa Amin is my bitch at CRJ. The girls pod at Central Regional Jail is across the hall from me at Central Regional Jail. They have pods for people convicted of misdemeanors and pods for people fighting or been convicted of felony crimes. Salwa is the big busted STAR from the MTV Show BuckWild featuring Shain Gandee and all the cool people from Sissonville!

Salwa pleaded guilty — And then cut a deal to testify against Jones the dude she took the drugs to, and Booker who had all the cash and was present that night in February with Salwas’ favorite pills and a few packets of Heroin!

July 2012: Salwa was arrested for disorderly conduct after police witnessed her “screaming and yelling at a man walking into the Vista View Apartments at 4 a.m.” The charges were later dropped. Pretty sure she wasn’t sober, but there’s no mention of alcohol. No word on if the arrest will be mentioned on an episode of Buckwild/Also that same summer but earlier in the fun times on June 11, 2012: Tyler was arrested twice in 2012, the first time at the age of 19, for an unspecified misdemeanor, and the second time, aged 20, for Minor in Possession. If Tyler was not 21, then why was MTV filming him drinking on every episode like a mad man broke loose!? I thought they were all over 21, free and white, but apparently not. Tyler was 21 June 8, 2013. But how often did we a see him with a red Solo cup? We even a saw him once in a nightclub drinking and slumming it up like the pup he is. This is how I met Salwa and made her my bitch at Central Regional Jail at Flatwoods.  At first when she came back here in November, I would catch little glimpses of Salwa as the corrections officers would bring meals to the female pod and also take charge when the girls had to line up for medical visits. I kept getting her attention — and finally after several attempts, I got the message through to her, that while at CRJ …she is ““My Bitch!”

I figured even at 25 Salwa Amin might already be lining up in the line set up outside the pod to be moved to medical because it was “Hep C” day or HIV day. We all know Salwa was busted for her “Roxy’s” and” Heroin!”

Sometimes in jails they divide two areas of the jail of the lesser crimes from the major crimes. At other times the pods have to be placed closer together according to the facts that are a product of the daily movement sheet that illustrates just how the population of the jail is proportioned on a daily basis and sometimes shift related basis.

My God! You have to be pretty far down that dope alley road to be on “Roxy’s” and Heroin! Salwa admitted and is accused of being connected to both!

“BuckWild” STAR Salwa Amin is set to be sentenced at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2014 for drug charges relating to pills and heroin, but for now is somebodies “Bitch” at CRJ in Flatwoods!

It takes about two years of climbing the ladder to get the connections that Salwa Amin already had. The only problem with her current situation is somebody snitched and told the cops dat da folk with ALL the DOPE were coming from up north with out of state plates, and there was obvious drug traffic within minutes of the arrival of Salwa Amin, who was with a black guy from Detroit named Booker.

They both arrived near Summersville, WV where a white dude from Nicholas County named Jason Jones had the house everyone was talking about. Jones  was there to greet them. An outer house on the property or shed is where they all got caught. Booker was probably just moments away from getting some bad booty —  but some bitches turned snitches had to go and tell the cops probably because they were jealous of dude, and his high talking pill popping bitch from Charleston that kicked it on BuckWild and often popped that top like an old bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer!

So, now whenever I see Salwa in the Hall and can get her attention from in the Pod, I always tell her she is my bitch!! The Prosecutor told her he could get her a better sentence if she would testify against Booker and Jones and be his snitch!!

That is all part of her sentencing after the holidays, but until then — and maybe after … SALWA AMIN the BuckWild MTV — STAR that got busted is MY BITCH here at CRJ!!!

Former Wirt County High School math teacher and girls’ basketball coach Lijiah Heiney, 36, was arrested and charged with six felony counts of sexual abuse by a person of trust stemming from an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student. Each offense carries a 10-20 year prison sentence, as well as a fine of $500 to $5,000. Heiney was reportedly Mirandized and confessed to the incidents.
According to the criminal complaint filed in Wirt County Magistrate Court last week, Heiney engaged in numerous acts of “willing sexual intercourse” with a 16-year-old female student. The relationship allegedly began at the high school and then carried over to Heiney’s residence in Elizabeth. Investigators say that Heiney engaged in sexual relations with the teen beginning in May and continuing through July 4.
 Last week Heiney tendered his resignation to the Wirt County Board of Education during their meeting.

YES, it very well could be ! The long rant made inside a Gilmer County courtroom that Facemire denied making during the Travesty of Justice trial  was caught on tape, but the JIC said the matter was time barred. (meaning the defendant waited too long to file a complaint) Rachael Cipoletti – Chief Counsel of the ODC – lied to save Facemire and Gerry Hough since a complaint was filed officially in December of 2007.The ODC did not recognize the evidence that now proves a malicious prosecution took place, but since then even more recent evidence not previously known before, was discovered, pertaining to the Travesty of Justice case, and should re-set the two year statute.

Law enforcement officers of the court in Ohio said, that NO CHARGES should have been filed against the defendant in the Travesty of Justice case, let alone an arrest made, and a life and a career ruined was ruined with malice.  Gilmer County will have to pay for the compensatory damages, and the punitive damages awarded in federal court. If the civil action is won, the award could be in the millions.  FACEMIRE and Hough could be held personally liable for their actions and could possibly find themselves held in contempt by the WV Supreme Court and the JIC once all the facts are revealed, since they knowingly brought a malicious prosecution, and both knowingly LIED to both the ODC and the JIC in Charleston WV which happen to share the same office.

In this video below Judge Watkins the FIRST judge to be removed at the hands of the Secret Seven Coalition members, accuses the Rev. Arthur D. Hage, of threatening his family, when all he did was talk to reporter and SS member Lawrence Smith. Judge “Chip” Watkins lies as bad as Judge Facemire and says his house was vandalized, but that house was never vandalized, it is all a lie!

Steve Canterbury the administrative director of the West Virginia Supreme Court called the Supreme Commander of the Central West Virginia Secret Seven Coalition  Dan Bingman at home the first week in March of 2013 and wanted to know who should get credit for taking down Judge Watkins, and the reply was …

“Mark Halburn and Troy Sexton get first billing along with Lawrence Smith from the West Virginia Record, and then I have been contacting ALL the networks for the last SIX months, making contacts and submitting story idea’s and some to regional news outlets as well  …we ALL did our share!”

Mr Bingman, then explained to the chief executive of the WV Supreme Court “Canterbury,” that if the SS had NOT gotten Watkins in front of a national audience there would have been no punishment, since Canterbury already said the judge was CONTRITE after the broadcast, and he was going to take no further action against the judge, stating the HUMILIATION of being made fun of on National TV was enough punishment, but then “Canterbury,” was forced to reverse  his decision when he looked at other evidence, and succumbed to public pressure from the national press.

“Steve Canterbury, the administrator of the West Virginia Supreme Court announced that he would not seek charges in the case against Judge CHIP Watkins for proving himself to be as whacked out as the MAD LITTLE MIDGET Judge Richard A Facemire from Gilmer and Braxton County! When the SC of the SS heard that he went nuts and confronted the Chief Counsel of the Judicial Investigation Commission, Terri Tarr and little did she know that Lawrence Smith was right outside her office listening and recording the matter for history sake to prove to people that we were mad as hell and not going to take it anymore. Tarr promised the SS leader that ANYONE could file a complaint against the judge even him, but that “They” were not going to do it. Lawrence Smith of the WV Record over heard the entire conversation and then called the SC of the SS on the phone to report the matter brought to the attention of the JIC was carried out with professional execution. Smith now has a law suit against Terri Tarr for being a lying little bitch and Tarr has already been caught in the act of misconduct by the astute member of the Central West Virginia Secret Seven Coalition.

 The issue had to be forced later, since the JIC was initially going to do nothing about the misconduct of the judge caught on tape. So now, after it ALL is said and done,  a new and unique victory has been achieved by the exposure on national news and exposing corruption is the main function of the Central WV SS.  They have been doing a damn good job of it since 2006 in WV, and have many victories. The public humiliation of Judge Watkins in front of a grateful nation is just one of the many SS Victories that are now history.

Terri Tarr Chief Counsel of the Judicial Investigation Commission recently did not even consider evidence against West Virginia Supreme Court Justice DAVIS having to do with a complaint that  accused former Chief Justice Robin Jean Davis of not even reviewing the court record before authoring a majority opinion in the famous “Travesty of Justice,” case out of Gilmer County, that rendered an opinion of 3 to 2.  All the facts that she based her opinion on were never even part of the court case, yet Tarr covered for Davis for that is what she is paid to do.

The Secret Seven Coalition was present from the beginning of the Nov. 27 evidentiary hearing on two statements of charges filed against William M. “Chip” Watkins III until the end of the hearing, taking notes and photos.

SS members with a special interest in the event that were instrumental in the demise of Watkins that were present were, Mark Halburn, from Putnamlive.com and also Troy Sexton and Sir Lawrence Smith.

Steven Canterbury the Administrative Director of the Supreme Court in the courtroom after the hearing of Watkins asked Lawrence Smith if he knew Dan Bingman and believed his claims of similar misconduct conducted by prosecutor Gerry Hough and Judge Richard A Facemire. Smith claimed to not only believe Mr Bingman, but was convinced of the misconduct by being sent the evidence for review.

Dan Bingman shown in this photo with K-9 companion “Bubba” is known as the SC of the Central West Virginia Secret Seven Coalition who has also authored articles on the Crooked County Crooks website, the CalPatty Press, Cosmos Communicator, Gilmer Free Press and many other publications in West Virginia dedicated to exposing corrupt law enforcement and public officials that have gone so far south as to be dangerous to the community like Gilmer County Prosecutor Gerald B Hough. Bingman has also been the subject of articles written in the West Virginia Record for his court cases and filing of official complaints against Chief Justice Robin Davis, and an official filing against the corrupt Crooked County prosecutor.

Judicial Counsel Rachael Fletcher Cipoletti  along with Judge Watkins agreed to proposed sanctions, including the costs of the investigation and court proceeding. A proposed 90-day suspension without pay would be stayed while he addresses deficiencies and undergoes counseling and judicial training.

Cipotletti the Chief Counsel of the ODC is considered to be just another CROOK at the Supreme Court in Charleston and was brought in to  try to get the judge off on a light sentence, but what many people didn’t know is that the SS was working behind the scenes to try to FOIL that CROOKED PLOT by Cippoletti who may have her own hearing to go to, once the FBI is informed about all the facts of her suppressing evidence against Gerald B Hough Gilmer County Prosecutor, and a tape played for officials recently that showed misconduct by Richard A Facemire that is engaged in the same misconduct as Watkins.

According to an article in the West Virginia Record…

In July 2012, JIC issued its first statement against Watkins stemming from a complaint filed by Steve Canterbury, the Court’s administrative director. In it, JIC said Watkins not only failed to timely issue a ruling on a division of property between John J. and Nancy Black but also upload domestic violence orders to the Court’s registry.

The second statement was filed in August of 2012 stemming from complaints filed by Rev. Arthur D. Hage, Sharon Stinson, Robert R. Harper, Sr., Tammy Jo Lambert and Mark Halburn. The statement alleged Watkins either verbally abused them when they appeared as litigants in his courtroom or had contact with him.

Both statements were later combined into one.

Judge Richard A Facemire protected the Butcher and Butcher law firm in Glenville, West Virginia and the Crooked County Sheriff Mickey Metz who we found out was dumb as a rock and never even had a GED for education refused to even investigate the matter of alleged embezzlement.

In exchange for Watkins admitting to all of the allegations against him, JIC recommended he receive a three-month unpaid suspension. However, it recommended the suspension be stayed provided he agree to be monitored by another judge during that period, and not commit a “substantial” violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct.

Also, JIC recommended Watkins undergo “intensive counseling” to include anger management, take “immediate, effective remedial measures in his office” and undergo six hours of judicial training specifically in the area of domestic violence.

In its order, the Board said Watkins’ “testimony made it appear to [us] that [he] was less than sincere.” It cited, among other things, when Halburn asked him to turn and face him when he was given an opportunity to address the Board, Watkins “turned his chair, leaned back, crossed his arms, and glared at [Halburn] in an angry and confrontational manner.”

Also, the Board said not more than a month before the hearing, Watkins continued to blame others, specifically the Court, for his problems. Along with accusing it of “kowtowing to public opinion,” Watkins said the Court was making a mistake in allowing disciplinary action against “the best family law judge in West Virginia, without any question” to proceed, the order said.

In its order, (see link below for order in PDF file) the Board noted that under both the state Constitution and Rules of Judicial Disciplinary Procedure, the maximum penalty Watkins could receive was a consecutive one-year suspension and $5,000 fine for each Code violation. Since there was little precedent in West Virginia that a judicial officer was suspended for almost a quarter-century, the Board, citing similar case law from out of state, opted to recommend Watkins be placed on hiatus for the next four years.

Special Judicial Disciplinary Counsel Rachael L. Fletcher Cipoletti which the SS considers a CROOK just like the Crooks from Crooked County, announced to the Judicial Hearing Board that prior to the hearing Watkins admitted to all 30 violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct in both statements.

Salwa Amin Gets BOOKED February 11 th for Felony Drug Charges and is currently being held in Central Regional Jail in Braxton County!  Good old CRJ!!

Salwa Amin from MTV’s hit show, Buckwild, was booked into the Central Regional Jail in Flatwoods, WV early today February 11th on felony drug charges according to Central West Virginia Secret Seven sources. Apparently, Salwa was in the possession of drugs and had intent to sell those drugs, which is of course a felony in the state of West Virginia, unless of course you know IKE MORRIS or you are in the Church of Ike and live in Crooked County down by the Crooked River, and then you can always walk on the drug charges like Doug Cottrill and Doug Morris son of the Lord of the Church of IKE!!

“Hell Salwa come on over to Crooked County and deal your dope you could get SCOTT FREE away with that FELONY over here in GILMER!”

The Nicholas County Magistrate  Court officials told Rina McCoy of Cosmos Communicator and the Secret Seven Coalition that Salwa Amin from the MTV show BUCK WILD will post $200,000 bond for two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver. One count for oxycodone, the other for HEROIN!!

According to a criminal complaint, Salwa was arrested with two other people in a shed outside of a home in Nicholas County.

Shawn Booker and Jason Jones were also found in the shed at the time of the arrest.

A criminal informant that we found out was previously listed on the CalPatty Press SNITCH LIST told officers with the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force that a shipment of drugs would be delivered to Summersville,WV on Feb. 10.

This person was listed in the top ten on the snitch list for Nicholas, Webster Springs and Braxton County for number of complaints to the SS for snitching!

Drug Task Force members, some of which were of the same gang that busted Glenville State College gifts officer Bob Henry Baber’s home for drugs, were the officers responsible for gathering the information and making the arrest of the Buckwild MTV large breasted Wild Sensation Salwa! Bob Baber from GSC also ran for governor of WV. Bob was also the mayor of Richwood, along that same time he was being investigated for drug dealing.

The Task Force observed a car with a Michigan license plate arriving at the home.  The criminal informant from the SS Snitch list told police that a vehicle with Michigan plates would be delivering drugs to the home.

After witnessing several people enter and leave the home, police executed a search warrant on the home.

Amin, Jones and Booker were found in a shed outside of the home.

Oxycodone was found in Amin’s Salwas purse and on one of the latest episodes was heard to say she needed a pain pill.

 Inside of the shed being staked out local cops found three packages of heroin.  According to Jones, Amin and Booker transported the drugs to the home.
