It’s hard to believe, but it is already the second anniversary of the disappearance of Fred Hill and no further evidence ever brought forth in the Sheriff’s “NO FOUL PLAY” case.
Fred Hill Shoveling Snow six years before his LAST TRIP TO GLENVILLE and only DEATH met him at the station.
What happened to Fred was a mortal sin and someone should have to pay for taking his life. We know there is a murderer among us and nothing is ever going to be done to apprehend the criminal. Is this due to connections? This question has been asked over and over but no one seems to have the answer.
What we have here are handpicked thugs, and a failure to communicate.
Local law enforcement are paid well to keep the peace of those in control of their pay checks, which in this county it is all controlled by IKE MORRIS of WACO OIL and ASS and the Church of IKE!

Fred had a kind heart and a unbelievable love for life shown here with a girlfriend that came all the way from ENGLAND to spend some good times with Basil Fred Hill the third.

Fred Hill had just returned home from Texas to be with his family and his ill father – he knew time was precious!
This is how the situation was told by those close to FRED HILL …
Pam Sovine is Fred’s boss, but she says Fred is a family friend. He works for her at her company, Southern Building Systems.
Sovine says Fred normally works in the Charleston office, but Thursday December the 10th 2009 Fred went to help on the project in Glenville.
“Basil Fred Hill the third and another co-worker went to dinner that fateful Thursday night, then went to a bar for a drink.”
Fred left first without his colleague, who had been chatting at the bar during the evening with another out-of-town worker as Fred mingled.
This PHOTO was taken not long before FRED HILL WAS MURDERED in GLENVILLE! SS investigations have uncovered suspicions Fred’s death was not only sanctioned, but Fred was killed by local elite connected and law enforcement connected Perps and we said that from the day Fred went missing. The Central WV SS KNEW FRED WAS DEAD!!
Here is an EYEWITNESS account from a GSC student that was there, and conversed with Fred, knew who all the people that were there, and the PO PO never once talked to her or interviewed her but she shared this information with the Central West Virginia Secret Seven Coalition…
“I met Fred for the first time on the night he went missing. He was obviously intoxicated, but was a calm peaceful man. He did start hitting on some of us girls at the bar, but was not pushy or out of line at all. I talked to him for awhile and thought he was a very nice guy. I have a sketchy memory of the night, seeing as how I was too intoxicated, however I do remember him being asked to leave the bar by the bouncer. He was standing toward the back of the bar and was asked to leave through the back door, I just assumed that it was because of where he was when the incident happened, but now that I think of it, I have never seen anyone asked to leave through the back. I pray that he is found and well. Prayers are with he and his family until some answers are found.“
What has been confusing, frustrating and heartbreaking for friends and family is there are two different circumstances under which Fred left. One story goes on to say Fred was asked to leave. Another says he was sober, and simply wanted to go back to the hotel.
Now, we know that the Saturday sighting of FRED HILL was complete bullshit and some disinformation to lead everyone off of the real truth of the matter which was told by CalPatty Press reporters early on.

A man told investigators that he saw a man matching Hill’s description on Saturday December 12th in the morning between 9 and 9:30 a.m.–The man said the person he saw was standing in the median on Route 33, and appeared to be disoriented
This story told about the seeing FRED on the 12th was purposeful disinformation brought by the guilty parties that are most definitely elite associated and we knew that story was bullshit the first time we heard it.

Here in central WV corrupt prosecutors like Gerry Hough are involved in conspiracies to lose evidence against bad Law Enforcement, or just never bring a case forward, as was done in the circuit court case of Doug Starcher from the WV State Police twice brought up on charges of perjury, but the cases were mysteriously dismissed, without cause by Gerald B Hough.
Officials, firemen and volunteers and friends of Freddy Hill met days after Fred went missing at the Gilmer County VFD to continue the search that had been going on since the last Friday Fred Hill was seen alive.
Freddy Hill reportedly left Trezan’s Restaurant Bar and Grill in Glenville a little after midnight Thursday, so Friday December 11th, was when he was last seen — with friends and his family yet to hear from him, but the people from the CalPatty Press and the West Virginia SS already knew that Fred was dead.

Police used cadaver dogs and a sonar-equipped boat to look for the man in or near the Little Kanawha River.

This is so crazy! Freddy and I have been friends for 12 years. He is a super cool, sweet, caring guy and I truly think someone has done something horrible to him. I agree that Gilmer County is crazy and it kills me to think that some stupid ‘good ‘ol boys’ may have done something to him for being different. Another year, another holiday, hearts go out to every family who has lost a loved one so senselessly. They must feel the way every working family in Gilmer County feels when we hear of a rape case that results in no prosecution or a convicted murderer walking out of jail and back on the streets in a year or a drug dealer or child molester being placed on home confinement, thieves being set free or put on probation while the productive citizen is threatened with being set up or framed if the truth gets out.
I don’t like disruption during the holidays but know the election is coming. Those in power are working hard behind the scenes right now to determine who you will vote for and how to bring them into the fold while taking care of their losers for future use.

Traditionally RAPE SEASON is fully underway this time of year at Glenville State College the small liberal arts college in Gilmer County West Virginia, which is known as having one of the worst academic records, if not “THE WORST,” in the entire state of West BY GOD Virginia.
The list of respected citizens and alumni who were so proud of GSC would fill a book. Many people that we know love and are related to graduated from GSC. Even my own grandmother, aunt, father and a cousin or two are graduates. It is painful for them to know that one of their own is so caught up in reporting how bad it has gotten. Or, even more importantly, to be frequently educating the public to all of the new dangers that have come with modern times! It all boils down to little known sociological term called eco-centrism and the uniqueness about GSC and Glenville. What is different about Glenville State College is that it teaches by example how to run a totalitarian form of government!

Another GSC Football player is in jail for RAPE!
A QB Gabe Prophet for the Glenville State College Football team is behind bars for sexual assault charges. The incident allegedly occurred last Friday June 17, 2011 at his home.
“The definition of 1st degree sexual assault is forced penetration, causing serious bodily injury, or use of a deadly weapon, but then I guess a big black hard dick could be considered a weapon and the preferred weapon used by students at the HOME of Rape and Murder in CROOKED COUNTY — Glenville State College!”
Gabriel Prophet, 22, was arraigned by Gilmer County Magistrate Robert Minigh on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 and is facing two felonies charges involving sexual assaults of 1st and 2nd degree. Why the GSC Football player was just booked into jail today, instead of right before or after the arraignment is unknown until the matter is looked into further.
Prophet is just one of many football players for GSC to be accused of rape, but there have been no convictions.
Prophet was booked at Central regional Jail today June 23, 2011.

Edwin Dale Kinnison should have been convicted of Rape as well as Erik Davis both students at GSC, but it is widely known that Glenville State College has become the home of rape in West Virginia! Crooked County has become as dangerous as the old west for rape and murder!!
Even if rape charges are carried forward Gilmer County doesn’t have a skilled enough prosecutor to win the case, as witnessed by the Glenville rape case of GSC football player Erik Davis!
The Erik Davis rape case was a real circus and Gerald B Hough got his ass kicked in court by defense attorney David Karickhoff of Sutton, WV in a case that should have found the rapist guilty, but Karickhoff is a far superior attorney than Hough will ever be.
If GSC wants to win again all they need to do is call David Karickhoffand the QB walks and GSC may be on their way to a half-way decent team again this year.
Although, they won’t have Crooked County Crook and Circuit Court Clerk David LAME Smith to hand pick a jury bound for acquittal!
For the jury that heard the famous Erik Davis rape case was rigged by Smith!!!
But, really all GABE has to do is make sure that Karickhoff is retained as defense counsel and Hough will lose another rape case, although Hough lied to a Parkersburg newspaper and stated he never lost a rape case!
Hough is no match for Dave Karickhoff or any other decent attorney and will lose because unless Gerry can cheat and pay some false witnesses like he was caught doing by title opinion in the “Travesty of Justice” case, Hough will lose every time!

The GSC Co-ed who is a rape victim has a name, her name is Amanda, the girl who’s only mistake was to trust Opie Watkins – And she is appreciated for the fact her efforts in academics have been rewarded with good grades, for she is to be honored and respected, she is not an object for the pleasure of misguided male GSC students that should not even be allowed in the same room with this outstanding student for their poor performance in academics and ungodly drunken behavior, but if this student were to be raped at GSC the staff and faculty already have a history of backing the rapist all the way through the court system, become active in name calling — And in the last documented rape case, the victim was also threatened by the FERPA VIOLATOR himself Gilmer County Prosecutor Gerald B Hough and told to shut up!
There are many behaviors or actions in society that are punishable by law. The more serious of these are crimes of violence such as murder, forcible rape, robbery, and assault.
Jayde Layne with her SIGMA OMEGA BETA boyfriend wearing the FRAT T-Shirt, and we have had countless contacts today from a Sigma Omega Beta FRAT Member from GSC saying they had nothing to do with the rape, while there is one of their members grabbing onto the bitch Jayde Layne that mixed the alcohol with the date-rape drug in it that led to the rape of Amanda Smith. Oh yeah, y’all had nothing to do with it. We got countless mail from them saying that is not their frat house anymore, but of course it was around the time of the subsequent rapes and in the same time frame as the rape of Amanda Smith, so we searched our archives since Jayde Layne and all alleged guilty parties to the rapes have ripped their Facebook pages off the internet. That is kind of funny to us since we got everything we needed from those pages six months ago, so taking them down had no impact on our situation other than the general public can no longer cruise their pages getting names and evidence freely displayed on the FB page, like the dumbest asses from the Church Ike that ever came down the pike!!
Even though RAPE should be viewed by Gilmer County Law Enforcement as a violent act, the stereotype still persists of the victim contributing to his or her own victimization. We have heard all the excuses from all the unsolved rapes, which is ALL of them! Sheriff Metz is O for 16 in solving rapes and that is not a very good record!!
Rape victims being seen as contributing to their victimization and rape viewed as a private sexual act may be two reasons why rape often goes unreported, but especially unpunished in Gilmer County that leads the state of WV in unsolved and unpunished rapes!
Sometimes,Gilmer County, even brainwashed the victim to believe that stinking thinking bullshit and nothing is done by those investigating the crime to correct that wrong thinking. In fact it is encouraged!
Another stereotype is that rape is overwhelmingly perpetrated by a stranger, which is another load of crap fed to you by Gilmer County authorities who have become down right dangerous, with their unproven and untrue opinions.
It is documented that rapes committed by total strangers to the victims range from 42 to 53 percent of total rapes. The remaining percentage is done by friends, associates, or relatives of the victim. Rapes that occur between a victim and assailant known to one another are called acquaintance rape.
We all know about DATE RAPE, and some have even heard of marital rape but more recently Glenville State College and seemingly our law enforcement leaders have gone so far as to be complicit with GANG RAPE on campus and will not prosecute!

Gang rape stands out as both heinous and frightening. Multiple sexual violations are enough to haunt anyone, but the ominous aspects of group dynamics that gang rape uncovers are even more sinister. We must understand that campus gang rape may also be called acquaintance rape because it most often occurs during a social get-together. Both the perpetrators and the victim know each other.
Recently a leader and in the criminal justice department was asked if they thought members of the SOB fraternity could commit the rape they are accused of being involved with in which Jordan Opie Watkins is the main suspect, and that person said, “Yes,” I think if they thought they could get away with it, as many have at GSC, Yes, I believe they were involved in raping that girl, but all I can really tell you about were the rumors I heard,” those were the words of an on campus leader and someone deserving of respect as told to the Supreme Commander of the Secret Seven Coalition. A federal attorney requested a detailed list of all property owned by Gerald B Hough in Gilmer County — And we won’t be surprised if “Gerry” does own the “Fright House” and is making a profit on all the rape and mayhem going on at Glenville State College in Glenville, West Virginiathe “Home of Rape and Murder!”

Individuals behaving within a brotherhood may perform acts that they would never do alone. It would not be unusual to find a person who is an upstanding citizen with no prior criminal record accused of being a perpetrator in a gang rape. Membership in a cohesive group can break down one’s personal values and beliefs which can lend to the occurrence of gang rape.

Your sons and daughters come last as they do their best to discourage public consequences for perpetrators and think only of how this could affect the bottom line. They will say they are trying to save you from embarrassment and protect your good name. In reality, their status in the hierarchy is the only thing protected and all that matters. The long term damage done to your child is never taken into consideration.

Gang Rape is something that GSC college students should become informed about. With its prevalence on campus higher than in society as a whole gang rape should not be taken lightly. The first task needs to be the steady breakdown of sexist attitudes. In our culture there still exists a rigid sex-role ideology in which the male role is more valued. If women step too far out of their prescribed sex-role they may be punished by rape or the threat of rape. This should not be a college level mind set. The second must be to discourage the group mentality thinking and encourage individualism.
Unless and until women are viewed as equals worthy of respect rape may never decrease considerably. These young women must learn their own value beyond that of a sex object from a very early age. They must learn that self respect and self protection is an entitlement, a right they must not let be denied and there is no amount of money which can buy those values. Until we teach our young men that the female is more than her sex and that wants must be controlled. Until we teach both genders that authority and power must be tempered with mercy and consideration for others and that their own personal dignity is priceless this story may never change. Until we value our youth more than material gain and refuse to accept this treatment of them, no man or woman in this county is worthy of being called “a leader”.

CHARLESTON – Records show very early in his legal career, Gerry Hough was scolded by the Lawyer Disciplinary Board for violating federal law when he improperly accessed a Glenville State College student’s academic records in the course of representing her accused attacker in a sexual assault case.
The Board on Dec. 9, 2000, filed a one-count statement of charges against Hough for committing three violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct when he asked for, and received, a copy of Anita Phillips-Wiseman’s transcripts on Nov. 13, 1998. At the time, Hough was representing Wilkie Perez, a GSC student and quarterback of the football team, on charges he raped Phillips-Wiseman.
Jordan married Jordan recently, for that is Jordan Bennett who traveled to Georgia to marry Jordan Opie Watkins one of the alleged rapists at GSC — Jordan mixed the drinks with another GSC student Jayde Layne who said she should be the one to mix the drinks because her mother was a bartender, and mix those drinks they did, only the VICTIM had date rape drugs added to hers, so this victim was not only gang raped but set up by the girls, now that is a first!! …Or is it, in Crooked County down by the Crooked River!!
In the statement, which acts as an indictment for disciplinary purposes, the Board stated that Hough was also a member of the GSC faculty at the time he was representing Perez. Hough, the statement alleged, used his position on the faculty to mislead the GSC Registrar’s Office into getting a copy of Phillips-Wiseman’s transcripts for the sole purpose of aiding in Perez’s defense.
Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, strict limits are placed on disclosure of a student’s academic records, and who has access to them. Among those who are permitted access to a college student’s records, including his or her transcripts, is the student’s advisor.
According to the statement, at the time he requested her transcripts, Hough was not Phillips-Wiseman’s advisor. Because of that, the Board charged Hough with violating Rules dealing with truthfulness in statements to others, respect for the rights of third persons and misconduct.
Eventually, the Board on Aug. 4, 2004, opted to dismiss the charge, and “caution” Hough, who by this time had become Gilmer County’s prosecutor, for his conduct, and fine him $400. The reason for the Board’s decision was due to the fact that at the time of the incident, Hough had been a member of the state Bar for only a month, and, upon learning of his actions, Thomas Powell, GSC’s then-president, reprimanded Hough, and denied him a pay raise given to other GSC faculty and staff.
As part of the agreement to dismiss the charges, Hough, despite his initial denial, had to admit to them, and express remorse for his actions.
Records show the sexual assault charges against Perez were dismissed.
It was pointed out to us by one of the newest members of the Secret Seven Coalition, and if the situation was noticed, or overlooked prior to this day, well then, better that you get it in your head now how dire the conditions are at GSC when something so awful happens that you hope nobody ever finds out about it.

Our schools have been taken over, there exists precedent to show that the Career Center could be next and Blankenship is crawling all over that place. There is so much mistreatment of our students, teachers and anyone who wishes to assist them, I’m surprised the county hasn’t imploded. Wake up people, the life you save might be your own. In reading the comments that followed the story on RGW, one alleging an ethics complaint filed against Gerry Hough for improperly obtaining a rape victim’s school records caught the eye of many of our readers.
The informed individual that posted that important bit of information in the comment is someone in the know from the Central WV SS.
We decided to elaborate with all the documents included in our investigation after an associate retrieved all the pertinent documents from the West Virginia Supreme Court.
We found the outcome to fall right into place of special privileges for the Elite and even though Gerry Hough was found to be in the wrong, he received no punishment although guilt and fault were found.
Gerry Hough set a precedent involving illegal actions taken against rape victims at GSC! You will find out for yourself as you the reader are educated to the facts during this GSC RAPE HISTORY 101 lesson, a course best taught when discussing the misconduct of Gerald B Hough!
Hough was appointed to represent a man by the name of Wilkie Perez, who’d been accused of raping Anita Phillips-Wiseman. Of course, both were GSC students during these early moments in GSC RAPE History…
In November of that year, Hough asked for, and received, Phillips-Wiseman’s transcripts leading the registrar’s office to believe he was her adviser (who is allowed to see a student’s transcripts). He was able to do that since at the time, in addition to being an attorney, he was also a GSC faculty member.
Here are a list of allegations of wrongdoing and criminal activity performed by Gerald B Hough on behalf of his client the accused rapist who was a star quarterback as well as WVIAC ALL State first team quarterback for GSC!
After Wiseman-Phillips found out,that Hough had obtained her records illegally and in a fraudulent manner, she filed a compliant against Hough with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
That very sad outcome for the community was that no action was taken against Hough clearing the way for many more rapes to come and many more cover-ups with a model case to bring forth the proper guidelines .

What happened to Fred was a mortal sin and someone should have to pay for taking his life. We know there is a murderer among us and nothing is ever going to be done to apprehend the criminal. Is this due to connections? This question has been asked over and over but no one seems to have the answer.
What we have here are handpicked thugs, and a failure to communicate.
Local law enforcement are paid well to keep the peace of those in control of their pay checks, which in this county it is all controlled by IKE MORRIS of WACO OIL and ASS and the Church of IKE!

Fred Hill had just returned home from Texas to be with his family and his ill father – he knew time was precious!
This is how the situation was told by those close to FRED HILL …
Pam Sovine is Fred’s boss, but she says Fred is a family friend. He works for her at her company, Southern Building Systems.
Sovine says Fred normally works in the Charleston office, but Thursday December the 10th 2009 Fred went to help on the project in Glenville.
“Basil Fred Hill the third and another co-worker went to dinner that fateful Thursday night, then went to a bar for a drink.”
Fred left first without his colleague, who had been chatting at the bar during the evening with another out-of-town worker as Fred mingled.
This PHOTO was taken not long before FRED HILL WAS MURDERED in GLENVILLE! SS investigations have uncovered suspicions Fred's death was not only sanctioned, but Fred was killed by local elite connected and law enforcement connected Perps and we said that from the day Fred went missing. The Central WV SS KNEW FRED WAS DEAD!!
Here is an EYEWITNESS account from a GSC student that was there, and conversed with Fred, knew who all the people that were there, and the PO PO never once talked to her or interviewed her but she shared this information with the Central West Virginia Secret Seven Coalition…
“I met Fred for the first time on the night he went missing. He was obviously intoxicated, but was a calm peaceful man. He did start hitting on some of us girls at the bar, but was not pushy or out of line at all. I talked to him for awhile and thought he was a very nice guy. I have a sketchy memory of the night, seeing as how I was too intoxicated, however I do remember him being asked to leave the bar by the bouncer. He was standing toward the back of the bar and was asked to leave through the back door, I just assumed that it was because of where he was when the incident happened, but now that I think of it, I have never seen anyone asked to leave through the back. I pray that he is found and well. Prayers are with he and his family until some answers are found.“
What has been confusing, frustrating and heartbreaking for friends and family is there are two different circumstances under which Fred left. One story goes on to say Fred was asked to leave. Another says he was sober, and simply wanted to go back to the hotel.
Now, we know that the Saturday sighting of FRED HILL was complete bullshit and some disinformation to lead everyone off of the real truth of the matter which was told by CalPatty Press reporters early on.
“Fred went out the back was knocked out cold within 60 seconds and tossed in the river where he remained until conveniently discovered in back of the house of Sheriff Mickey Metz!”

A man told investigators that he saw a man matching Hill’s description on Saturday December 12th in the morning between 9 and 9:30 a.m.–The man said the person he saw was standing in the median on Route 33, and appeared to be disoriented
This story told about the seeing FRED on the 12th was purposeful disinformation brought by the guilty parties that are most definitely elite associated and we knew that story was bullshit the first time we heard it.

Here in central WV corrupt prosecutors like Gerry Hough are involved in conspiracies to lose evidence against bad Law Enforcement, or just never bring a case forward, as was done in the circuit court case of Doug Starcher from the WV State Police twice brought up on charges of perjury, but the cases were mysteriously dismissed, without cause by Gerald B Hough.
Officials, firemen and volunteers and friends of Freddy Hill met days after Fred went missing at the Gilmer County VFD to continue the search that had been going on since the last Friday Fred Hill was seen alive.
Freddy Hill reportedly left Trezan’s Restaurant Bar and Grill in Glenville a little after midnight Thursday, so Friday December 11th, was when he was last seen — with friends and his family yet to hear from him, but the people from the CalPatty Press and the West Virginia SS already knew that Fred was dead.

Police used cadaver dogs and a sonar-equipped boat to look for the man in or near the Little Kanawha River.

This is so crazy! Freddy and I have been friends for 12 years. He is a super cool, sweet, caring guy and I truly think someone has done something horrible to him. Another year, another holiday, hearts go out to every family who has lost a loved one so senselessly. They must feel the way every working family in Gilmer County feels when we hear of a rape case that results in no prosecution or a convicted murderer walking out of jail and back on the streets in a year or a drug dealer or child molester being placed on home confinement, thieves being set free or put on probation while the productive citizen is threatened with being set up or framed if the truth gets out.
I don’t like disruption during the holidays but know the election is coming. Those in power are working hard behind the scenes right now to determine who you will vote for and how to bring them into the fold while taking care of their losers for future use.
