“Cosmos Communicator where the Secrets of Life are revealed…”
The ratings results, along with the average weekly ratings in “page views” of, the Secret Seven website Cosmos Communicator was out of this world literally and got worldwide rating on their summer article featuring the “Butcher Bitches” which was published by Cosmos Communicator ranked #66 with a bullet in the TOP 100 of the fastest growing Word Press Websites in the world, it’s first week of operation after the Butcher Bitches were proudly displayed scantily clad all over the front page three years ago this summer.
A select few got organized and got together to have Cosmos Communicator, Crooked County Crooks and the CalPatty Press destroyed, by filing official complaints and false subpoenas!
Three of those that complained were very organized with an extensive e-mail campaign in the Glenville, West Virginia area in Gilmer County because those three are in the publishing business and were back then too and they all have had control of the local press, that was until recently.
Here is what Beth R said about the Butcher Bitches photos that were posted!
“The pictures were shocking to me as well. But I am glad they were exposed. People need to know the facts about the people who are controlling our children. It is not fair though that the websites get attacked by those who try to control everything. The same sort of revealing photos were posted on these networked sites before, but no attempts were made to stop them!”
“I think the issue here is who is exposed for sexual activity in the photograph and not what type of pictures are published, which in my opinion even makes the matter worse for the parents involved. Like one person said, parents cannot be irresponsible for what their kids do and then force others from talking about it. Also let’s keep in mind, these sites did not make the porn photos, the girls participated in porn acts. Which one is worse?”
And here is what another citizen said …
“I agree about the disgusting scenes and the pictures of the Butcher girls!”
“I wonder why would anyone pose or allow their pictures taken like that and all that sex, it was disgusting!”
“They were bad, the girls and they should not have allowed photos to be taken by a camera.”
“Just shutting down a site does not take away the terrible actions we have seen.”
“You cannot just freely do evil acts and then punish the people for talking about it!”
“If it were not because of the disgusting actions by these girls, then local attorney R Terry Butcher, Nasia Butcher principal of Gilmer County High School and Timothy B Butcher, a GSC Board of Governors member would not be so upset and threatening to kill people like they outwardly did, and naming names too!”
“A parent needs to correct themselves first before attacking others.”
” Parents who think the photos are JUST OK (like Nasia Butcher) are definitely not good role models.”
“I noticed some of the sites were shutdown, but new ones started.
It did not take much time for cosmoscommunicator.wordpress.com to be up. I am wondering whether any attempts been made to shut down and make sure the girls who were candid in their act to stop doing it again?
I have heard they are considered as normal acts!
If they are normal, then I do not know what normal means.“
We Have FREEDOM of SPEECH in Gilmer County!
But Don’t Have the FREEDOM to Practice the Concept in Gilmer County, West Virginia the HOME of the CHURCH of IKE!!
Who ever goes against the status quo here is immediately attacked or run out of business and we hear Gerry Hough was run out of Gilmer County because he failed in ruining Dave Ramezan like he was ordered to do, by Larry Chapman, County Commissioner, but for now we are not telling what we know. We have quite a story to tell, but will only reveal the details after the official article runs in a Charleston newspaper.
Dave Corcoran allowed Gerry Hough Gilmer County Prosecutor to publish false information that resulted in racial profiling of Dave Ramezan owner and publisher of the Gilmer FREE PRESS that was published in the Glenville Democrap and Pathfinder of Bullshit -see below, it is amazing Corcoran and Hough have stooped so low!!
The Concerned Citizens of Gilmer County are outraged by the actions taken by Corcoran and Hough awhile back.
Hough published a letter to the editor that most likely could bring about a situation that Dave Corcoran finds himself legally responsible for. In his latest attack on FREE SPEECH and Gilmer County Citizens HOUGH proposes that political adversaries have come up with a recipe for his destruction.
Here it is below and just read how ridiculous this was and Dave Corcoran published it free of charge like a WHORE gives out a free one once in awhile, I guess, kind of like the Butcher Bitches!!
ACTUALLY THIS ENTIRE STATEMENT PUBLISHED IN THE DEMOCRAT by Gerald B Hough IS A LIE AND CAN BE PROVEN A LIE — FOR THE PERSON HOUGH SPEAKS OF NEVER MADE A BID ON THE CONTRACT – THAT IS ALL A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD!
Lets get to the very heart of the matter since we the members of the Secret Seven Coalition and the Council of Concerned Citizens have to inform everyone that:
GERALD B HOUGH IS ATTACKING THE MESSENGER LIKE A COMPLETE DUMB ASS AND IS NOT ARGUING THE ISSUES – THIS IS A TYPICAL GLENVILLE – GILMER COUNTY TACTIC – USED FOR YEARS OVER AND OVER – BUT HAS NEVER BEEN BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PEOPLE UNTIL NOW THAT WE ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE A FREE PRESS!!
On the very first part of his pathetic plea to the public — Hough states that one disgruntled business owner who lost a government contract is responsible for his entire reason for HOUGH making a desperate attempt to defend himself against the allegation of crimes he is caught committing like subornation of perjury, and the Secret Seven Coalition exposed Hough for being BUSTED by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel for a FERPA VIOLATION while trying to ruin a rape victim at GSC. All of those documents are published here at Revenge of the Ghost Wolf that show Hough is a dishonest person.
NOW the LATEST ATTACKS from the POWER ELITE in Glenville, WV have been aimed at the Gilmer Free Press, and Gerald B Hough was ordered to take down “Dave Ramezan” the editor and publisher of the Gilmer Free Press, and all the big players have got themselves documented carrying out an illegal action and now the Secret Seven Coalition is going to expose every single one of those vicious non-human species types that think they are ALL BETTER THAN US!
It is our job at the Secret Seven Coalition representing central WV to expose the corrupt Gilmer County Sheriff Gerwig and the Gilmer County Commission for their criminal actions to all of AMERICA and show their crimes to the living rooms of the USA and humiliate those little corrupt elite bitches in the press just like we did judge William “Chip” Watkins… stick a fork in that bitch Watkins he has been suspended without pay until the year 2016!!
This time we ain’t playin!
But we ain’t sayin!
..Because we are sworn to secrecy!
News soon to be announced in an article written by investigative reporter Lawrence Smith and released in Charleston, West Virginia for all of the world to read!
So raise your candles high and SUPPORT your FREE PRESS ‘Cause if you don’t we could stay black against the night Oh, raise them higher again!

“Buckwild” TV star Salwa Amin, 25, is back in Central Regional Jail as of Saturday night.
Amin has again violated conditions of her release, a situation she found herself in late March.
Amin had been charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver, and had been released on $100,000 bond when she was incarcerated in March.
Authorities initially arrested Amin and two others in Summersville after getting a tip. They discovered heroin, oxycodone and $3,000 in cash.
When was she released before this? What did she do that got her in custody for the 3rd time?
Editors note: She violated the terms of her bond for a second time and most people are not released before their court or trial appearances after doing it the first time, so girls got game getting released, and then going right back to the dope and actually going to take a drug test she knew she would fail.

When I saw the (above) statement at the bottom of the notification of the Board of Education meeting, I thought to myself, OH NO HERE WE GO AGAIN BITCHES!! Jesus! Won’t this nightmare ever end?
First Amendment rights protect our right to believe, or, to put it another way, the right to conscience. When political power mongers limit the right to public discussion and silence dissenting voices, they violate our right to conduct business guided by that conscience. They treat humans as cattle.
Leadership’s clear aim with the Gilmer County Board of Education is not merely to advocate a point of view but to coerce us into believing their version of truth.
Ideologically biased law and double standards designed to put a politically preferred attitude in place infringe terribly on freedoms and limit growth. The oppressive actions orchestrated by Charleston in the name of the Gilmer County Board of Education clearly cross the line between educating the public and mass indoctrination.
Big Brother is here!
US Marshals in Wheeling have arrested the mother of a missing Lewis County girl again.
Lena Lunsford was arrested Tuesday at West Virginia Business College for violating her supervised release.
Lunsford has been on probation after pleading guilty last year to selling food stamps.
This was the second time she has violated the terms of her release.
Her daughter, Aliayah, has been missing since September 2011.
West Virginia State Police in Weston have arrested three women on drug charges.
State police have charged Tiffany Beckner, 23, Connie McCord, 46, and Danyell McCoy, 21, with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.
Beckner faces an additional charge of petit larceny.
All three are in the Central Regional Jail with bail set at $100,000 each.
Celebrate the FIRST DAY of the Gilmer County FOLK FESTIVAL by reading the number one read article at the CalPatty Press for the first 180 days of the ALL NEW CalPatty Press website and boy what a doozy of an article it is too, for the main character is in jail now and is doing two years for fucking her high school students and doing drugs with them and engaging in sexual debauchery of all kinds with under age children!

CommunityConcerns™: Fairness of Mr. Ron Blankenship’s Pay Raises For Top Administrators Only
Mr. Ronald Blankenship awarded $3,000 per year pay raises to school principals, assistant principals and individuals with director positions in the central office.
Classroom teachers and other employees were left out.
Mr. Blankenship made the decision without informing members of the County’s School Board, and he made no pretense that the pay raises were merit based. Instead, he rationalized that his decision to upgrade salaries for a select few was necessary to make the County more competitive in recruiting and retaining professionals.
It is reasonable to have competitive compensation for all employees on the County’s payroll. However, when all monetary rewards go to top administrators that mistake smells of mismanagement and insensitivity to be fair to all employees to maintain high morale.
High morale is critical to reinforce the conviction among all employees that they are appreciated as essential contributors to organizational success.
Skillful administrators know this and it is why salary increases are used to promote commitments of employees to strive together cohesively to achieve organizational success, and to forge an overall “corporate” culture of belief that productive work reaps personal rewards. Although most employees in the County’s school system were short-changed, most of them will continue as usual with high levels of performance regardless of positions they hold to be tributes to the quality of citizens in our school system.
Going beyond the County, surely Mr. Charles Heinlein Mr. Ted Matterin, and Dr. Phares, the superintendent of West Virginia schools, were involved in restricting pay raises to top administrators.
If any of them was involved they too deserve criticism for the inequitable way our school system’s employees were treated.
If the high level administrators were not involved with the decision to award a few, this is definite proof that Mr. Blankenship is authorized by the State to act autonomously, similar to a dictator, in allocating the County’s money without being subject to any form of checks and balances necessary in a democracy.
Perhaps this disgustful pay debacle deserves to escalate to be a formal grievance from the West Virginia Education Association.
Dr. Phares permitted himself to be blind sided by assuming that all he had heard from his State operatives told the full story. After delivering his carefully drafted talking points everything went down hill from there and Ted Matterin was there to mouth what he thought Dr. Phares should say next. Dr. Phares was astute enough to realize what had happened to the County and he used his good judgement to do what was right. What we need to do now is to keep a close watch to ensure that there is no backtracking by the State. Let’s not forget that credit for getting Dr. Phares to attend the meeting goes to Bill Simmons.
Comment by R. D. Haskell on 06.19.2013
It has never made a bit of sense to pay “administrators” top salaries when teachers get much, much less and are the ones responsible for the education of the children. In a world run by common sense, schools should be run by the teachers who teach the children, not “administrators”. Parents and teachers together would do a much more effective job of making sure children were receiving the best possible education for each individual child.
This “one size fits all” nonsense has gone far beyond ridiculous. Paying administrators and directors to sit in offices and run the schools is tantamount to putting a tractor trailer on the highway and sitting in a dark room with a joy stick to run it.
Comment by Karen Pennebaker on 06.19.2013
o Mr. Phares was blindsided? You think? Or was it just show?
If that truly was the case, it would indicate clearly that feedback from Blankenship, Mattern, and Heinline has been:
(1) Lacking (2) Incomplete (3) With held (4) Dishonest OR all of these.
If Mr. Phares and Mr. Linger have been taken across by these employees of theirs, then it is past time to clean house of the incompetent and inept employees.
We now >knowknows< there is something emitting a foul odor in this whole Gilmer County saga.
Mr. Phares we appreciate your presence here in Gilmer. Thank you. Now maybe you are getting a better picture of
the inadequacies of your underlings. We are waiting for you to do something now.
Comment by thanks for the visit on 06.19.2013
This issue of raises simply indicates the “dictator mindset” of Ronald Blankenship that has permeated since his first day on the job?
It is also a move to “own employees”?
Comment by Al C. on 06.19.2013
This scandal is an example of what happens when checks and balances are removed after a school board is stripped of authority. When elite people at the top have absolute control they always ensure that their interests are served first and if they can get by with it there is never any trickle down money left. Our school system is comprised of dedicated employees including custodians, maintenance people, school bus drivers, cooks, secretaries, aids, teachers, and others. All of them working together make the school system function. Elitists don’t understand it, but even a few hundred dollars more a year would have meant lots to the left out employees. Worst of all the scandal sends a distinct message that merit has nothing to do with monetary rewards. If the principal at Normantown with its highest achievement rating in the County had been singled out for a pay increase citizens would have been glad for her, but when the GCHS principal gets an equal sum with all the turmoil over there citizens exhibit stark disbelief. We can’t blame all the scandal on Blankenship because his decision had to be approved and maybe ordered from Dr. Phares’ office. What do you say Dr. Phares?
Comment by Champion for Fairness on 06.19.2013
Blankenship has spent money like a drunken sailor since arrival in Gilmer.
He is the one responsible for giving the new school to Lewis County.
He could have fought to have it in Gilmer. He chose not too.
Ted Mattern and Charles Heinline are the two individuals that report to the BOE and Phares.
They apparently carry a rubber stamp and stamp pad at all times.

The Gilmer Free Press reports…
Breaking News!
Dr. Phares’ New Beginning Commitments to Gilmer County?
Dr. Phares, West Virginia’s superintendent of schools, was the featured presenter at the June 17, 2013 school board meeting.
Dr. William K. Simmons had invited him to Gilmer County to speak.
Dr. Phares initiated his presentation with high praise of Mr. Ron Blankenship’s performance as the State’s appointed superintendent of the County’s school system.
Following his presentation Dr. Phares opened the meeting to questions and comments from the audience to make it obvious that there were disagreements regarding Mr. Blankenship’s performance.
One criticism was that he had refused to keep the board and the public adequately informed of his achievements in making the school system better than it was before the State seized power.
Also, it became evident that Mr. Blankenship had imposed stiff constraints on the board to stifle its participation in decision-making processes after the State took over. The degree of restriction was exemplified when it was disclosed that the only actions the board could take during official meetings was to give the pledge of allegiance, and to vote on field trips.
The board had not been permitted to even designate agenda items for meetings or to bring up new business including important issues and concerns confronting the school system.
Another issue that surfaced was Mr. Blankenship’s decision to increase annual salaries by $3,000 for principals, assistant principals and program directors in the County’s central office while disallowing increases for classroom teachers and other school system employees.
After listening to citizens, Dr. Phares declared need for a fresh start to eventually enable the County to regain local control of its school system.
The Gilmer Free Press
Audience members understood that he made the following commitments for the fresh start:
• Board members will be permitted to discuss issues and concerns at public meetings and be allowed to vote on motions although outcomes will be nonbinding to the State. State will review the board’s decisions made when reviewing the minutes of the meetings and then make decision whether to accept or refuse the Gilmer Board’s decisions.
• Mr. Blankenship will give scheduled oral reports of his specific progress in eliminating school system deficiencies to keep board members and the public properly informed.
• Program directors in the County’s central office should attend public school board meetings to present information related to their areas of responsibility.
• An expert on Dr. Phares’ staff will attend a board meeting to present statistical data indicative of the status of academic achievements in the County for use to designate opportunities for improving K-12 academic outcomes.
• Open meetings are encouraged to be scheduled to solicit public input for ideas regarding improved functioning of the school system and to promote public attendance and participation in school board meetings and decision processes.
• Scheduled meetings with teachers are encouraged to enable the board to learn of opportunities to aid teachers in performing their critically important duties.
• The board is encouraged to formalize goals to achieve for improved efficiency and performance of the County’s school system.
• Mr. Blankenship will be responsive to the public’s request for information including data subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Overall, the meeting’s outcome was that Dr. Phares advocated for better ways of doing business with commitments for an improved exchange of information at all levels in the County’s school system.
You can’t make this stuff up.
Dr. Unphares travels from Oz to speak to the stupid little people.
He obviously had no clue what is going on in this county. Praise for Blankenstein? What has improved under the fuhrer? Did Blankenstein rudely ignore everyone and pretend to be doing something important on his cell phone as he normally does? Does anyone have any ideas what he is doing on that phone? Simmons must have been about ready to burst with pride. He brought a biggy into the county. If the county could buy Bill for what he is worth and sell him for what he thinks he is worth, our money problems would be solved.
I’m going to print this story out and date it. I just can’t figure out whether to file it under “lies” or “humor”.
Y’all will have to excuse me now. I’m headed for the vomitorium.
Comment by Burnt Weiney on 06.19.2013
Why was Mr Blankenship on his cell phone when the sutdents are school they are not suppose to have them on. WHAT makes HIM special? What makes Phares thinks that the central office employees deserves a raise, when first all of them make over $60,000 and when they are asked to do something they dont even response to the request, they keep delaying. Would we keep our jobs if we did not do them. WHY not teachers, and classroom service personel get a raise. Thats where the job start caring, not in the big BOE office.
Comment by paid citizens on 06.21.2013
Blankenship has an agenda. He is paying off the key people to make sure he can do his dirty work. I believe all the employees deserve a raise not just a few. Teachers should be outrages about this action. How do WVEA and WVAFT feel about this? They are supposed to support the teachers.

One of the important questions when Dr. Phares came to the recent school board meeting pertained to the Crooked Run School site.
A citizen asked about the details. Mr. Blankenship reported that they will be disclosed at the proper time.
What kind of answer was that when taxpayers will foot the bill?
When government officials are secretive about spending our tax money justifiable alarm is always triggered.
The following questions should be answered by Mr. Blankenship or someone above him before we build a new grade school.
• What is the justification that more than 70 acres are being purchased when 10 acres or less are needed for a grade school site? Mr. Blankenship said that a large acreage is necessary to build more schools on in the future. He should cite information from a credible source to verify that in the foreseeable future Gilmer County’s population is projected to increase significantly to require more schools for K-12 students.
• What are the details in the agreement Mr. Blankenship worked out with the landowner for the price being paid per acre for the site, is the cost fair and customary for undeveloped land of its type in a rural area, and what is the total cost for the land acquisition including legal fees and other expenses?
• What is the schedule for paying for the land and what will be the funding source?
• What will it cost for site preparation, actual construction costs for the school, equipping the school, and all other expenses to get the facility in full move in condition?
• Has competent planning occurred to avoid unexpected expense to avoid surprises like what happened for the Linn School? It was belatedly discovered that there was a failure to ensure that natural gas could be provided to the site. That oversight is believed to have resulted in added redesign work by Williamson and Shriver Architects. Additionally, over the life of the Linn School, electricity will be the heat source to cost taxpayers significantly more than would have been paid for natural gas.
• Do we have a plan B to implement if the WV School Building Authority fails to fund the Crooked Run School the next cycle?
• What is the schedule for completion of the wet lands study that is a federal government requirement? If mitigation is required for disturbance of the existing wetland what will that added cost be for taxpayers?
Alvin Engelke of Creston, WV in Wirt County reports on the poor crowd showing at the annual Gilmer County FOLK FESTIVAL…
“A number of local residents attended the West Virginia State Folk Festival in Glenville. There was lots of first class music but small crowds. It was learned that some now in charge want to eliminate the old traditional music [the reason the festival was started 64 years ago] and make it a country & western affair like Nashville, Branson, etc. Folks who are concerned should contact the Folk Festival board and let them know!”
The US Census Bureau has confirmed that West Virginia voter turn-out was dead in the USA in last November’s presidential election.
West Virginia was the only state where less than half of eligible voters voted, according to data from the U.S. Census Bureau released in May.
Young West Virginians in the 18-24 range had the worst voter turn-out in the nation, only 23 percent.
The turnout among young people in the Mountain State was worse than the 2008 election, where 48.4 percent voted, now falling more than 50%.
Texas prison inmate Keith Judd scored 41 percent of the total votes for president in the Mountain State Democratic primary, revealing just how unpopular President Obama was.
Judd is currently serving a 17.5-year sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, Texas, for extortion and making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999, but WV Secretary of State Natalie Tennant allowed JUDD on the ballot in West Virginia where JUDD WON enough votes to get delegate representation.
A West Virginia political figure and candidate for West Virginia Attorney General went to trial in Clay County court yesterday.
Hiram Lewis is charged with malicious wounding and domestic assault of Stephen Bogart at Lewis’ Clay County residence.
Lewis’ lawyer told the court it may seem strange the lawyer and former treasurer of the state Republican Party was becoming a goat farmer and pastor, saying his stories about shooting Bogart are consistent.
The lawyer contends Bogart told police three different stories and pretended to be a veteran.
It was unclear whether Lewis would testify in his own defense.
Lewis, a former candidate for West Virginia Attorney General, was almost elected to the position.
A criminal complaint from June 2012 states that West Virginia State Police responded to a call where Lewis currently lives in Procious. Troopers discovered Bogart lying on the porch, bleeding from the leg.
The complaint says that Bogart claimed to live at the residence and accused Lewis of shooting him.
Lewis claims he was allowing Bogart to stay on his porch in exchange for beer and housework.
He claimed Bogart was intoxicated that evening and tried to break into the house, prompting Lewis to shoot the man in the knee.
The Grantsville Council deliberated on a complaint filed against Grantsville police chief Andy Walker.
Mayor Curtis Garretson said that while he has direct supervision of the police chief, he felt council members should review the formal complaint.
The incident, reportedly involving a juvenile, was recorded on video surveillance cameras at the Calhoun Countyhouse, and reportedly happened during the Calhoun Wood Festival.
Council members viewed the recording.
Following the review of the complaint, Garretson said no action would be taken at this time.
To Revenge of the Ghost Wolf and the CCC!
Thanks for keeping the Fred Hill Story Alive!
To be released the last FRIDAY in June, 28, 2013 at 4:20pm
Thanks for keeping the Fred Hill Story Alive!
I can’t wait to get away from this Crooked County.
My prayers have been with the family of “Basil” ever since the “Powers that BE” …here in the “Ville” murdered Fred Hill the third!
I’m so sorry that this had to happen, and y’all had to hear such a discouraging word, but the people that kill after popping a pill here in the “VILLE” are just as bad as the people that murdered all those Jews during the holocaust back in World War TWO!
And they called them Butchers too!
Coming JULY 1st to Revenge of the Ghost Wolf!
Police have filed charges against James Coy Blosser, 29 of Roane County for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab.
Blosser is being held in Central Regional Jail.
Calhoun authorities arrested Jason Kyle Conrad, 33, and charged him with driving suspended, 3rd offense, a misdemeanor. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $3,000.
Also, arrested is Joseph Paul Kute, 30, charged with stalking and reckless driving, misdemeanors. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $4,000.
When opportunities for replacement of Board of Governors members occur care is always taken to install individuals who won’t rock the boat. Take the Butchers for an example. Terry was on the BOG for about five years to be replaced by Timothy B Butcher(the Bitcher of the Butchers)to keep control in the family. When questioned about academics GSC’s administrators quickly shift to talk about building programs. Another problem is that rich elitists exercise power to set GSC’S agenda to have nothing to do with academics. Folks, unless there is a change GSC can become ancient history.
