More recently during 2013 Judge Facemire conspired with Gerald B Hough to violate the publisher of the Gilmer Free Press Dave Ramezan’s civil and legal rights by making him spend over $35,000 on an attorney while violating West Virginia’s shield law to do it.
Ramezan was only a witness in that court case, but was treated like a defendant much the way a third world communist country might handle the matter.
Unfortunately, at this time, because of legal reasons, we can’t discuss the matter further than the facts just mentioned, but only can add that piece of shit low down dirty son of a bitch prosecutor Gerald B Hough is being sued by Ramezan and the matter was forwarded to the West Virginia Supreme Court for a decision just a few weeks ago on who should hear the case, since JUDGE ALSOP recused himself, and Facemire was forced to also, for the reason he is just as big of a cock sucker as “Gerry Hough” and just as guilty of violation of rules for legal procedure in that court proceeding.

In Gilmer County, commonly known as Crooked County – Political corruption and the use of legislated powers by government officials for illegitimate private gain is just common everyday behavior.

#13 • A political campaign contribution occurred in the name of Madge Butcher who was dead for more than a decade and it is on official government documents that she was retired and resided at PO Box 100 to cause citizens to believe that fraud was committed by the responsible party – this is par for the course in Glenville, we know who is guilty.

In Gilmer County they make their own rules and DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE FREE PRESS! The Glenville Democrat will run all kinds of bad deeds for FREE and that is about as close as one gets to the FREE PRESS unless you are talking about the Secret Seven Coalition and the website most chosen by the people, according to polls — And that is the Gilmer Free Press and they are working on 22 million hits since they first started being read by the masses in 2008!

The subject matter was alleged embezzlement by a very well known law firm, “Butcher and Butcher” and here is a document that will even tell us more of the story …
This is the famous document from Tim Butcher threatening to file a law suit with his attorney Richard A Hayhurst who was sent to Federal Prison last year for embezzlement! The Crooked County Crooks website that got yanked like a Hot Toddy Roddy was providing quite a bit of truth back in 06 and 07 that Facemire and Butcher just couldn’t handle!!
As you can see from the document above that Tim Butcher and Judge Richard A Facemire were fully convinced they could use their power to stop freedom of speech and they were successful at getting the first Crooked County Crooks website on journalscape yanked off the internet like a Hot Toddy Roddy!
In fact, Journalscape owner, Kenny Smith, a Google employee living in Costa Mesa, California banned an entire town in 2006 regarding the website of Christopher Todd Smith, who was mostly posting drug and sex party stories about Lisa Minney the owner publisher of Two faced-Two Lane Ain’t Living Long Like This … magazine !
The difference between the ten or so websites run by Hot Toddy that were yanked and the others, is that, the Crooked County Crooks website, along with the very famous CalPatty Press used court documents, eye witness accounts and testimony to PROVE the allegations they were bringing were TRUE.
LIES told by courthouse employee’s — wrongdoings — and illegal acts were uncovered and proven! Many of these matters later were covered up by acts of misconduct from Gerald B Hough and the Butcher & Butcher law firm along with their partner in CRIME 14th district Circuit Court Judge Richard A Facemire!

In updated news a main witness for the prosecution in the “Travesty” case agreed this weekend to testify against other family members who knowingly brought false action started by a false article published in the Glenville Democrat.
Butcher in the official document went on the attack to take the issue off of the fact that he illegally did not do an accounting regarding the AJ Woofter estate for 12 years! And that the executrix was caught by an attorney for the Council on Aging back dating checks to give the appearance of adhering to the wishes of Albert J Woofter.
Lizzie Butcher telling someone what is up and that her daddy is rich and they, “Better be PLAYIN or they will be PAYIN!”
Also our answer to his law suit was …

This letter was written to an attorney that was found out and deemed a traitor by a member of the SS, and it is a hand written letter written at a time when the… “Could have only come by one source,” …guy WAS WRONGFULLY IMPRISONED FOR A YEAR!
Now Democrat staff members like Cassandra Huff are busy trying to cover up the reals facts in the, “Travesty of Justice,” case, in which it has been proven now, via NEW EVIDENCE, there was no crime, and further, that the matter was a time barred misdemeanor that never took place. It appears that Hough’s own witnesses have now turned against him, and all the lies and malice brought forward by Gerry Hough will be well publicized once the matter is before the US District Court. The civil case will bring forth discovery of evidence that could later be deemed criminal involving Gilmer County public officials and the hiding of documents from the land book records.

This type of procedure was used by Butcher and Butcher to stall for time so they could rob Peter to Pay Paul and supplement their Ponzi scheme !

During the 2008 election the County Clerk Beverly Marks refused to let the students at the college (full time living on campus) register to vote unless she knew they came from a local family.
I stood by while an official employee was questioned that had heard Beverly Marks say,
“I’m not going to let them vote for that nigger!”
It took until late in November for the SOS to tell her she had to register them.
Marks would say she called the Secretary’s office, and that they told her she was right, but when an employee of the courthouse kept pushing the issue, then Marks really phoned them in the fall and was given official instructions to register voters.

Jean Butcher could sit in the front office and say she was “sweatin’ like a nigger on “election day” and not a word would be said to her.

Whenever Beverly Marks, minion for the Power Elite was reminded she was breaking the law she’d just give a smart ass smirk and say ” Oh, the law” .
Many witnesses watched while Marks would call family members that she knew to come qualify for estates before the others had a chance because she knew there was no will and only wanted things to go the way she decided because no matter what the will said she knew who should get the inheritance.
I understand that wills disappeared (they didn’t exist anymore) if she and her friends didn’t like the way the deceased left the property and she would handle it as though they were intestate. Someone just complained that a courthouse employee made her fathers will disappear and believes Beverly Marks is involved.
Even if Marks knew there were other family members standing to inherit she would say,
“That’s all they put down and that’s who I’m going to notify!”
When the subject of the WV Code was brought up and Marks was asked,
“Why weren’t Gilmer County Court employee’s and representatives of the people recording all parties on recorded documents?” she said< it was too much work and she didn't care what the law said!
According to an eye witness this was a pretty hard pill to swallow knowing that the clerk was breaking laws in a reckless and careless manner!

Beverly Marks is a puppet of the elite and always called Tim Butcher to instruct her what to do about almost any estate that was questioned!
Many couldn't stand by and witness this behavior month after month year after year, but those in the know …know!
But, whatever you want to know ask Karen Elkin, she can tell you she was there and witnessed all of these illegal acts and has seen it all in 35 years behind the counter!

This Fourteenth Point comes to you from the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which states in part that the state shall not “… deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Equal protection under the law does not exist in Gilmer County.
Discrimination of rich versus poor, white versus black or family name versus family name has made doing the deal for a favor the most popular game on the hill for years and is common knowledge.. It is the way the powerful spread their tail feathers to show what they can do for or against whomever they wish. It shows who is cock of the walk and who makes the rules. It is a disgraceful display of ignorance and bigotry.
How backwards and without class a person chooses to be in their privately held beliefs should never be evident when they take the oath of public office to uphold the laws of the land or administer a public organization using citizen tax dollars. “Liberty and justice for all” were not meant to be delivered through “entitlement” as decided by those in power yet that is the truth we hold to be self evident here and that really needs to change.

It appears that the TRAVESTY of JUSTICE case which made it’s way through the top courts is headed to US District Court by way of a Criminal Tort for Criminal negligence performed by the Gilmer County Sheriff complete with multiple defendants and all sorts of new secret information. A new group of attorneys having a great deal of success with cases dealing with misconduct that are also highly charged political cases are looking closely at bringing forward the long awaited Travesty civil action in federal court.
Some new evidence being brought forward involves the Glenville Democrat and Pathfinder, who many now say took an active roll in building this….Bad Faith prosecution based on a Fraudulent Appraisal Gilmer County Court case from the beginning by releasing a false story based on all the wrong facts involving facts now proved to be false involving this case, that was in the court system for over five years, and then stating old used rusted farm equipment had the same value as brand new equipment. Experts now agree, that the Democrat helped quite a bit in establishing these false facts, as well as distributing completely false information involving a felony court case – published in a community with a small jury pool, making it difficult for persons to ascertain any true facts or data. The Democrat actually has worked with the county prosecutor to bring forth false facts in an effort to mislead the public about court cases or important public issues.
Several examples of this were published by — the GFP — and a possible new civil action may establish this issue as fact, by bringing forth a criminal tort for criminal negligence in US District Court – based on no due diligence used by the head law man of Gilmer County. The civil matter includes a classic overcharging of value to resurrect a time barred misdemeanor via a fraudulent appraisal, which proves the prosecution of one of the longest court cases in Gilmer County — was most definitely brought in bad faith.
How many read the Gazette Sunday in which Dr. Peter Barr stated that GSC is the best small public liberal arts college in the country? What is the evidence to support his conclusion? I have been pulled over at road stops where the cop cars are hidden in the trees, their just on the roads with flash lights. The purpose of these ‘road checks’ are to find as many drugs as possible, threaten people with jail, but do not jail them or ticket them. They take the drugs, they let them go. Plenty of illegal searches are done. If you refuse, they will beat the shit out of you. if certain cops hear anything about drugs being at your house.. they will come and force their way in without search warrants. Again, if they find anything, they take it. Then they try to scare you into telling them anything and everything. i believe they re-sell the drugs and put them right back onto the streets but through the dealers that they want to be selling them. They rob you, if you have something messed up on your car.. well they can just take all the money from your wallet and not write you a ticket. if you go to anyone and try to tell or get help, they say you are crazy and threaten to put you in jail because ‘these men are sworn to uphold the law’ it’s the biggest corruption scheme i have ever seen. Everybody that is anybody in this area is in on it.
if you are a person with a previous drug conviction, they search you and if they dont find anything, they plant things on you to use to try and get you to talk or will threaten to take you to jail with. The police in my area will make girls take their bras off when conducting searches, but good luck proving that sick shit. Corrupt law enforcement will turn their cams off when they don’t want their actions known.
If you have a phone or camera, they will go through it and look at your contacts and delete any videos/pictures you try to take, that could harm them later, like what you guys do to them.
Certain state officers are always with certain county officers when these things occur. I could give you a couple of names that I know for a fact are a part of it.

Snavely the former WV State Trooper that was accused of soliciting a woman / raping her who is now Chief of Police for Hinton , WV is involved in another case where he is the States witness against a woman that is accused of child abuse by allegedly having sex with 2 juveniles whom according to the woman she was raped and the sex was NOT consensual. He took a statement from the woman who reported it to the police. According to her she was held down by the confidential informant that works for the Chief of Police while the juveniles sexually assaulted her and according to the woman/victim he falsified the statement to protect his confidential informant from RAPE charges, and then during the next confrontation Snavely joined in on the fun.

“I was born and raised in the West End of Huntington. My daddy was a bread truck driver for Heiner’s. There were three boys and three girls, a big family.

But she recognized something, and it made me start thinking.
“I went to Huntington High School and developed the fine art of partying. When I went to Marshall in 1968, I did a really good job of playing cards and having a drink and didn’t do a real good job of going to class. So I went to the Army for a little over three years.
“I was trained as an MP at Fort Gordon, Ga. I was sent to Fort Sill, Okla., for Officers Candidate School. In May of ‘70, I became a second lieutenant and spent two years at Fort Knox teaching kids how to shoot rifles.
“I was 19 and a second lieutenant and that put me in a position of responsibility I hadn’t had before. I began to realize in the Army that if you have enough people and have the brainpower, you can do anything.
“I started back at Marshall as a business major and graduated in ‘75. In ‘72, I was married. She helped put me through school on the GI Bill. I started the MBA program and did that until ‘77. My father-in-law was Don Malcolm, and he and Fred Ashworth had Stationer’s. They hired me to manage the bookstore while I finished my master’s. When they sold out, I decided I had to get into something else.
“I had been teaching part time. I wanted to stay in education and went to Louisiana Tech for my doctorate. I finished all the course work and went back to Marshall. I thought I was going to be a professor at Marshall forever.
“In 1987, I had an opportunity to go to what was then the University of South Carolina at Coastal Carolina, in the Myrtle Beach-Conway area. I started as an associate professor.
“After one year, I had an opportunity to start what’s called the Coastal Center for Economic and Community Development. I became dean of the Wall College of Business.
“We had the first accreditation from the American Association of Schools of College and Business.
“We wanted to start a professional golf management program, but four schools were already accredited, and the PGA put a moratorium on them.
“So we started the Cooperative Golf Management Program and formed an association with the Spanish Royal Federation of Golf who sanctioned our program. Then the PGA lifted the moratorium and we were accredited.
“We did a lot of economic development studies and put in the Carolina Bays Highway. It was a big deal.
“Horry County was perceived by the bond rating agencies as not a real stable economy because it relied so much on tourism. My job was to convince the raters that we were a stable economy.
“Grand Strand Hospital wanted to start an acute cardiac care unit. We were able to demonstrate that we had sufficient population, and we got the cardiac care unit.
“I worked so hard to see Myrtle Beach grow. Now you look at it and you wish maybe there were more tranquil parts.
“I did eight years as a dean. I have a mentor, Doug Wendell, president and CEO of Burroughs and Chapin, a big private land development company, and I worked for Doug for a couple of years as a senior VP.
“Ron Ingle, president of Coastal Carolina, hired me to come back as provost at Coastal Carolina. That’s how I ended up at Glenville in 2006.
“I had never been to Glenville. Betsy and I both knew it was the right move. We fell in love with the people. All the qualities you think of in West Virginia people – hardworking, family, commitment, patriotism—those people had that.
“When we first moved to Glenville, one of the issues was quality affordable housing for faculty and staff. Ike Morris owns Waco Oil and Gas. He said, ‘[We] have 22 acres behind Otterbein Church. Take it and see what you can do with it.‘ I had been in development, so this was exciting.
“Here’s the contrast between Myrtle Beach and Glenville. With no hope of making any money, nine of us put up $25,000 apiece just to build the infrastructure to sell lots and get quality affordable housing. You could not find nine people in Myrtle Beach who would [do that]. We have about nine houses there now. The community is incredible.
“I’m a first-generation college student. About 70 percent of our kids are first-generation college students, and 65 to 70 percent are low- to moderate-income kids. They are as smart as any kids in the world, but they don’t know how good they are. They haven’t had an opportunity to be beyond central West Virginia.
“If you come from humble beginnings and get a college degree, it opens so many doors. I can’t tell you how many times I heard, ‘If it hadn’t been for Glenville State, I never would have gone to college.‘ Glenville State is so important to central West Virginia. That can’t be overstated.
“Of all the state colleges and universities, we have the highest percentage of graduates who remain in West Virginia.
“All my life I had been told that it is important for K-12 and higher education to work together. I started visiting school superintendents in the area about working together. We wanted more kids graduating from high school, higher ACT scores, more kids going to college.
“We started with 13 counties. Now we have 38 counties in West Virginia and Ohio and Connecticut as part of our Hidden Promise Consortium. We think the true promise of West Virginia lies in its people, especially its young people and their education.
“There are lots of smart kids out there who won’t have the background for college. So we asked consortium members to identify five kids in their district in grades eight through 12.
“We said we would recognize those students and assign them campus passes and a mentor—a current student at Glenville—and just introduce them to the college culture.
“We want to get as many of them in college whether or not they go to Glenville. If you do come to Glenville, you get a $1,000 scholarship. We call them Hidden Promise Scholars.
“It started in 2006. We have about 130 now on campus. We graduated our 25th and 26th graduates the other night. I remember what they were like four or five years ago. The transformation is unbelievable.
“We have a professor who says a lot of our students don’t know how to dream. They don’t have the self-confidence of knowing what they can do. Kids grow up here knowing a teacher, a doctor, maybe a dentist and lawyer. If you don’t want to be one of those four things, you don’t have that vision of what the future is.
“The faculty and staff at Glenville care whether or not you succeed. Remember that problem I had going to class at Marshall? Here, they will come and get you.
“The one thing I would want to see happen is an institutionalization of our Hidden Promise program so that when I’m dead, there are still kids going through that program.
“I feel extremely grateful. I have had some incredible people in my life, opportunities other people haven’t had, lots of mentors. I’ve had an opportunity to be involved in decision-making, opportunities to make things happen.
“My contract expires June 30, 2015, but I would like to stay long enough to where Glenville doesn’t need a crutch, where it can grow on its own. We are the best small public liberal arts college in the country. I would like everybody to know that.
“I would like to see Gilmer County and Glenville realize the economic prosperity it is building. It still isn’t where we would like it to be.
“I’m proud of what has happened in Glenville. I’m proud of my children. We have three and they are all doing well. They’re all educators.
“Along with the house in North Myrtle, we have a cabin in North Carolina. When I retire, we might spend half the year in each place. But I don’t know if I can leave Glenville.

I wrote a letter to Sandy Wells the author of this absolutely ridiculous article she tossed together for the Gazette that she should be ashamed of, for the article brought shame upon her.
According to finding in US NEWS and World Report Glenville State College came in DEAD LAST out of ALL of the small liberal arts colleges of similar size and stature.
I left a FACEBOOK comment on the article still being run by the Gazette informing them of the real facts and that Wells was an Idiot and her article reflected that fact. You can read it for yourself for it is still posted. I pointed out that other facts were also not true.

Look up the present GSC Board of Governors to learn to whom Barr reports. If GSC is the top school in the nation Barr could quadruple his salary by moving on, floods of higher ed. administrators from all over the world would come here to learn how the magic is done, and there would not be enough space to accommodate the masses of job recruiters and students coming here. It is particularly amazing that the claim of academic superiority is made when GSC has the lowest ACT scores among WV’s public institutions of higher learning. Regarding enrollment, how are inmates counted and how much unused dorm space exists at the College in Pickens Hall and elsewhere? Insiders at the College tell that conditions at the College are far less rosy than reported. Do not expect answers with the tight lid of secrecy from the College.

Academic supremacy is astonishing when it is considered that GSC has open enrollment to allow entry to practically all applicants. This story is worthy of attention from the Chronicle of Higher Education, major news organizations, and high officials in the Obama administration. Undoubtedly what is going on at GSC could serve as a model for the USA as we develop strategies for improving our nation’s status of academic preparedness to compete in the world’s economy.

The way freedom works is for people to take a stand to keep institutions and politicians accountable. We have check and balance systems, but if they are unused through silence, protections are nonexistent. The WV Legislature granted autonomy to colleges including GSC for governing through Boards of Governors with little or no oversight from the State. That is why extreme care is taken at the institutions to select Board members who will be subservient to local philosophies and bosses. For more cases than not, chosen individuals have political connections and little or no demonstrated expertise in successful administration of higher education. Also, the same family names keep showing up on the Boards to maintain a continuity of power and control. Lawyers in particular like to be on Boards and Foundations for access to individuals with money as a marketing strategy for law firm profiting.

The Chronicle of Higher Education is being contacted about all of the rapes that have not been prosecuted at GSC—and also for the fact that the college has gone to great lengths to cover up the last two sexual assaults that took place in October and November of 2013 just a couple of weeks apart.
This story is an important one for it shows that the college has cooperated fully in criminal conduct fully exposed in the rape case of AMANDA SMITH whose case may be headed back to court soon.
When a college conspires with unsavory public officials to hide crime for the benefit of themselves this is a situation that all of AMERICA needs to be informed of.
By later this afternoon SPORTS ILLUSTRATED is also going to be contacted by a member of the Council of Concerned Citizens stating the GSC Girls BB is rated 15th in the country and GSC Sexual Assault may even rank higher on a national scale.
So far, all contacted have been shocked by the facts presented to them and the alleged misconduct by our local Sheriff Gerwig and the actions of the Gilmer County Prosecutor Gerald B Hough.

Reports are circulating that GSC off-campus training for criminal justice rose from 42 to 287 as a significant enrollment increase for the College. Money for the program is supposed to be from from WV Military Affairs and Public Safety funds. The funds to GSC are to be used to train state personnel including officials at regional jails and juvenile services facilities. Trainees in the program can earn off-campus associate degrees. It would be an excellent example of good government for WV citizens to be informed of the selection process for awarding of the money, selection criteria used, and names of other WV competitor institutions with criminal justice programs. If the money award (how much was it?) was done competitively and entirely merit-based, GSC deserves genuine congratulations. If it is simply claimed that GSC got the money sole source because it has the best criminal justice program in WV, supporting evidence should be presented in detail for all WV citizens and officials at other competitor WV institutions with criminal justice programs. This openness would derail potential for rumors of preferential treatment and business as usual through political payoffs from using taxpayer funds to prop up GSC. What do you say Ike, Dr. Barr and GSC’s Board of Governors? Do West Virginians have the right to know?

With off-site CJ offerings, how has this enrollment surge helped the community? When pleas were made from the College and the local bosses for the County’s bond money we were told that new dorm space was essential to accommodate masses of students coming to Glenville? The question now is how much dorm space in Pickens Hall and the new dorm is unused? Concerning overall enrollment there is great secrecy. If prison inmates and the new CJ students at off-sites are not counted how would present enrollment compare to on-campus full time equivalent FTE) enrollments 10 years ago? Businesses in the Glenville area have not seen cash register indications from new money coming to town. New construction is the only visible sign of change at the College so how does this translate to more students locally and better security of the College’s future? Dr. Barr and Board of Governors, would you enlighten us to dispel opinions of stagnation?

Humans tend to exude pride in topics important to them. We applaud winning sports teams, famous people from our area, our natural wonders, the quality of life offered by rural living and other amenities. One concern of immense interest and intense uncertainty is the quality of education for Gilmer County’s children.
We learned from an article in the Charleston Gazette that Dr. Peter Barr proclaimed that Glenville State College is the best small public liberal arts college in the country. The unvarnished truth is that we do not know much about the College’s quality from access to real data. Reassurance for the community would be for Dr. Barr to explain how he designated the College as a national beacon of excellence.
If what he said has provable merit it would seem that the College would be swelling in enrollment and more faculty and support personnel would be continually hired with a multiplier effect to help create and maintain a vibrant, growing economy. Most citizens conclude that the County has actually regressed with evidence that our population has dwindled approximately one-half during the past ten years, hardly an indicator of a healthy economy.
Regarding Gilmer County’s high school, a resolution was passed by the County’s Board of Education to implement measures to establish the school in the top 30% in academics in West Virginia, but action was not taken. It is assumed that the Board’s resolution is being ignored by the State.
Pertaining to the State’s dismal K-12 academic ranking we are not stuck at bottom place nationally by accident, and without starkly different administrative changes and innovative ways of doing future business we will continue to be mired down for generations. Our only hope is that citizens will begin to use their power to stand up to the politicians to demand better educations for the children. The power of accountability is definitely there to get results with social media reinforcement if the County’s citizens will become involved with fervor.

‘Buckwild’ cast member received prison time Thursday for her wild party kind of ways evident from her performance on BUCK WILD where she was often popping that top to show off those fine 25 year old breasts to her friends and loved ones.
Yesterday January 16th Salwa Amin, of Charleston, was sentenced in Nicholas County Circuit Court to one to five years in prison for dealing drugs. She will receive credit for the 192 days she has already served.
The 24-year-old Amin pleaded guilty in November to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
As part of her plea deal, she agreed to testify against Shawn Booker, 42, of Detroit, and Jason Jones, 31, of Summersville.
All three were arrested in Nicholas County last year and charged with dealing heroin and oxycodone. Someone snitched them out like big dogs and the whole deal was a set up!
“Buckwild,” a show about a group of young people living and partying in the Charleston area, was canceled after its first season following the death of the well liked cast member Shain Gandee form Wolf Pen hollar in Sissonville.

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says audits of all state agencies should be conducted regularly.
“If a state agency knows that they could be subject to scrutiny, maybe every two, maybe every three years, you’re less likely to see some of the disastrous practices that occurred,” said Morrisey.

Morrisey’s call comes after legislative auditors found several problems during an audit of the state Department of Agriculture. A $5 million revolving loan program that’s been in place for decades, what some lawmakers have called a “friends and family program,” raised red flags.
The results of that audit have been turned over to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for review.
Morrisey said regular comprehensive reviews could identify similar issues within other state agencies. “I’m offering our assistance in this process because West Virginia taxpayers deserve to root out all fraud, waste and abuse in state government,” said Morrisey.
If the Legislature signs off on the regular audits, Morrisey said the first reviews could be finalized by September and potentially lead to cost savings at a time when the state needs the money.
Six months into the current fiscal year in West Virginia, revenue collections are currently an estimated $66 million behind estimates and budget analysts are predicting a larger budget hole in the next fiscal year that begins in July.
“When you’re looking at the difficult economic times the state is facing and you have shrinking revenues for state government, we have to double down on our efforts to root out fraud, waste and abuse,” said Morrisey.
“Because, the fact is, I don’t want to increase taxes and I don’t want to increase the size and scope of state government, so what we have to do is we have to look under the hood and be more aggressive to find more savings.”
Earlier this week, House Speaker Tim Miley (D-Harrison, 48) announced new legislative proposals focused on accountability. Those proposals included legislation, which could be introduced during the ongoing regular legislative session, addressing how potential conflicts of interest involving the state attorney general are handled in the future.
“If we want to talk about conflicts, we should, because we’ve actually done everything right. I’ve stepped aside voluntarily on a number of cases. I think we’ve set the right model for how to handle things,” said Morrisey of that proposal.
“But we shouldn’t just talk about conflicts in the AG’s office. We should also look at the Legislature, at some of the potential conflicts that may emerge or across the board in state government.”
The attacks on AG Morrisey are starting to pick up steam. The Democrats are running scared that their shenanigans will be exposed. Keep up the good work Patrick. When the attacks stop, I’ll start to worry.

If you were to contact West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey about investigating Gilmer County, I would be willing to bet you would get a letter that would say something to the effect of that is not what they do in his office.
In fact, just as an experiment, try it. Write the letter, and lets see if I am correct about that. Morrisey hired a major from the West Virginia State Police that covered for Gilmer Prosecuting Attorney for the crime of subornation of perjury. He said, the Gilmer Prosecutor was indeed guilty of the crime, but that he was protected by the only three year statute of limitations of ALL of the WV CODE. The Prosecutor could have been charged with conspiracy to commit a felony or some other charge not protected by a statute of limitation, but of course the state police were fully involved in a cover up of a crime and there is more than enough evidence to prove it sitting on my desk.
I recently was sent some documents that proves a crime by Gilmer County Commission clerk, and she was asked to inform the Gilmer Sheriff. She did, but do you think the Sheriff is going to take action on land fraud or a false evidence charge against people that helped him get elected or actually arrest the Prosecutor for paying a witness to lie on the stand about owning property they never owned?
The Gilmer Sheriff is not going to do a thing. In another state, or even in another county in West Virginia, that lack of action would be enough to charge the Gilmer County Sheriff, but in Gilmer County they feel they are truly above the law.
If someone out there would like to see this documentation, we can publish it for you and prove it, but until we can get the FBI in Washington DC to come on board we all have to sit back and watch the political circus that I can guarantee you West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is certainly a part of. Write that letter and see if I am wrong about what I am saying.
Gerwig should not be a sheriff or a law enforcement officer when he plays into provable criminal action, but he will not act, and he will not move until his puppet strings are pulled and I have to wonder how he even can call himself a man. Gerwig may eventually have to face serious legal consequence for his current actions in office. One can only hope the punishment is severe enough to fit the crime a little further down the road.

It is time to get the word out nationwide as to just what goes on in the backwoods of West Virginia where it is OK to commit MURDER and RAPE if you are aligned with unsavory public officials – only out for self gain—and who have no interest what-so-ever of protecting or coming to the aid of a common citizen.
